Highly recommend. I called to book an appointment when they opened and I was able to get in for that afternoon. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Shelley was amazing, listened to my concerns and did a thorough assessment. Overall great experience.

If you have to book an appointment to get in, then it is not a walk in clinic. Do not call yourselves a walk in clinic. It is very deceiving.

Receptionist is so rude. I called in the morning to book an appointment as I was a new client who just wanted to get my dressing done. She was being so rude while getting my health card details like if you don’t know how to speak politely or if you don’t like where you are working, Go find a new job. It was very unethical and I wasn’t expecting this type of behaviour at all.

Came for the first time for a couple small infections and was pleasantly surprised! The same day appointment was awesome.staff were very nice and i saw one of the nurse practitioners who was very nice.definitely recommend.

This is a great clinic. I used it for the first time yesterday and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kahlon. He quickly and accurately diagnosed what I was suffering with and had me on my way with a prescription within 20 minutes. 24 hrs later, I am now feeling better than I’ve felt in the last 4 weeks. Thanks very much Dr. Kahlon!

I highly recommend this medical clinic. I was able to get a same day walk-in over a phone call and seen by a doctor twice without wait time. All the staffs and doctors are very nice and professional. Great service and care.

My son was sick and we were unable to get into our family doctor. This clinic was able to provide a scheduled same day walk-in and all staff were friendly, professional, and prompt! I think we were in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Been here twice now for two different illnesses and for a walk in it's my go to. I like being able to make an appointment, and I'm often lucky in that I can get in same day. Both times I was greeted politely and the drs were very nice.

Dr. Arnold and a nurse named Denise was great very helpful and professional! Told them they deserve a raise

I called there two days in a row each time I call they are booked for the day at 10: 30am? This does me no good when all I needed and ask for is a phone consultation/doctor note! It’s always the same rude angry sounding receptionist.

This clinic used to be great, but its really been going down hill. I think they are just swamped these days. Doctors are great but the receptionists are very rude, impatient and confusing. So difficult to get in and make appointments. Get a negative tone constantly. I do like the doctors here though.

Receptionist is rude. Trying to book a walk in appointment for over a week on the phone. They say the take walk in phone calls starting at 830am. I called at 815,830,845 and 9: 00. They answer at 9: 00 am and say they are booked for a day. I ask how that's even possible and immediately get attitude. I told her I called at 815 she said they don't take calls until 830. I said I called at 830 and 845 and didn't get an answer call at 9 and you answer and your booked. I told her I was reporting this office and her and she said go for it. So I did. I wouldn't waste your time with this office.

The doctors always listen to what is going on with my kids and than they actually take their time to check them out properly and they are never in a big rush to push you out the doors just to get the next client in. 5stars Great work over there highly recommend

I visited there and lady told me to call tomorrow morning around 8am to book an appointment. I was keep calling in morning and unable to connect them, when I got connected and she said she is fully booked till afternoon and she said to call me at 3pm. Same thing happened at 3pm and they got fully booked in 5 minutes for evening. I don’t know are they really taking patients or not. Lady on phone was so rude. Very bad clinic.

Receptionist was pretty rude on the phone and was not helpful with the situation I was in.
