Worst experience every time, staff at reception and other staff is always rude and not concerned about delays. Always have to wait more than 2 1/2 hours and then Dr only talk to you for 3 minutes and always in a hurry to make you feel that we are wasting their time

My 1 year old had fallen and the receptionists made sure to get him looked at right away. He ended up being OK but I am thankful for them getting him seen so quickly.

I’ve gone to this clinic a few times and always had great service. Thanks to Dr. Hayder for getting my father to see a specialist in a day.

Great walk in …. Relaxed and organized environment. The wait was relatively close to what I was told. No complaints

Worst walk in clinic in Saskatoon.avoid at all cost.unless you have 2 hours to kill.doesn't matter what day.

I honestly had a great experience at this clinic. I had an allergic reaction which wasn’t an emergency but still wanted it dealt with asap. My regular Dr.couldn’t squeeze me in on short notice so I came here as a walk in.
The secretary was very polite and didn’t ask why I was there at the front desk…which is how it should be everywhere imo. She said it would be a 30-45 minute wait and it ended up being 30 almost exactly.
The same lady let me into the room and took my temperature and blood pressure etc. I saw Dr. Raj and was only in the room about 3 minutes before he got there. He was very warm and personable. The kind of person who makes you feel at ease as soon as he walks in the room (which is saying a LOT coming from a pretty extreme introvert lol). He reassured me it was nothing to worry about, explained what it was, answered any questions I had then wrote me a prescription. He was quick about it without making me feel rushed at all…also impressive.
Would definitely return.

Great place in a pinch, doctor said vaccines don't work. Couldn't of agreed more. Thank you for looking out for my well being. Cheers

Went on a Monday night at about 5: 30 and was done and gone with a filled prescription from their pharmacy at 7. I would definitely recommend since I walked in expecting to possibly not be able to see the doctor as a walk-in. Be mindful that walk-in clinics are busy and wait times depend on how long each appointment takes!

No one was wearing masks, including in the workers and doctor. Everyone was coughing and not covering their mouths. Doctor told me masks don’t work then said “don’t tell anyone I said that”. Receptionist was very nice though.

Every time I go to this walk-in clinic it's super quick and efficient. Dr. Belal is always so kind, attentive and cheerful. The pharmacy staff are also very kind and knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly. Thank you for all your help!

The phone lines wait take a very long while and the walk in waits are almost 40 minutes, but considering the amount of people using their services they are doing a great job

Checked in on a Sunday at 1015 am to be seen at 1130am. Told at 1015 that the wait is “ONE HOUR”. Sat in waiting room until 1230pm. 3 hours later leaving Medi Clinic…Simple medical visit btw…Clinic manager needs to be transparent with actual wait times. Will never return. This is an example why people go to a hospital and jam them up.

Second person in line from the desk and two receptionists. Waiting for our turn patiently along with others who had come in after us while the receptionists both entered information for people inquiring about how to get a family doctor, and asking for passports and explaining how to get health insurance while we were all waiting 45 minutes, with a half hour remaining until the clinic closed the individuals at the desk left followed by the receptionist advising us they would not be taking any more patients I was shocked in disbelief. They could have had the decency to let us know that upon entering the clinic! I think this explains my rating however I wish I could give this clinic 0 out of 5 stars!

Went to the clinic this evening. I was surprised at how fast the service was. The receptionist was nice and pleasant. I asked if there was a female GP and was told there was. I specifically requested a female doctor, but when the doctor came it was a man. I informed the doctor I was hoping to see a woman. He appeared irritated stating that he hadn't known my request. I did get to see a woman after all. She was courteous but definitely in a rush. I spoke to the receptionist who apologized for the mix up in doctor's gender. I hope in the future they will be more careful as male doctors are very triggering for me. Overall, it was mainly a good experience.

Cant say I've ever had a good experience with calling them. They do not answer calls, you will be on hold for an hour or more. If our family doctor didn't transfer here I would never ever set foot in this place. Probably THE worst clinic in the city.

"Higher than normal call volume" Every. Single. Time. Guess what that means? THAT MEANS THATS YOUR NEW CALL VOLUME! Please do not use this Clinic.

The wait time is actually crazy, 2-3 hrs for a walk in? Also is EVERYONE there a walk in? The waiting area is always full, which is like 20 people, how many doctors are there that they can see 20 people in 1 go? Either the staff are putting people's appointments 5 minutes apart or everyone just likes to give really early for their appointment. Either ways evev if you do have an appointment, expect to be there at least an hr before you're called in.

I have requested a refund for my daughter medical visit on Jun 2021. I haven't got that refund till now. The clinic told me that I'll get a call when a cheque is made by the manager. I'm still waiting for the call after 8 months.

My 13 year old daughter fell on her hand/arm while figure skating. I called on my way in from out of town around 5 pm. Walked in, had ex rays done and wrapped up in less than an hour. Very friendly, fast and efficient!

Called got in right away to see Dr David got a complete check over and he answered my questions after having my stroke will be my famliyDoc from now on no waiting 6 to 8 weeks to get in locally really impressed so far

It was good not great went in for migraines came out with pain pills without dr. Davison even looking at me felt so so in health safety wise when I saw he is anti-vaxx and told my mom a old lady that vaccines are not needed

I just called this clinic for an update as to what time my appointment was on Jan6, as I've been waiting 2 months to see the female doctor. The receptionist then told me I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE FEMALE DOCTOR ISN'T TAKING PATIENTS ANYMORE, The complete incompetence of these receptionist is disgusting I hope you get shut down. Absolutely pathetic

What's the point of having a phone if no one seems to answer? You are aware that you are a health clinic, right? That folks needs your service all the time? I have called this clinic multiple times and 0 out of 20 no answer. No one even gets back on your voicemail. Come on.

Always leave here feeling reassured and taken care of.
Yes front end can be a bit disorganized and wait times can be long but the doctors are always great

In the absence of medical staff, new patients can be accepted here. It's really very, very caring.

But precisely because of this, walkin will wait a long time without an appointment.

The doctors here are very amiable and very gentle to you. Especially Dr. Davids.

The front desk people have no control and manage the patients as they wish maybe by sympathy or the look of the patients.very unprofessional. You may stay there for 4 hours waiting for walk-in but some guys can come in front of you for walk-in and get access to the Doctor first.

Please train, or control the front desk people.they are not respecting patients' rights!

Been there today, waited 4 hours, seriously 4 hours, to talk to a doctor for 10 minutes for just getting a referral. Don't go there, complete waste of your time and nerves

Doctors here are great. But front desk staff are Very unprofessional. They called several times ask me to pick up my file during COVID.yet when I arrived, they have no idea like it never happened. Have to waste my time again in the waiting room. Only when I asked again, they admitted I shouldn’t have waited for that.

Dr. Andrew Lacny so kind, honest, knowledgable and very helpful! Respectful and professional. I've never seen someone like him so kind and even lovely. He said Hello in our language when we first met. That was so impressed! And he knew that I like to do Yoga. Thanks for your kind Dr. Andrew. Stay safe and healthy!:)

Dr. Sathi is great and will listen and talk through your issues.
Dr. Steplewski is short, rude and just wants you out of there as fast as possible.

Good luck ever trying to get a hold of them on the phone. They have like 4-6 receptionists and they don’t answer the phones ever. And if they say their estimated wait time is _ minutes, I would double that. If they say an hour, you’ll be there 2 waiting to get in a room. The doctors try, but the receptionists don’t.
