I cant suggest for them to anyone, they are totally fraud. There service was really bad.
Matt and their manager hold our case and they both did fraud with us. After putting us in very bad condition, they didn’t even reply to our messages or calls or any emails. I will suggest everyone to dont take any kind of service from them.full Engine leak.please don’t buy car from this palace.its totally cheater

So I wrote this review when I purchased my car. At the time I had a pleasant experience. However, since owning my car for some time, have a different opinion on this business. 2 years after purchasing my car I noticed it rattling during cold startups. I took it in while it was still under warranty to have it look at. The mechanic told me that they couldn't replicate the sound and had no indication anything was wrong. They told me that it was fine, and to bring it back in only f the problem got worse. For the next 3 years I dealt with the engine rattle on cold starts. Recently it started happening all the time. I brought my car in and they told me my VCT actuator needed replacement. Upon googling "VTC actuator" I found page, after page, after page of articles on Honda's faulty VTC actuators. It was a know issue thay first showed problems by rattling during cold startups. This problem dates back to 2008- with Honda's prescribed solution being to replace faulty VTC actuators when they showed signs. There is no way the mechanic didn't know what I was talking about when I brought my car in. Now I'm on the hook for $2500 in parts and labor to replace the faulty part, as my car is no longer under warranty.
I may buy another Honda again, But I will never purchase it from them.

After dealing with many shops in both PA and Saskatoon, I was about to give up on buying a vehicle. I was treated like “the little woman” that didn’t know anything or I was pressured into a sale to meet their “internal goals”.
I was given the contact of Chris at Meidl and he connected me with Kieran, a sales person on his team. He treated me with respect and made buying my SUV a positive experience. When it came to the financing, I was explained everything clearly with no hidden agendas. My SUV was detailed and ready for me to pick up when I needed it! Thank you to the team at Meidl Honda!

Sign out side says we will buy buy buy your ride.brought my moms 2012 Buick enclave over there to see if they would be interested in purchasing it.the finance guy was great! Took all the info and was very friendly.finance guy goes to talks to sales manager.returns back a few minutes later and said he is not interested in taking it for a ride.good way to push away a potential customer in the future.good managers will always making a little bit of time for clients.not at meidl honda.very sad,

update: day later had a phone call with an apology from sales manager.thank you for that.

Brought my crv here for a check up and service. Once I found out what needed to be changed it suddenly quit working completely and had to be changed there. I found it odd that I was able to drive there an then after an inspection it be unable to start completely, Coincidence or not that was the case. So while I left my vehicle there waiting for the part to ship from Calgary, someone tried to break into the driver side door and destroyed my lock mechanism. I sent an email asking for the camera footage of those dates (july 18-24) and have still not been replied to. Customer service was not the best either, Most areas could be improved on.

Being someone who's refused to step foot in a dealership for 15yrs, this place is pretty awesome. Katelyn in sales was a tremendous help. Her no pressure, friendly/personable attitude was a refreshing change to what I've experienced in the past. As well, Trent in finance was equally impressive. All in all, I'm glad I decided to stop in there. I got a car I really enjoy, the people are friendly, and the complimentary coffee is pretty good too.

I bought a 2018 Honda civic from them recently and the vehicle was in a 9 out of 10 condition. I bought the extended warranty and a month later my a.c stopped working. I called to get it booked in and I expected to wait a long time as it's not a necessity for driving so most dealerships don't care but they got me in and fixed my vehicle in the same day which I was very impressed with.

Too bad there’s no 0 star otherwise I would give them none. DO NOT go here if you don’t want to be ripped off. I’ve been going here for over 3 years for maintenance and this time they just really disappointed me. They told me 3 different prices on the same part that I want to get it fix. First time they told me it will cost about $800 and then I came back and they said $1900 so I refused to get it done go they gave me the paper to look at and it said $2300 on the paper if I want to get my car fixed! I agreed that I don’t know much about cars and stuffs but I definitely knows about the money that I have to pay and I can tell the difference in the prices! Also service was very rude as well, they was yelling back at me over the phone. Never going back there again

When I needed to buy a car a few months ago, the first place I went was Meidl Honda. It was where I purchased my last car and I had a great experience. I dealt with James Koroll, who was professional yet personable. Even though vehicles are far and few between right now, he kept me in mind and contacted me as soon as he found exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier! Really disappointed in the service here. Every time I’ve been they have a new mechanic. Brought my Honda motor in for spring service; it needed a carb job which they did but couldn’t get it started. Charged $600. I put SeaFoam through it and it did wonders. This year, brought it in; they replaced parts they told me I did not need last year, replaced a barely dinged prop with a brand new prop (I had others), and then asked if they could give me help me out with a carb job (or a new $650 carb). In the end they charged over $1000 on service on a $2,500 motor, didn’t review the service work, added stuff I didn’t need, and it still remains the same.

Well, going to different dealers to find my vehicles in three different cities, I found that Honda dealerships don't know anything about customer service. I visited different dealerships and brands and Honda was the worst among them in customer care. The worst Honda dealership is in Saskatoon. If you would like to serve politely, go to Toyota or Ford dealerships to see the difference. The Honda is a good manufacture but I wish they teach their stuff who to behave politely.

Very good 'shop service' experience today at Meidl Honda. Brought my Ridgeline in, from out of town, for 2 issues and a recall, all were resolved, same day. I found Service Advisor Taniss, very knowledgable and helpful, to resolve a difficult intermitant Cruise Control problem. The shuttle service was excellent as well.

I had my hand forced to purchase a used vehicle from here and I feel as though I was completely blindsided with the vehicle the gave me. Within a month of me owning the car the engine light came on, the rear defrost doesn’t work, a random bolt fell out of the driver side door, the windows don’t seal properly leading to excess condensation inside the cabin, the car shuttered like crazy at high speeds, the windshield wipers broke almost immediately and the gas mileage is horrendous and I’m now having to spend upwards of six thousand dollars to replace the entire front exhaust system due to a misfire of built up back pressure. I am furious. I have only had this car for 6 months. None of any of the above was adequately presented to me or disclosed to me in anyways and I ended up spending $17009 on a car worth $5099. I would not and will never EVER recommend anyone to Meidl Honda. They sold me an absolute nightmare.

If not for Jo, I would have given any stars. Jo was very helpful; she tried to help out in every possible way, but honestly, Jeff, the financial manager, was not very customer friendly. I would not say to walk in here if you are trying to build your credit back. Jeff literally made me feel small for my credit score.

Very poor financing system, not very friendly customer services compared to the rest of the dealerships in the city.
