Pretty good. Bought a bike there last year, took a few months to get shipped but eventually showed up.

Recently had an appointment for a brake bleed, took a half month to get in for the appointment, but whatever, bike was still rideable.

More recently had a flat. Was really worried they'd make me wait another half month. But nope, was immediately in for service and on the road again.

They come in clutch when the going gets tough. And that's what matters.

Great service. I like how they handle the sales of a product, by making sure it works before letting you leave with it. I would buy from them again.
