Melfort Your Independent Grocer

No plastic cutlery, had to buy wood. Giant pride crosswalk right at the entrance of the store. I probably wouldn't be so disappointed in the wood cutlery if I hadn't seen the pride flag as I walked in. Disgusted is the least I could say about it.

Normally my experience at Cindy's is good, but today was the complete opposite. My wife and I were at the till trying to pay and our cashier was busy talking to a friend or family member speaking in East indie completely ignoring us while we were trying to pay. Horrible customer service.

Their prices are cheaper than coop overall, but the freshness of vegetable is very bad especially brocollis, onions and daikons. I'm always shocked to see the brocollis so brown. It's annoying that I have to go all the way to coop just to get vegetables.

Every time we come here, there are more birds. Today there were a half dozen birds eating, climbing and doing whatever else all over the produce. Asked staff about it, got a shrug. I'm honestly gobsmacked.

Pretty good. I wish the eggs weren’t so far away, who’s idea was that. I also wish they carried more varieties of Chapman’s ice cream being its nut free. The staffs great and always a lane open

There staff is good but it's Just another loblaws store. Wish we had more alternatives in our small town. Go to the co-op first and if you can't find what you want then and only then go to loblaws. As your paying for your groceries keep in mind loblaws is owned by a Liberal supporting oil patch killing buch from eastern Canada.

I would like some Yukon Gold potatoes in the inventory. Some staff are great. Some are not. One has to be picky with the produce.

Great place but needs better cell coverage. I use my cell phone for shopping lists and I loose connection very often.

Cheap prices on items for which my daughter and I were shopping. However, my daughter needed to use the public restroom and there was an employee using it for a lengthy period of time. It seems like staff should have their own designated washroom.
