This is the 2nd truck I have purchased from Merlin this year. I cannot express how smooth this transaction was and the professionalism I received from the entire crew. Dan and Carlos showed me all available options, offered to bring a truck in if those did not work and everything in between. Joey in finance worked on his days off to get my deal done, even through the Christmas break. Do no hesitate to buy from this dealer, in fact I wouldn't even waste my time going anywhere else.

Beacky is a great service advisor but seems like the service manager doesnt know what hes doing. They kept pushing my vehicle back even though it was booked a month in advance

I took my 2021 Explorer in for warranty service and it was terrible! There were no mechanical problems with my vehicle at all and they still had it for 3 days. When I went to pick it up I was given no paperwork to say what was done. I called the next day and was told they are still waiting for a few parts and I have to take it back. My service advisor told me that he call me when they were…. That was a week ago. I also asked my service advisor to have the service manager give me call… that was also a week ago.
I love the car but that makes me want to get my service done somewhere else.

Took my vehicle in for a recall fix. The service desk was very helpful and the courteous shuttle driver was great.

I love 3 hours north of Saskatoon and had a low power turbo light cover on my 17 Ford Expedition as I was driving into Saskatoon. Merlin Ford wanted nothing to do with me. Asked if they could just scan the vehicle to see if it was safe to drive home. They said they did not have the time and offered nothing else to help.
I called Jubilee from their parking lot and they said bring it down, verified light was not blinking as to not do any damage to the engine. They had a rental vehicle waiting for me as I have Ford Premium Care and was in Saskatoon for doctors appointments. Was told later it was a serious fix and would take weeks to get parts. My warranty only covers 10 days but they said they would pay anything over 10 days. Three weeks later still waiting on parts, not any fault of Jubilee Ford but I am home with the rental at no cost to me.
Moral of story, if you need excellent service do yourself a favor and go to Jubilee Ford. They will make time for you.

Went early to drop my vehicle off and be first to get a shuttle to work, the shorter of the two drivers fed me a story that insurance doesn't start until 7 I asked for a ride a few min before as he was there at 630 when I was, and also said he can't drive to the side of town I was going, not much for customer service on that side when your lying to customers about where you can can't drive and time insurance takes effect, I just shook my head and walked away, there's no such thing as customer service anymore.

I bought a vehicle two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Ron, they helped me a lot. They have a waiting room for customers that is very useful. The staffs are friendly and professional. The shuttle drivers are also very nice.

The absolute worst experience I've had.there is no communication from service and terribly long holds, hangups.i took my vehicle in at 7am ensured they were able to do the work and service would keep me informed throughout the day.
It was not until my call at 4pm they said they wouldn't get my truck fixed whatesoever. There manager did not discuss as per my request and did not provide or reconcile things whatsoever. This establishment does not respect people and there schedules and communication is atrocious. I highly recommend NOT going to this outfit.

Took my F150 for a service and black screen issue. Been in Saskatoon for 1year so my truck is a regular at this location when I need things done. But last week service was bad, the guy that arrived after me got served before me because he is a “regular” I got told, he did not even approach the desk. I am sorry but as a paying customer TOO this is very bad customer service, prioritising a regular. Im in customer service too, but would never treat customers this way. Other than that Merlin is great!

I'm not a fan of the sales department here. Twice now I tried to buy a truck from them, but both times (4 years apart) the salesmen I dealt with seemed more concerned with their own comfort (it was winter both times) than showing me some trucks or even doing a little research to help me find the truck I wanted. Won't be trying that again. But, the parts and service departments have both been great to deal with. The parts department are always there to help. The service department works pretty quick to get you sorted out. The only bad thing about the service department is that you unfortunately can't book in quickly as they're always busy. Guess that's good for them and that must mean people want to keep going there for their repairs.

It was an amazing experience, Chen at Merlin Ford made the process so easy and clear. He used to update me frequently. Then Ron handled the finance part in details explained each detail, and made the process fast. I was happy with the results. And they offered on going support if needed.
I recommend Merlin Ford.

I am a first time new car buyer and I grabbed the mustang off the show room floor just over a week ago, after driving it for a while now I can say I am not only impressed by the new car I just purchased but after pushing past my own buyers remorse I can say the sales team at Merlin really provide an amazing buyers experience from the second you walk in the door to when you are being shown how to operate your new vehicle.

Thanks to everyone at Merlin Ford Saskatoon for the amazing customer service, making my experience something to celebrate, being up front & honest & being there to genuinely help, I’m in a tough position in life at the moment and they rose to the challenge and had me in my new car within a few hours. I recomend this dealership & would like to shout out to Travis, Gerald & Ron. You guys rock!
