I wouldn't recommend this "jewler" because employees dont know anything about gold silver diamonds etc.very slow with computers and any paper work (dropped a gold chain off for cleaning and had to wait an hour for them to find my account and 8 days to get a $200 quote for cleaning.) ive bought an engagement ring and 2 gold chains from them Make sure you check other jewlers before buying from here. Customer service is terrible and Mark up is almost 50% more when compared to online jewlers and other jewlers around the city. I feel so stupid for buying from michael hill its very low quality,
annoying to get anything accomplished, and hard to understand employees unless you are good with accents I'd pick 0 stars if I could.
