We have been dealing with Carla from custom framing and she has been AMAZING! Her as well as Allison were always there to help with their knowledge and excellent customer service! They were very pleasant no matter what obstacle or amount of times we had to switch things up. Anyone looking to frame Hockey jerseys or any other type of Jerseys they are your girls! Thanks again.

Find that I don't feel as comfortable in the new layout of the store. I don't feel like looking around as much. But still appreciate being able to get some items.

Michael's is the place to go for arts and crafts and all kinds of decorative things. If you like making pretty things for yourself, this is the place to go!

Trinity S is very friendly and gives good customer service, i needed help finding tools to hang a frame and she brought me to where it was. She also ended up being my cashier and was very fast but still nice and caring.

Took my art there from over seas for framing. They got ink on it. Had to replace the art. Then they kept loosing the piece. Gross customer service.

Look, it was a weird interaction I had with the manager. Obviously they have a new rule with the storing of Posca markers, which is fine. I would rather not be lied to invovling a "new rule" which the worker has to walk the marker to the register. Weird how this rule suddenly appeared the day I wear my traditional Indigenous clothing. Don't lie to me and tell me "we've always had this rule". I've come to this store for at least 8 years and never had someone walk my merchandise to the till. Also, the marker is $5.00. Don't worry, I can afford it.

Again, not mad about the new rule, just mad that the manager lied and said they have always done that.

Went in for baking supplies of icing etc.but stock was low. Did like the look of the upgrades done after fire. Definitely plan on returning to look around more.

I went to stopped at Michaels today March 4th, 2023 @ 230 in the afternoon. That is very poorly planned maybe you should planned your store information instead of just pick up. I will never stopped at this location anymore. I will go to the Michael's in Edmonton or Spruce grove instead. I hope you realize you are going to lose business from your customers here in Regina. I don't agree with the online shopping it a
waste of time and patience for o thers.
All.people don't believe in the online shopping there i customers out out there that want to.shopped in store too. There is seniors that don't do the online shopping. I think your staff was a little rude to us too when we should I guess know on I willnt be making a stopped when I am coming to regina again

Grand re-opening today. $10.00 gift cards, coffee, cake and Tim Bits. Nice new layout and great products. Glad they're open again!

I'm not much into crafting, butbheard through the grapevine they were open again after the fire. A friend of mine and I went to check it out. Very impressive. Wider aisles, lots more selection of supplies for what you need. As for me, found a jigsaw puzzle and model cars. Guess I know where I'm going for a puzzle or a model car

I just visited to store today. I can find amazing products and good details. Staff amazing service.
