Fantastic stay. Impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a friendly staff that goes above and beyond. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety measures was evident. A memorable experience – I highly recommend it!

This hotel was suitable. We were not there long so did not get to use all amenities. Our room however was obviously not vacuumed before our arrival and at 175.00 /per night that is something I would expect.

Great night stay! Quiet with comfortable beds. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and clean. I enjoy staying with Microtel. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. Maybe next time

The staff and room were great. The bar/lounge was great when available to everyone, unfortunately, someone booked an event that took away the option to sit inside for an after work meal at the lounge. Options were outside or in your room. Personally, I enjoyed sitting in the lounge with other patrons.
Other than the lounge situation my stay was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Canadian hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed. It was clear that the hotel takes great care in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest comfort. I enjoyed a good night's sleep on a cozy bed, and the amenities provided were more than satisfactory.

One standout feature of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of Canadian cuisine, and I couldn't resist indulging in some local specialties. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented.

Front desk staff not helpful, we had to exchange our towels at the front desk and empty our garbage as it was not done 2 days in a row.we found clothing items in our room from th3 previous guest.so not sure how well the room was cleaned.

I stay here often, the service is good, consistent. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking and quiet. The amenities are nice. Time Hortons and casino with walking distance. Museum right out front.

Stayed here for two weeks for work. On arrival I found the room to be poorly cleaned by the cleaning staff. Little to no surface cleaning was done, floor had debris from previous guest not to mention an Ugly Christmas sweater was still lit up like like a dying new years eve party in the closet. No shampoo and conditioner provided which leads me to believe the cleaning staff was in a rush to do a less then average cleaning job. Brought this up with front desk and they offered to switch rooms. I declined the offer as I had already disinfected the room and unpacked. They have maintained cleaning every three days thereafter. Which doesn't make up for the first impression but does warrant 4 stars for effort.

Had the queen bed sofa pull out room. Room was clean and large, bed and pillows super comfy. Room is definitely big enough for 2 adults, 2 kids on the pullout bed and a foamy or air mattress on the floor for another kid or two if needed. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast options somewhat limited but better than most places still.

Very polite friendly staff. Nice rooms. Not fancy but clean and nothing in disrepair. Only disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was complimentary but still lacked a lot of options like other places. Difficult for someone on a keto diet.

Very friendly staff. The gentleman at the desk was particularly helpful and kind. Very comfortable beds, a nice lounge and included breakfast was tasty. Having chrome casts on the tv so you can stream your own TV was awesome.

My husband and I stayed here for one night July 2022. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was enjoyable. Staff was helpful. I believe it was Amy at the front desk who patiently helped me with my laundry needs.detergent, Bounce sheets, coins. I believe it was Dana (just got married a few days previously) who was so much fun and with whom I shared many jokes about marriage proposals.etc.

Great place to lay your head down and grab some shut eye. Clean and friendly staff. They won't question the lady of the night you bring back to your room.

Great rooms, great service, excellent breakfast and great pool area. Recommend staying here if your ever in Lloydminister.

Modern clean hotel. Book online, you get a better rate. Rooms are good, not as large as some, but comfortable, and have everything you need. Breakfast was included, nothing special but good basic breakfast. Lots of hotels available in Lloydminster, but this looked to be about the best.

Clean and quiet.
Food and drinks on site. Close to fuel, convenience store and Coffee shop.
Private WiFi and big flat TV you can cast to.

I am writing as an Ex-Employee.
I was hired as a room checker, paid 1/4 of my shift as such and assigned full-time Housekeeping supervisor duties after 2-3 very vague days of training never offered Supervision wage, just "extension of room checker wage" after 2.5 weeks of balancing this new roll.as my Hospitality experience is 7+ years, I was all for it! I loved the challenge, personally I love the property and worked extensively hard to show my dedication.however I was only the Head Housekeeper while Mandy was gone properly training other employees at another location. I was used in short form. There was a point that I had gained some communication with my housekeeping staff that, Mandy was back in town redirecting them completely unknown to me.
I was expected to tend to all the the individual employees needs at all times, as well as ALL ROOM information and needs of guests on an off duty basis as well as sort through the days being short staffed, which included and not limited to performing my own duties also, which I did. My personal results unfortunately were a shoulder injury to my main arm.
The manager neglected to file the initial paperwork I'm which was required to get me on track and back to work, when they did offer me work again (5 weeks later) it was no less than duties that caused the injury, like pulling laundry from rooms.and.polishing silverware? And whatever else had to be done. I everything and than nothing to that company.
Big time demotion and disrespect on Mandy and Mathews part.

I feel walked on, used and left behind.

Do not recommend for Employment of you have any form of true dedicated skills or professional mindset.

Great hotel. They have a pool but unfortunately we never got a chance to try it. Hot breakfast was great with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Only complaint is that the walls are thin. You can hear people showering in the room next to you.

The check in/out attendants were courteous, engaging and excellent representatives of the Wyndham chain.

The room booked was cozy and fitted with modern contemporary design. A wonderful place to bunk down for a night away from home.

I was not able to make full use of the amenities due to purposes of my stay, but I look forward to add to the experience and check out the lounge, pool, workout room in the future.

Best Wyndham in the north/central SK thus far.

The staff Angela and J. C were wonderful! Grandchildren had a great time in the pool and waterside. The beds were fantastic. Nice and dark with curtains closed! Continental breakfast was delicious eith lots of choices. Lirs of room to park the Rv. The patio was comfy, with fireplace! A wonderful time!

1 Star because We didn’t even get to stay there cause the customer service was the poorest Ive ever seen. We went to book 1 suite and 2 double rooms for a week. Guy on the phone gave a price which was higher then any hotel in Lloyd. Figured I would ask for a better rate as other hotels could charge lower prices. Fast forward an HOUR to try and get my info and getting the go ahead for pricing. Im guessing between 10-15 times I was put on hold. I ended up cutting the guy off an hour into the convo of getting my info and saying thanks but no thanks. Booking a hotel room should not take an hour and me repeating myself over and over with my info.

I had two of the greatest employees at Microtel Lloydminster help me. Their names were Angela and Leila and they went above and beyond to help me with my reservation and issues I was having with Expedia. They both were very kind, helpful and cheery and I appreciated their service very much.

Excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay for a special occasion. The friendly efficient staff made a great effort to bring us a surprise package and make our stay extra special. Rooms and pools were great and clean. Breakfast was adequate, checkin/out procedure was done well. The only issue we had was that it was very warm in the room and hallway and we understand that was already known to staff owners. We would stay here again.

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Accommodated our business schedule. Lounge only has beer and wine would have been nice to have a Caesar or other cocktail I would not have left to go to another restaurant. Minor! Beautiful hotel. A great hotel, following Covid-19 guidelines. We felt comfortable, and safe during our stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Everything was good other than the cold shower. Front desk new about it and told me I had to run the water for 10 mins. I ran it for 20 mins (I know wasteful) and still no hot water. I wanted so little arriving at 11pm from a full day of traveling. There are other issues going on here that they are aware of. Instead of fixing the problem they are just fluffing it off onto the customer.

Stayed here twice in the last year, once precovid times and once during.

Precovid, the room. Well it sucked. It was super small, and right next to the stairwell where people were coming and going all night, and being it has firedoors, they'd slam shut everytime.

During covid times, the staff were cleaning the front counter regularly, the rooms were clean - still wiped down everything with Sanitizer cloths. Would stay again.
