I initially had an appointment booked on Weds for some minor maintenance. On my way there my engine overheated. I got it towed there but since it was too late in the day to work on they said they'd take a look the next day. The next day they said there was a coolant leak from the heater control valve, so they replaced it. They said it was good to go.

When I went to pick up my vehicle, I asked if it may have caused other issues or if there was anything else wrong with it related to overheating and they said no. They never mentioned anything about doing any additional checks. I would have have gladly paid any extra charges if required to see if there were any related issues as overheating is always an urgent and debilitating issue. I inquired to make sure all areas are functioning properly so I'm not dealing with same issue again in the near future.

2 days later, on Sat, my engine overheated again, and is not drivable. So glad I didn't go out of town as planned. I now know where I'm not going again for any vehicle service. Unreliable and disappointing.

Told them I needed exhaust work for my car to pass inspection. Was satisfied with work and price when it was done, until I took it to get inspected. The only part that failed inspection was the work that Midas provided, The SGI accredited shop along with sgi stated that my exhaust system is too close to close to my fuel tank and cannot pass saftey and that it would require a heatshield in between the exhaust and fuel tank.

The sgi accredited saftey shop actually took me to the lift and showed me that there is barely 2 finger lengths between the exhaust and fuel tank and that there would’ve needed to be 4 in order to pass, as a result the vehicle needs a heatshield to pass

Upon return of my vehicle at midas to look over I was told that there is nothing they can do for me as they “do not do heatshields” and are not an sgi accredited shop so they do not follow SGI guidelines.

I am extremely disappointed as a customer as I thought I had found a trustworthy shop to work on my vehicle, when in reality it’s the same smoke and mirrors as every other independent shop, and now I am inconvenienced with a unregisterable vehicle that must be towed for any further work

If you need cheap, quick, and unsafe, Midas is your guy!

I calldd Josh and told him if he could accomodate my vehicle and without a reservation he made ot happen! His team was extremely competent and the service was done perfectly. I will most definitely be back!

Went there early morning and glad Kevin was there. He was so helpful and easy to talk to. Run diagnostics and found out that battery was nearly drained. Excellent, fair and honest. Didn't feel it was overpriced. I would definitely comeback.

Took my old Fiesta into get an oil change today. Josh and Kevin both are great to deal with. Thanks for the good service as usual. Highly recommend this shop.

Was strung along for 6+ weeks being told my tires were on order and would be contacted when they arrived only to now be told they don't have an order for me in the system. To top it off, also now told that the sale I ordered the tires under is no longer active.

Go elsewhere with your business.

They are good at fixing cars. And very nice. Although i was late to pick up my car at closing time, they waited for me. Thank you!

Midas was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad they were! I took my car in for a tire swap and ended up needing brake work done as well. Kevin was respectful and fair, and as a woman dealing with vehicle issues, this is rare and so very appreciated!

Excellent, fair, skilled and honest people! I went there a few days ago as I had noise coming from the rear wheels, and they diagnosed and fixed it instantly, and for no charge. My vehicle needed some attention related to differential, transfer case fluids, suspension, some electrical work related to the windows, etc, so I went back to them today. They checked everything and didn’t charge me for anything that wasn’t required. Very honest, straight forward and precise. Both Kevin and Josh were of great help. I guess I found a family doctor for my vehicle!:) Highly recommend.

Squeezed me in same day for an oil change. The gentleman who greeted me at the desk was so kind! Quick service too!

My vehicle was leaking coolant. Midas found the problem and corrected it and had my vehicle back to me within a few hours
