I called and they got my car in the same day, amazing.they charged me $500 for a beating which is a $40 part and $10 PER stud, i think that the prices they are charging is outrageous

Ive been going to this Midas location for all my vehicle needs and they have always done an amazing job 100%. I dont think i can go anywhere else to get my vehicle checked, fixed and maintained other than them. I know afterwards i pick up my vehicle, im left satisfied knowing it was done properly.

Adam worked on my car. He managed to get my car repaired same day. He was very transparent with me the whole time. He communicated well, giving me updates throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Racism is very noticeable and people shouldn't be judged by the type of their skin color and the same for the employees

Kim added an additional $50 to the coupon price on the final bill because I had a F350. I told him it was the same vehicle I dropped off and the person that checked me in did not tell me about the additional cost. Kim said it took almost 2 L more of oil at $12.95 a liter. I have seen that before so I agreed to this, but did not agree to the increase in the base price as well. He snatched my keys off the counter and informed me "the full amount is what you are going to pay! ". Kim was extremely ignorant and rude. I asked to speak to the person that checked me in and Kim said he was busy. I asked Kim if he was the manager and he said no and that the manager was not available. He left with my keys. I called the police to get instructions on what to do. They asked me if a manager was available. Kim came back while I was on the phone and I said that the police want to know if a manager was there to talk to. Kim said that the manager was not in today. The police told me to come down and file a report.

Kim left the front and another much nicer person named Adam asked me what the problem was. I explained everything to him and he gave me his card and said he was the manager and that Kim is known for being "hard headed and blunt". I had recorded much of the incident on my phone so I replayed it for him. He said he would be having a talk with Kim and explaining customer relationships again. I told Adam that I would pay the original agreed upon amount as well as the additional oil costs (felt that was fair). Adam rang it in and I paid. At this time Kim came back and I was expecting Adam to have Kim appologize. All Kim said was "what do you want to pass a hat around? ". I have clue what that even meant.

We had 2 trucks in today, for the life of me i cannot figure Kim out. My wife is a visible minority is the only thing that we can think of. She was really shaken up by his attitude and the way he talked to her.

Make sure you guys get them to confirm on any charges.you'll be in for a surprise if ya don't.period. I don't like when a business just goes ahead and does work that your unaware of.

I drive a 2006 Nissan Titan. Kim and the Staff were transparent in their quoting, professional in their service, and have earned my trust. I would recommend going to this MIDAS location to my friends and family.

These guys we're very nice to me when I walked in with a flat tire that could not be fixed. They not only gave me a tire to fix it but they didn't charge me because I didn't have enough to pay full price. I'll never forget how welcome they made me feel. I recommend anyone who enjoys good service with very kind staff to check them out. 5stars for me. Thanks guys and Merry Christmas to all of yous.

Our truck's driving shaft fell, it was sent to them on July 29, They "fixed" it so we took it back.we could still hear some wobbling sound from the bottom, so when we sent the truck to them to have the new set of tires put on, we mentioned that and told them to check it. They said they did when we pickup the truck on July 5. But on July 10, when the truck just left Regina on #6 high way, we heard a loud dropping sound from the bottom of the truck, the driving shaft and the commission case all fell,
The truck was towed back to our company, they said they sent someone to check 1 day later, but we didn't see anybody, they said it had nothing to do with them! We received a second opinion from another shop, they said it was not the case, the did a bad job, and repairing all the damage they made would cost more than 4K.please see the pictures.

I had some new tires mounted, balanced and a wheel alignment done on my truck. I don't use the truck much so I hadn't driven the truck on the highway until a few months later. I went on a road trip and the truck would shake at highway speeds. At my next oil change I had the dealership look into it because the truck was under warranty. I had just put new tires that were balanced and got an alignment done so I didn't think it could possibly be the wheels. Well the dealership found 3 of the wheels were over 3oz's out of balance and the 4th wheel was 1oz out of balance. I returned to Midas on North Albert and showed them the print out from the dealership and they claimed that a lot can happen in 3 months that could have put the wheels out of balance. They suggested that the weights could have fallen off so I informed them if weights fell off in a few months then they would have had to have been installed improperly. The likelihood of weights falling off of all four of the wheels to cause them all to be out of balance is extremely unlikely. Midas asked what I wanted them to do about it so I said I wanted a refund on the balancing because it obviously wasn't done properly or done at all. Midas said the only thing they could do was re-balance the wheels. They were balanced by the dealer as part of diagnosing the shake so I found their resolution to be insulting. Given how far out of balance the wheels were I would highly suspect Midas hadn't balanced them at all yet they wouldn't refund me. This business lacks professionalism and accountability. This was my first time at Midas and it is certainly the last.

Went in to have my oil changed, asked about tire rotation. They said they could do it at the same time, at a price we couldn't say no to.

Use to be my go to with my van and wife's SUV. Oil changes, maintenance, tires etc. I find the gent, who I won't name here, at the front counter hot or cold depending on the day he is having. Little things I overlooked such as a low battery when it wasn't. When it came to my wife she was basically chastised because she asked to have her air filter checked when she was in for an oil change and the condition it was in. I agree with her, shouldn't it be checked regularly when it is in for an oil change? I ended up changing mine as well because it looked like it was never looked at. Anyways the last straw was when my wife's suv was losing power and basically dead in the garage. I would charge it and it would last for a day or 2. Mentioned this to front counter gent as well as other things regarding power loss. Stated didd a check on the electrical system and battery and such was fine. 2 days later a dead suv and hundreds of dollar at Driven auto to diagnose and change a dead battery. Ridiculous.

It's alright here they do good checkups, tried to charge me $1200 to change a lower control arm and I ended up going somewhere they only charged me $300 for best to look around for bigger jobs.they do a good tire change though lol

Booked me right on when the car needed to be towed. Fixed it asap, now I have to wait and see how the fix works in the long run.

Does this branch not like having new customers? Genuine question. Recently I visited for a car alignment. Due to being new in Regina, I had trouble reaching this Midas branch, so I was half an hour late. Upon reaching, the old fellow with a cane at the counter took my name down with the number, but forgot to ask for the car keys. The gentleman with the cane did not know or could estimate when the car would be ready. He was a very unfriendly person who did not look in the eye and talk. No smile, no greeting, and no anything. No thank you either, or come again please. At the end, as expected, he lambasted across a figure of $1000 for a supposed shock absorber change, which were fine when I inquired about them with Kaltire today. I think, Kaltire is better in service. At least, they smile.

I want to give them 5 stars because their customer service was excellent on my old 2000 Saturn, however, ever since they did brake work on it, I'm leaking brake fluid and have to top it up every 2nd or 3rd day. I haven't taken it back yet. Maybe I'll change my review when I get the chance to tell them. My car never leaked brake fluid before they worked on it either.

Realize the guy running the show is a scammer & liar. This place is not trustable at all. It’s an up-sell, should of put new lines when installing a power steering pump. Tires leaking due to faulty stems & no seal. No follow-up recommendations. Done with this place, will be in contact with corporate regarding the workmanship. Will do the work myself!

Amazing customer service. Called in for a same day rotation, oil/filter change, and inspections, they got me in and out incredibly fast.

Just found out they charge labour differently between regular oil change and synthetic oil change. What a joke.
Do not go to this north location. Downtown midas is 100 times better. At least they are honest.

Very costly. Same work and products at Canadian Tire and cheaper. Still has lifetime warranty and you can get it all across Canada even in smaller communities

One of the best places in the city Kim is truly a business man allway truthful and honest would rather see you happy then make a buck highly recommended

Absolutely amazing service. Unfortunately my engine needs to be rebuilt, and it's not something they could help me with, but they figured that out quickly, and didn't charge me for the diagnostics.

Braden helped me make an informed decision on buying a used car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. And the price was incredibly reasonable. Would recommend these guys to anybody.

Long story short; Received very poor customer service. Not satisfied with the service. Midas did alignment without my consent and my vehicle is now pulling to one side. They had to take my vehicle to another dealership for the alignment. I told them alignment was bad, they said they will call when their machine is fixed, never phoned back. Overall not pleased at all. Had to engage SGI inspector for the inspection as well. Hope someone gets back to me on this
