We dealt with Jamie Randall in sales. She was great! Showed us what we wanted. Answered any questioned we had and if she didn’t know, she got us an answer. There was no pressure to buy. Very professional and friendly! If you are looking to buy, see Jamie!
We also had dealings with Ron Coppens in the service department. He was so easy to deal with. As we are not from Saskatchewan, he was helping my husband troubleshoot over the phone. He spent a lot time time with him over the phone. In the end, a new part had to be sent out. We should get it this week.

Needed to replace our damaged trailer, Minard’s had what I was looking for. Before making the 3 hour drive (one way) Marie helped us out with details and a FaceTime tour of the camper. We seen what we needed to see and basically had it purchased before leaving home. The guys in the shop were fantastic too, fixed a few cosmetic things and got us on the road. Our first camping trip was great!

I spent 60,000 dollars on a new trailer. Buying experience was excellent and enjoyable. Service side is a complete disaster. Brand new trailer after first time being used moulding coming off screws on bathroom under sink door falling off gap in one window we’re you can see light. Oven won’t light. I purchased extended warranty so I would have to worry. Call service to have things fixed. Get told several time I will get a call back and never receive a call back. Finally talk to some one and ask if a mobile person would be able to come fix the issues. Was told that they would contact me when they have other jobs in the Regina area. Almost 4 weeks later no call. Called in several time again and told I would get a call back still no call back to schedule the work that needs to be done. I would not recommend buying a trailer from them just based on the poor service. You spend 60,000 on a brand new trailer and would think a place would want to make sure the customer was look after service wise. I will never buy a trailer from them again just based on this poor experience.

Just not impressed with the service thus far, even with the extra warranty we purchased, first time We bought a brand new camper for a whopping amount, my husband addressed issues several times with them. Like how the oven is not working, water heater not working, kitchen trim broken, which we caught just before our first camp.

My husband has tirelessly tried to contact service, with no help in sight. He eventually had to fix everything he can himself. He is that disappointed that he would rather go somewhere else to get the RV serviced.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them if this is the run around you give your customers. If you are busy fine, but at least set a time to call your clients and update them on the situation. I generally write positive reviews, but when I write negative reviews its out of the sheer disappointment. I didn’t want to pull a Karen, but here we are. (apologies to all the Karen's out there)

My husband called to see if they had a 5th wheel installation kit for our truck that we needed ASAP, they said they did have one, my husband clarified multiple times that it was for our model a ram 1500 classic, not just a ram 1500, she assured him that it was. I had to take an afternoon off work and drive 3 hours each way to pick it up and the shop that was installing it today just called to let us know that it is not the right kit, it is for a 1500, not a 1500 classic! So I'm out $375, and 6 hours of my time, definitely not impressed with their service.

Tammy was great. Even though we made some last minute decisions she went out of her way to make sure we could get the RV we wanted in a very short amount of time

The service is absolutely amazing! I had a concern over the bearings in my wheels. Ron walked me through every single step from how to check to how to grease them. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Excellent service and very friendly atmosphere. Marie was wonderful to deal with. Would recommend.

Living out of province, the team at Minards had to do a little extra leg work for me and accommodate my schedule a bit while purchasing my RV but the staff were all friendly and very happy to do so. I still have yet to head over there and pick it up but I look forward to doing so and meeting the team in person.

So far we have been extremely pleased with all that Minards has done for us and we have shopped at numerous dealers and this is the first time that all the boxes were "checked".
We are hopeful that the next few years of "service" goes as smoothly.

Tammy and Stu are Fantastic. Both took the time to communicate everything we needed via phone and text. When we arrived for a veiwing they were prompt, effecient and knew what they were doing.

I had wanted to purchase a trailer from here.loved the trailer I saw and Marie in sales was great! Unfortunately when I sat down with finance they tried to throw in extra costs without asking me and the cost became way to high from the advertised price. I ended up purchasing a trailer from another dealer.

Dealing with Marie was great. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate my schedule. The camper was sitting indoors when I arrived. Marie was able to answer all my questions and gave me sufficient time to look at everything I needed to. She is just another reason I am a repeat customer.

She did not rush us nor did we feel pressure. She was knowledgeable with all of the trailers we looked at but we settled on the one we came to see. All contacts here were very friendly. We recently purchased a brand new Grand Design Imagine from Minard's in Weyburn. We had an excellent salesperson, Tamara, who was very knowledgeable in the product, easy to talk to and made sure that the product we received was exactly as requested. I purchased my first RV from here 6 years ago. We were very pleased with out Spree Connect. When I had some damage and it was necessary to put a claim in the service dept was very helpful and got everything fixed up. This year we decided it was time for a 5th wheel and I obtained pricing from another dealer. I chose Minards again based on past service experience. We had a few hiccups with our new unit and the service dept was able to come on-site and fix things up for us. Like to thank Nick and the entire Minards team for providing great service.

Decent experience off the start but started to have simple warranty issues that were never fixed properly. Had concerns after unit was off warranty and was told buy extended warranty or trade it off? That was their solution. I was completely brushed off about my concerns and told I bought an entry level trailer. Let’s not forget “Gene” in the service department who is the most rude person I have ever met! I tried to reach out and sent an email to Duane the manager with no response.
They had a better price than Four seasons when I traded my camper off. I could not give them another nickel. Just finished my trade at Four Seasons in Virden. What a difference.

We love this dealership even though it’s a 8 hour round trip to see them. This is the 2nd camper we have purchased and will purchase there again. The selection of rv’s is massive. We bought our new trailer Feb 2020, we were quite happy with the sale to start. We had a few concerns after taking the trailer out the first summer 2020, slide didn't seal when closed, water tanks lost 2/3 of the water when traveling, to name a couple of concerns. We were told that the service truck would come to us when they were in the area. That didn't happen. Of course with COVID we were expecting delays, but we never heard from them. Since then, my husband has called 3 times, and has been told that because our warranty was only a year (we initially called within the year) they had to check with someone to see what they could do and call us back. We have never heard from them. We now know that we will not be hearing from them and have decided to just deal with things ourselves. We will not be dealing with them again in the future should we decide to purchase another trailer.

We recently bought our first BRAND NEW 5th wheel from Minard’s. This was a huge investment for us, one that we waited 30 years for. Our experience with Minard’s staff was nothing short of a dream
come true. They answered EVERY question honestly, checked out every inquiry we had and never made us feel like a another $ to push through.even as we were about to leave and had a significant tire issue they helped us without hesitation. We just bought a new camper from Minards, we were extremely happy with the service throughout the entire process! Friendly staff and management, and pickup day was a smooth process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took my Solitude in for a recall notice and it didn't need it, but they shimmed the fridge door and spent time with me getting the "return to hitch height" feature working again. NO CHARGE. Thanks guys!

First off I’ll mention that everyone was very friendly that worked there but I felt like we were rushed through the whole process of buying a trailer. (Partially this is my fault because I had only mentioned one camper when I texted for an appointment but we wanted to check out a few).
We are brand new to owning a travel trailer and didn’t know much about what we needed and hoped that we would be able to add some accessories into the financing but we never got that far because we were just sent to the financing office and then finished the paperwork without being able to check anything out. We drove over 4 hours one way to shop at Minards to be pushed through as fast as possible. We are excited to own a camper and Minards was by far the cheapest place to buy but if your new to camping maybe not the most helpful. I was told they will do a thorough walk through of how to work the trailer when we pick it up and that is appreciated.

Problem I have here. They advertise on Facebook and don’t put prices. Then when people ask what’s the price. They don’t answer. So I commented I didn’t like that. They deleted my comment and turned off commenting but left everyone’s questions. “What’s the price“ and didn’t answer them. That’s a company you can not trust as far as I’m concerned.
What do you have to hide?

Last week we ventured to Minard's in Weyburn to look at campers. We had done some research and Nick had three units ready for us to look at. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We looked at all 3 units, narrowed it down to the top 2, then after more careful observation, narrowed it down to the one we both liked the best. The process was great and helped us out immensely. We then spent time arranging financing and pick up details. Again, the staff was tremendous. We would recommend a visit to Minard's to look for your next camper purchase. Can't wait to pick up our new unit and start our adventures!

We are new to the Rv world. Having researched floor plans we had it kinda narrowed down. Tammy was very good to work with as her experience helped and her staff had trailers moved inside for our viewing as it was bitterly cold. About three trailers swaps into the shop views and we had it picked. Nice they have a good inventory to choose from.

We have purchased trailers from Minard’s Leisure World in the past. We were and still are extremely happy with the products they sell, their sales team, and aftercare service this company provides! The 5th wheel we purchased this weekend is awesome with a great floor design. The sales team is awesome! They are very approachable, friendly and their product knowledge is fantastic! Thank you Mack for all your help going over the 5th wheel in detail and answering all our questions! The YouTube videos of the trailers we were interested in were extremely helpful in our purchasing decision. Also, knowing Minard’s onsite service and RV Care will be there to help if anything happens with the 5th wheel brings peace of mind to us.
