I'm likely going to loose everything I own in the world because the manager lied to me! I called b4 payment was due and informed the mngr that I just had a death in my family and had to go to bc and made arrangements to pay on the 16th.today and when I called to make payment they inform me that they are charging me an additional 70. I don't have. I borrowed the 180 for the storage payment as it is.but they won't accept 180 and refuse me to get anything out of storage.all my kids photo.my dad's ashes.absolutely everything important and sentimental.
I just buried one of my boys only to come home and find out I will now loose all his baby pictures and all our memories.
I will NEVER AGAIN TRUST A STORAGE PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOST VALUED ASSETS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART.
AND THEY ALL FAKE.
ACT ALL NICE AND SWEET WHEN YOU FIRST GET THERE. THEN THEN. START TAKING ON MORE TO YOUR BILL AND THEN STEAL EVERYTHING FRIM YOU! MY UNIT WENT FROM $66/MONTH TO 180 AND NOW THEY CHARGING ME 250.70 EXTRA BECAUSE I HAD TO BURRY MY SON AND ASKED THE MANAGER FOR A 2 WEEK GRACE PERIOD. HORRIBLE HEARTLESS AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY not to mention the fact that a few months back when I lost my key they charged me $50 just to lend me their bolt cutters for 2 minutes. GREEDY AND LIERS
