Minor Emergency Clinic

So I called a few hours ago because I'm having respiratory issues my lungs are making weird sounds and my chest is feeling tight. I left a message on the answering machine with my health card number and my phone number asking about wait times and no one ever called.this is a poor excuse for a medical clinic.

The staff care. Yes it may take time to see the Doctor. And the Doctor i saw was a wonderful person and filled out my form so I could fly on Air Canada. Went back to see results on work. The last 2 doctors I saw very rude towards me. Won't go back if my life depended on it due to the last 2 doctors. When you have doctors like this no wonder the health care is going down hill. Also this doctor wanted me to take meds and i said no as this is the 4th time both of them have been recalled. Well he was mad at me that i knew and started to yell at me and was rude. And for the nerve pain he told me deal with it. As i had my 4th round of shingles. Also my feet are swollen and hurt but last 2 doctors don't care. If something should happen the doctors should be arrested for not doing something.

Didn't cooperate with a patient suffering from a lot of pain. I went to this clinic 30 minutes before they were closing because it was the only mediclinic in the city which was open till 7pm on Sunday! I asked only to have a look at my wrist which was hurting a lot, but they refused to do so. Their were 3 doctors and 2 patients waiting and they couldn't accept me. That's ridiculous!

Yesterday I brought my brother in for a sprained ankle. The doctor prescribed him a walking boot and said he needs to rest for two weeks. When I went to pick up the prescription from my pharmacy, nothing had been sent over. This isn't the first time they failed to send over a prescription, and now we have to wait for my brother to get his walking boot in order for him to manage walking around while having a severely sprained ankle. Hope they do better in the future.

Had to wait long time, 2hrs before seeing doctor and they send me to X-ray i oh t only took 10 minutes to come back to room, but I had to wait 1.30 hrs again it was so ridiculous

I had to take my father there for stitches. The doctor was amazing. The ladies at the front were so nice upbeat and friendly. It was a great experience besides my dad getting stitches.

I had a visit there this morning, great friendly staff and the Dr.was great and listened to me for a change. Will go back there again if I have to. Thank you.

Doctors here have very poor communication. They told us to go see them in a weeks time and the Dr who told us to go see him again wasnt working that day so we had to explain all over again our situation to another Dr who we felt wasn't listening to us. They also tell us to go do blood work there, we wait an hour then tell us they don't do blood work at all but across the street. Very poor communication I do not recommend going here as staff including drs do not communicate properly.

Great staff from the receptionist to the nurse, doctor and xray technician. We got lucky with a short wait.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but when I called ahead the receptionist was very nice, when I arrived the receptionist and doctor were all very nice and professional.

"Lady" working here today is making mistakes and lets others in before me. Then she blames the nurses and blames the computer gets mad because I asked to speak with the supervisor. Literally only 3 people in here when I arrived.
Asked to speak with the supervisor so she sends me the nurse. Informed the nurse and finally got to speak with the supervisor.
Supervisor admitted that they made mistakes but still had to wait an extra hour.
Was also here on Sunday so don't waste your time coming here. Even if it's not busy the lady working today will still make mistakes! On a positive note the ladies working here on Sunday were awesome no complaints whatsoever! Wish she was working today! Hit and miss place here!
Then to top it off they didn't put my chart on the door so had to wait longer as the Dr. Didn't know I was there very unprofessional

This clinic says it's open till 10 PM. I went there at 7 and theres a sign on the door starting "closed because we are over capacity. " Seriously!?
