Miso Ya Japanese & Korean Cuisine

Service are bad, they will ignore you for the rest of your stay, and they will feed you with samplers, like tiny little meats. Feels like your on food tasting show. Not worth to come back considering their expensive price.

I’m sorry but I went there last night with my family, service was very poor, we were ignored for the time being. We were waiting for like 30 minutes and nobody went to our table until I told my daughter to go and give the paper to them. Food was served in small plates with bits and pieces of meat. It was our first time to eat there and we will never coming back.

I gave this place a visit after a friend of mine recommended it. Unfortunately the service was very poor and we were ignored for the majority of the night. The orders came very late which felt unreasonable since the place was not busy at all.

Our go to Sushi Restaurant we have never had a bad meal. The Tuna melts in you mouth has no fishy taste at all, my kids love it

Make sure you're packing the right rolls on delivery orders. It's really not that hard to do and only requires a modicum of effort and competence from your staff.

Pretty good food, the restaurant itself could use a few renovations or upgrades. Namely, a stall door that closes.

Food is so good and the staff are so friendly. We always do all you can eat sushi, and never leave disappointed.

Just had a lovely lunch at Miso Ya. Searched online and read the reviews and decided to give this spot a try. I identified myself as a first time visitor and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made suggestions based on my food preferences and I tried the dishes they recommended (including the delicious tofu appetizer) while I did the “all you can eat” lunch. Good value, great taste, so many options. Will visit again. Thank you!

Great food and service, I honestly would give it 5/5 but their hours for lunch are atrocious, only open for all you can eat sushi for 2 hours (11: 30-1: 30).

They don’t deserve any star because I call nicely but their manager on duty is in appropriate talking with me instead I am the one who get mad because of what happen to my order hi is the one who get mad at me and they put spaghetti noodles how did you call it ramen with the soup

Many choices, everything done well with solid quality. Consistant access to service when wanted. A genuine please to enjoy meal without any rush. The staff really appreciate your business and treat you special

All of the other people on here complaining about this place obviously haven't been here. You will have a hard time finding a better quality all you can eat sushi in Regina. Great service great fish

This place is a bit pricey but it's so worth the money! The romen is amazing and the sushi is made right in the front. I highly recommend to others trying to decide a place to eat at!

Great service and amazing flavours with smiles from everyone. The all you can eat option for lunch is great for business lunches or quick dates.

Nothing wrong with the food, place is clean and everything was great besides the customer service. Not polite and no energy or enthusiasm. Other than that it was a good experience. Lack of good customer service affects the experience a lot.

Best sushi I've ever had in my life. I've been coming here for years and it's so good, I can't enjoy other sushi places because the quality is just nowhere near. If you're on the fence or debating going here, this is your sign- seriously go. It's all you can eat, and you'll have a hard time finding better.

Love this place. Food made fresh to order and all you can eat. Amazing sushi, gyoza, sashimi and everything else. My boys love to sit on the floor to eat and enjoy the non stop ice cream

Best sushi in the city, my daughter (7) loves sushi, we ran through the sashimi limit! My little girl was a little disappointed because we max out on it. Suddenly there was another plate of Sashimi, they said they haven't seen a a kid enjoying sushi as much as her, she was super happy and all their dishes are delicious! Now that's her favorite place to go out to eat.

Too much rice for the amount of fish. The nigiri had paper thin pieces of fish on top of a big chunk of rice. The spicy rolls were covered in hot sauce. Tuna did not taste fresh and had a strange smell. Quick service but would not recommend this place.

Place is decent for sushi fare in the prairies. Dinner service is only all you can eat for 25.95 and kids are only 5-9years old. Our 10 yr old got dinged as an adult and he just had a few chicken fingers. Dinner for 3 was just about $100 (green tea and 1 lemonade).

The ramen prices and cost structure looks better

Excellent sushi at reasonable prices. If you love sushi, you'll love this place! If you don't love sushi, you should - and you should come here to eat some!

It's been a few years since I've been here, as both the food and service had really gone downhill. Decided to give it another try because there are a few rolls that I haven't found anywhere else. Plus, while they do have regular tables and chairs, they also have a zashiki style seating area, where you take your shoes off and sit on the floor (they also have the sunken floor area for your feet, making it a little more comfy)!

Things have REALLY turned around here! The staff were so engaging and attentive! The food is back on track and so tasty! Even the inside has had a few changes made. Definitely a 180 from the last time I visited; makes me wonder if maybe there is new ownership.

The Stir Fry Udon, Japchae, Hawaii roll (all pictured) are hands down my top 3 fave things on the menu! The egg and cheese (also pictured) is also super tasty, made with tamago (sweet egg) and cream cheese! And if you're looking for something fairly unique to here, try the Oshinko roll (pickled radish, not pictured)! The Beef Tataki on the supper menu is also super delish and should not be overlooked!

If you've never been, you're missing out! If you stopped going because it wasn't any good a while ago, you need to give it another try!

Some rolls were really good, others not so much. Since when is a spicy roll just a normal roll with a giant splurt of hot sauce on top?

Miso Ya has always been my favorite sushi place in Regina. I was worried reading some recent reviews as I hadn't been out in awhile, thankfully I was worried for nothing!
We went for the all you can eat, and the food was as excellent as I remember.
We order alot, but the highlights were; tiger eye roll, spicy sashimi salad, and the dragon fried roll!
All the ingredients tasted fresh, good cuts on the fish and the japache was especially tasty.
No meal is perfect, our Goyoza was alittle over cooked/dry. And the sunomono salad had undercooked noodles. Both items were still edible and tasted fine, I expect with the amount of dishes the kitchen prepare everything will not come out perfect.
You never have to wait long, 7 min after our order went to the kitchen our first dishes were at our table!
The biggest advantage to Miso Ya in both take out and eats in is portion size.
Miso Ya portions are smaller, so you can choose a variety of menu items and not end up with something you can't finish.
The take out menu has smaller portions and rolls cost between $4-8, instead of large rolls that cost $9-16 like alot of other places.
I like a variety in my meal, so this is a huge advantage. No worries if you like eating the same thing you can just order multiple!

This place used to be great. Im not sure if its new owners or what but this place deserves 0 stars. The food is disgusting and if you want food poisoning eat here.

We were reassured that we were there in enough time to enjoy a nice lunch as they were staying open later, and we arrived before 2pm. We decided to go with the all-you-can-eat, since bento box was only available for take out (bento box was what we wanted) only to be rushed through our meal. Our waitress told us it was “last call” right before we ordered our second round. Shortly after our food arrived, she came to let us know to hurry up because they were closing. I would expect, after spending $18 per person -for lunch- and the reassurance that we still had time, to get the time to actually have lunch in peace never mind the full 3 rounds of “all-you-can-eat, and the time to enjoy it. Bad service leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I came here a few days ago because I recently found out they opened again. I missed the food so much but I was extremely disappointed with the new management. Good thing the old servers were still employed, they were very neat and quick and knew how things circulate around the restaurant.

The food is great, but I was so shocked no workers were wearing their masks while making foods or serving the foods! The enterancr is so tiny, it is impossible to maintain 6 feet from each other. More shockingly, the server starts to speak while serving the foods, letting you know what kind of food is being placed on the table which is unacceptable during this COVID time! They also talk among themselves while holding the foods! I would not go back because of uneasiness of Possible COVID transmission from the workers. The food is great though.

They refused to accept us because they were closing in 90 min. Would like to give them less than a star but isn't possible.

It is always amazing when my family and I enter and eat but once the food was raw and that sadly was happening with all the food that we got but the avocado rolls because well there is no meat in that but other than that time wonderful place and always would recommend

The staff is pleasant however they are not sushi chefs and the fish was quite old when I visited. The price are quite low.

I like this place food is good tasty but they call it buffet u pay almost 30 dollors u can order three times but everytime the portion of u plate gets smaller thats y 2 stars

I always enjoy the experience whenever I come here. My partner and I always enjoy dates here and it's a good place for groups as well. The wait times are reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food is always delicious.

Food was alright.service was soo bad and slow.waited 45 mins to order our second round.very overpriced for all u can eat sushi.
