The staff at MNP were very professional and also personable. When we left their office we felt so relieved that there was help available and were confident that we were on the right track. We are now debt-free! Highly recommend their services.

I was extremely nervous about consulting with MNP about the mess I found myself in, so it was such a pleasant surprise when I realized managing my finances with their help wouldn’t be nearly as scary or complicated as I assumed it would be. Crystal has been so kind and understanding throughout this whole journey, and I’m looking forward to moving on to a better and happier chapter in my life, thanks to MNP’s care and assistance.

This was the biggest struggle dealing with debt. When life hit me hard. Raylene was very understanding and guided me through everything, especially when I was so overwhelmed. She made sure I understood all that was happening and gave me different options too.

I am so grateful I had help from MNP. Their people were helpful to me and to my situation. I was presented with options to settle my financial worries and I was supported with informations to properly get through the process. Finally I am now restarting my life. DO NOT use this company as a small business. Our company booked a meeting expecting it to be a consultation to see if they would be a good fit for us as new company in February 13th, 2023 and unexpectedly recieved a $330 dollar bill for the "service" they offered us April 27th, 2023.

At no point in our booking process or meeting was a fee of any kind brought up or mentioned for this meeting nor did we agree to go ahead with their service's, I am very glad we made the choice not to now if this is how they operate.

Transparency goes a long way. I guess we are in the wrong for assuming there would be a free consultation for our initial meeting, like the majority of other company's in the world.

I found that the people are very helpful getting myself through these toughest times if my life.
I would recommend them to anyone who is feeling buried by their debt like I was.

They are doing a very good job helping me they have never seenmy type of issue before but they are getting it done and saving me lots of money and lots of stress. I'll have to personally thank thank them for there awesome help and support through tough times of debt.

Totally this company gives my brother in law stress mentally as people messed up his account thinking he is paying the right amount but turned out he was short paid which not his fault at all. If we didn't call them for statement they will never know for sure. Raylene is not a good help she has no compassion towards her clients. Not nice and wont listen to our complaints.

Chelene sorted things out but still disappointed of how it turned out that he needs to pay still more than what they provided to him.

Very helpful - our situation was fairly complicated but they explained our options & pros/cons of each and, provided guidance to ensure we got the best outcome possible with the least damage to our credit, while taking care of more debt than we thought we could. It even cost less than we were initially told. They answered all our questions & clarified things we were confused about. Once we provided all required documents- they took care of everything & always explained next steps or anything else we needed to do. Highly recommended!

Covid destroyed me. Raylene held my hand every step of the process. Acted as a shield when things went wrong. She took the time to ensure I understood everything that was happening. Never missed a correspondence once. Fantastic experience. Changed my life. If you're struggling, call Raylene!
