I took a Samsung Galaxy Flip phone to get repaired under warranty. It was suppose to take 3 to 4 weeks to replace, but within 1 week I had the phone back, repaired under warranty. Excellent service! Highly recommend this place! Will be buying my next phone at Mobile Klinic!

Excellent service and trouble shooting expertise! The guys helped me out solving a problem with my iPhone’s hardware within minutes and had my phone back operating like it was new in minutes.

Don't buy any film protection from them. They'll lie an tell you another thing before the warranty ends.

I phoned in to inquire about a camera glass replacement on a Pixel 7. I was happy to hear that I could get a replacement the same day for a fair price. I dropped my phone off within the hour and had friendly service. I was called back to pick up my phone within an hour of dropping it off, I was impressed! When I arrived, I found the camera to have multiple unacceptable black spots that were not present when I dropped the phone off. The excuse was that they didn't have my phone passcode so they couldn't check their fix. They had my phone number and could have phoned to ask me for my passcode. Instead I drove 20 minutes across the city to find the fix unacceptable and to tell Klinik my passcode. Waste of time. Klinik accepted the mistake and promised to replace the entire camera assembly at no extra charge. However, this meant I need to wait a few extra hours for the repair. I am happy with the service so far, but disappointed with the mistakes. I will update my review once I get my phone back.

Update: they replaced the entire camera assembly for the cost of the back glass. It works well. Still replaced same day. Despite the hassle of the mistakes, Klinik made it right.

Knowledgeable and honest service. I came thinking I needed a new battery for my IPad. It would have cost close to $200. After doing some diagnostic work they came up with advice that didn’t require a new battery, all at no charge.

I've had very good experiences going to this location. The staff is knowledgeable and was very helpful on more than one occasion.

Brought my Pixel 7 in for a screen replacement. They got the job done in 45 minutes, very fast. Screen works perfectly and the fingerprint reader was calibrated as well. Happy with the service. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was helped by Zalak when picking up the phone.

They provided great service and immediate solution. Must recommanded place if you have any kind of problem with your gadgets.

This store owner knows his stuff. Husband has an older phone that Sasktel couldn't get working but this store got it up and running in 10 minutes. Best ever.

Fixed my iphone front and back same day at a great price. I have pictures and passwords on my phone that are irreplaceable and I don’t know what I would have done without their service! Would highly recommend them and they have a great warranty!

Super quick and easy service. They sent my phone away for warranty and I got it back in 3 business days.

Yes they will do a good job at fixing your broken product but the customer service is terrible. Rude, persistent and pushy. I won’t be back. Doctor phone fix quoted me 70$ less, was super polite and I had my broken screen fixed in no time.
