Modern Mattress has been very responsive to all of our requests. We had some mattress issues, and they got right on our concerns. Very easy to deal with and they stand behind the products they sell. I would highly recommend working with them.

Chad was insightful and super helpful, as well as patient with our 2 year old while we shopped!

Very good customer service with the store manager Chad. We went there to buy a new mattress and right away he gave us a tour of the store and ask us what kind of mattress we were looking for. We felt no pressure from Chad and was available when we had some questions to ask. We bought a mattress and the delivery was awesome and the movers did a very good job and friendly.
We highly recommend buying a mattress from them since they have everything in stock and it s nice to have.

Wow these guys were just awesome throughout the entire process. The manager worked very hard with us to get us into the bed we wanted. The delivery went smoothly with very nice helpful guys. I was increadbly satisfied, they went out of their way to make us happy. I will for sure be back in the future.

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with buying a mattress set. From first talking with Chad and then with Blair when I purchased the set. They both took their time in explaining everything that I needed to know. They didn't try to "upsell" me. I went in knowing what I was looking for.

Now to try out the 100 day guarantee.

Chad was able to answer every question we had and knew all of the products on their showroom floor front to back. We really like the idea of shopping local and with the no questions asked 100 day sleep guarantee, their Lotus line is a no brainer for us. Lotus is designed and Saskatchewan which you don't see a lot of.

Best place for mattresses. Jordan and his crew are awesome. This is my second bed, but I have purchased many extras as well. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a good sleep!

My experience at Modern Mattress was top notch. They have a very nice, clean store. Jordan was super helpful, very friendly and gave me an awesome deal. I highly recommend this store. Much better experience than other mattress retailers in Moose Jaw. Delivery was free and next day and the delivery guys were great too. I haven't actually used the mattress yet but the buying experience was 5 star!

Amazing customer service! Our first purchase didn’t work for us and they went above to make it right!

We went in to look at a new mattress. What we were looking for was explained quite thoroughly. We were left to sit on, lay on the mattresses. Pros and cons about all shown to us were offered. We were able to talk between ourselves without being hovered over. Price point was good and all of our questions answered well. Delivery was very prompt, and the delivery team was efficient, friendly and very careful of our doors and walls. We are comfortable with our 100 night guarantee option.

Modern Mattress has a variety of good quality mattresses in stock. I was so thankful for the excellent service - the guys listened patiently and worked with me to help me purchase comfortable beds at the right price. (Both times) On top of that, they also offer free next day delivery. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!
