If there's someone I would truly recommend that is Mohammad. I had just moved to Regina and tried working with three different brokers and all of them said there's no chance I could get a mortgage (not even with a B Lender) because I needed to build my credit here - even though I was offering a high down payment- anyway I was lucky enough to get introduced to Mohammad and after talking to him he gave me a call and asked me for a few documents he thought would be helpful and the next day he calls me again saying he got me an approval and not by a B Lender but with a bank, so I couldn't be more grateful.
