Easy to deal with store its a nice, decent store. Clean, and well managed. Good deals on there merchandise. I liked that they give you fair and decent price on your merchandise

Staff are very friendly and provide excellent service! My only complaint would be the negotiation process. They always ask how much you want and then have a little huddle while not speaking English, then come back with a lower price. I would much prefer they just tell me what they can give me for an item upfront. Pricing seems very arbitrary as well. I pawned an impact and battery for $40 but was only offered $70 for the same impact/ battery plus a matching drill with another battery, charger and bit set.

I always come to look at the rings. Sometimes there’re some impolite and aggressive customers, but the employees always show respect and patience.

I pawned my brand new Mac book computer a few months ago. I told then it would be a few months before I could pick it up because of my job situation. I told them that I had very important business documents and personal information. The computer is worth 3000 dollars they paid me 640 dollars. I said I would pay the interest in full in few months or so and do not sell it. They agreed to this request verbally. I called to pick up and to pay interest and and money borrowed. They sold on me because they made 2400 dollars profit. They lied to me went against our arrangements and stole 2400 out of my pocket. This is theft and corruption as I told them I would not pawn it if they were to sell it. They said they would not sell it but I would have to pay the 3 months interest and initial loan at pick up. Only to find out they sold it as soon as they could to steal my 2400 dollars of value. This is how they treat customers. They lied to me and sold it without so much as a call to me. They stole 2400 from me and lost irreplaceable business data. This is criminal and horrible. I feel victimized. Do not deal with these people if you are pawning items of great value. They will do and say anything to scam you. I will be taking legal action. This is how they treat customers. Do business with them at own risk. Do not believe their words. Better yet take your business elsewhere. Iam a victim of theft. These people should be shut down. I had 1200 to pay them but they sold it under my nose. And lied to me that it was ok to pay in 3 months. But they said 30 days we can sell which they said they can’t and would hold for me100 per cent both owner and employee said this as I told them I would not sell unless they promised to not sell on me as I promised to pay loan and full interest on pickup. Criminals. Do not deal here

Offer you next to nothingbut over charge for everything. Save your time. Go to other pawn shops.

How many times have I come here, I know how the place is now, I don't really care about this place cause every time they ask me for an amount I say how much I need and then they go and change it, I don't understand why they ask me when they should just do it for me, and when I need the money I am always short for what I need. But I have no choice but to go here, just doesn't make any sense. I am only here cause my cousin's items are there. Then they make up excuses about the item and how it is to pawn but I believe that but wish I can have better proof. They do help you but not in the right way. On the positive side, they are trying and doing their best for me. I am thinking about trying another pawnshop for my items in the future. All I am saying is I just don't understand why they ask me how much I need and when I say my amount they change it to a lower amount all the time, why not just tell me how much I am going to have like say "I can give you this amount for it if you want it. "

If you're a good customer and take your things out they'll help you when you need help like always trust them but take your things out

I was in there today for car audio stuff and it is over priced I won’t be going back there again

They sold me a vhs movie for 6 dollars (only place you can still pay more than a dollar for a vhs, but whatever) and the tape was cut with scissors.

Do you guys not test movies when you get them? If not, don't charge so much. I would be fine if I paid 1 dollar for a broken product thats effectively garbage, but 6 dollars plus tax for a VHS should be working perfectly.

The quality of second-hand goods is excellent, well maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. Will visit again for my next sell or buy.

I shop here lots, they have lots of items, drills, electronics, phones, etc. They have lots. A good store to spend some time in. They are not your typical chain pawn store I assure you that. I buy the odd item here, I didn't think they noticed me too much. Well I saw a power cord there for about 120$ I talked them down to 90$, and bought it. 3 days later at work i was using it I saw a price tag on it fr 90$. So there was two conflicting price tags. One was 120 the other was 90. I was unsure what I was gonna ask them. I went in and explained it and showed my bank statement and they immediately made it right. He said i shop there lots and The fellow at the counter offered me 30$ to spend in the store and then actually gave me like 45$ worth of stuff and technically I wasn't even entitled to that 45$ because I did agree to pay 90 after I talked them down from 120, but that was a list price they could have definatley argued BUT they still compensated me for 45$ they really didnt owe me no arguing no nothing. This store actually is family business and they care. I told them I will always come back, they really care about customers. And always nice too. Don't bother with the chain stores! Family owned is the best
