Edit: lowering my rating because of the rude customer service I received over the phone tonight. They forgot an entire meal in our Uber order and would not even tell me if they had it at the restaurant still so I could swing by and pick it up. Instead I got sass and someone backtalking me. I won't be ordering here again, I'll try the other location for my ribs from now on.

Love this place, they have some of my favourite nachos in the city - if you get the pulled pork ones. Service is good, food is good, and it's easy to get a table. The kapow shrimp appetizer is amazing too.

Went for my sons birthday. Food was great, but we felt our server Gabriel wasnt as polite. The tone of his voice came across very demanding and he didn't seem to have a lot of patience. He came by to check on us which was great however we almost didnt have enough time to ask for anything before he would already be turning around to leave.

Definitely recommend the skillet cookie, so delicious! My server brie was AMAZING, she served in both ways!

The buttermilk chicken was not crispy. Wait time for each item and to get the attention of wait staff is too long for customer service.

We went there Gabriel was our server. We found him very rude and was very short with us. We thought the menu was for lunch but he told us it wasnt for Saturdays, He said we were indecisive and would come back later. He forgot to order our soup and appetizers. Which came after our main course. We were still eating and I Told him our bill could be brought out when we were done.when he came with the machine he was more concerned about us putting in the tip. Unfortunately the tip we left was a refelection in the service he provided.on a positive note the food was good.

Almost always a great experience.nice for taking granddaughter along for kid's menu.

The steak was very good compared to last week. The only thing that attracted both of our attention was… (Being a previous restaurant owner) Numerous of the wait staff (girls) had long loose hanging hair and was always running there hand’s through it. Then in turn handling food, not only is your hands dirty from your hair, but chances are good it will end up in my food…

Our server was very helpful, and the food was even better. Even with our big family's order, the food was quick.

I ordered online. When the order arrived it was missing the gravy and buttermilk sauce for the chicken.

After a rough start years ago we are starting to come here more often. We are very happy with the food quality and the friendly service! Great food specials too.

When we went it took forever to be greater and seated. There was only 4 tables being used. We placed our order with the waitress. Then some other guy brought our food and the silverware was dirty. So he got us new silverware. Then we had to waive down another server for water and napkins. He then told us our server left and went home as she was sick and puking. So we asked for water. He never came around, then I got up and found the workers standing around talking and I asked him for the water and he said oh I thought you guys said you didn't want. I normally never complain but this experience was horrible for 4pm on a Wednesday

Bacon on the burger was not appetizing as was fatty and undercooked. They were stingy on the onions which didn’t seem caramelized.

Food was awesome.me and my ex gf snuck in here for a quick bite but the waiter was way too friendly with her and I was starting to get mad but he told us he is married so I swallowed my food easier! The all you can eat ribs are 10/10. Amazing!

The atmosphere is always great here. The servers are attentive and kind. My kids love that they have more than the typical kids menu. They can get ribs on the kids menu which is awesome. Good prices and I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at a Montana's.

Had an early supper at Montana's today. Hubby had a sirloin steak that was cooked perfectly, accompanied by a excellent margherita. I had a chicken burrito bowl that was brimming with taste, and a coffee that was refilled, which doesn't always happen nowadays. Very good experience.

They have massive plates of food which is perfect for a guy who eats a lot. The food has always been great when I go there and the atmosphere is great.

Fast, friendly service. Good food and nice portions. Stopped here with a large group and they were still very quick. It was particularly nice to have our dishes come out together.

Great food as always! I usually have ribs and I have never not eaten them all! One if my favs is the corn bread, which unfortunately they ran out of but when the fresh batch was done baking, our lovely young waitress brought me one! Thanks so very much Ellisa! I will be back!

Fajitas were very good. Lots of meat, peppers and onions on a sizzling plate. Plenty of other toppings. Too much for the 4 tortillas that you get
Steak was cooked just right. Beans are way better now that they are not so runny. New recipe tastes better too! Good family place, but can be very loud with larger groups often gathering for birthday dinners

The food was good like always but our service was terrible. We had a joiner come and the waitress, Whitney, looked at him and walked away. He was sitting here for 15 minutes before we had to flag her down so he could order food. He wasn't asked if he'd like something to drive at all either. After she dropped off food, she never came back. Awful service here.

Another typical chain restaurant. Decent beer selection, good menu. Gets busy at typical supper times (5: 30 to 6) so making a reservation or being there outside of that time is a good idea.

Overall great service and quality meals. My taste in food changes non-stop and they always manage to satisfy. I've had an issue with my order and they were very quick to correct everything.

I really like the food here. However the service is inconsistent. It's usually fine but the occasional long wait due to waitresses not clearly knowing which areas they cover, can leave a bad aftrlertaste from time to time. I've waited 45 minutes to get a menu before walking up and asking someone, and even then, they did nothing to make it up to me.

I wouldn't take reservations seriously here because we showed up early and the hostess said her manager erased our spot and a bunch of others.

Good family restaurant. Every Tuesday is kids eat free. One free kids meal per adult meal. Which is nice when trying to find a kid friendly place. The restaurant has tv's if you like sports. There is also a lounge area which has more tv's and no kids. The food is decent and the menu changes periodically which is nice. The staff are generally very friendly and very accommodating.

Terrible service. I asked for a medium rare steak and I was given chewy steak so I asked them to put it on a grill not a new steak. The manager was very upset with this. I had to point out to her it was now medium rare and was very rare before I didn't want to eat a raw streak. The waitress was very rude after and didn't ask me any questions about my meal. I would not recommend it.

Came here for Dinner with my daughter, little did I realize that I had forgotten my wallet! I spoke with the manager who was amazing about it, and allowed me to find a solution. Great customer service!

Ordered via skip the dishes the other night. MAJOR MISTAKE. Took THREE HOURS to get to our house. THREE. I tried calling endless times finally a lady got on and was very short and had an angry tone with me like "how dare you complain your foods 2 and a half hours late" Got it 3 hours later honestly I think these people took our order out of the trash can and packed it up for us. Didnt bother calling again to get the grinch on the phone again. Antojotos looked like someone sat on them, morr pesto in the dip then sour cream, 10 oz sirloin came cut into pieces? Not medium rare but burned well. Frozen veggies and tje slaw tasted like deli mustard. My wifes veggie burger. HAD BACON ON IT.were done

We just ordered on skip the dishes and were missing and entree item. When I called the restaurant the woman I spoke with immediately started telling me how she had to come in and help close. She did, ” yeah I see your order here I got called in to help close, I know, fun right? ” You know what, I don’t care about your close, I care that you get my order right. You have one job, take the food, from the line, put it in the bag. I don’t want a free dessert, I want you to get my order right. So disappointed not for the error, but for the response from the restaurant.
