We had the lunch trio weekday special that was very good.
Lisa our server was excellent even though she was extremely busy.

Called in to inquire about a lunch order for our staff to ask a few questions, guy who answered was grumpy and it seemed I was an inconvenience. Menu online let me order lunch options and he said no, the cup size is different so it's not available. We called and ordered elsewhere

Absolutely terrible service. Placed a delivery order with Skip and they didn’t include my baked potato or garden salad. When I called the restaurant they advise they would refund me through Skip and I could order again through the Skip app. When I asked if I could just get my sides they said “yes only if you come to the restaurant to get it yourself”… will not be ordering from Montana’s ever again.

Excellent food and huge portion! Highly recommend their fries with gravy and brisket burger! Also, their iced tea was delicious and very fresh!

Lisa was out server and she was fantastic, very attentive and easy to chat with. Thanks for the coin toss to help with our little guys menu choices!

Steak was small. It was full of grizzle.
Added mushrooms and onions they were ice old. Baked potato was cold.
Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

Our server was very friendly and made sure our glasses were topped up. Food can put quickly and was nice and hot. Excellent meal, excellent service.

Blessy is amazing. The food was exactly what we ordered, she asked if all was satisfactory, she asked if we wanted anything else very pleasant and a magnificent smile. If more people were like Blessy everything would become a better place. We have already told numerous friends and relatives to go to Montanas and ask for Blessy section. We will most definitely return.

Went in for supper on Sunday. Service was immediate and excellent. We had our meals in 20 mins or so - awesome. Food was well-prepared and very tasty.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We'll be back, soon.

Chelsey was a real good waitress, really good service and really easy to talk to. Help out with all our meals and drinks.

What a classic family restaurant. We love bringing the kids here, we haven't yet come for a birthday, but im sure we will in the future.

The thing that I love the most, aside from the food, is the service. It seems like they work in tandem, checking on you, or picking up plates, delivering food. There is always someone there, and that is amazing customer service, so we always tip well.

As for the food, where else can you get a steak and whole skillet of sautéed mushrooms? Order one for $5 and share with your spouse, it's amazing! Steak needed a bit more spice, so I settled for a BBQ sauce and fell in love with that as well.

I'm not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but my recent experience compelled me to share my thoughts. I recently dined at Montana's and had one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. First, it took an excruciatingly long time for someone to acknowledge our presence and seat us, even though there were empty tables available. When we were finally seated, it took another 15 minutes for our server, Chelsy/Chelsi, to come to our table. Throughout the entire meal, our server seemed disinterested and inattentive. Our drink orders were mixed up, and it took an eternity to get our drinks refilled. Our appetizers arrived after our main courses, and when we brought this to Chelsy's attention, she simply shrugged it off without offering an apology.

The final straw was when we received the bill. To our shock, we were charged for items we didn't order, and the bill was significantly higher than it should have been. When we pointed out the errors, Chelsy acted annoyed and reluctantly corrected the bill.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy from our server made this dining experience incredibly frustrating. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this level of neglect is inexcusable. It's disappointing to say that I won't be returning to Montana's based on this awful experience.

One of the best restaurants you can go to. If you go to the location on Rochdale, Ron is the best server you can get!

It was a member of our families birthday. The food was great, atmosphere o.k. But the service was quite poor. The server was non existent until time to pay. I always give the tip in cash and not on machine irregardless where our family dines. We were going to leave $7 irregardless of poor service (no water, no asking how food was etc.) When the server saw no tip on machine they sulked and muttered as they left.hence got NOTHING. Although food was very good, we'll go elsewhere or back to the south location where they give great service, bit not here. Quite disappointing to see frankly.
