Moose Jaw Animal Clinic

Called 1 month ago and got told they do not have a exotic specialist veterinarian.

I called again hoping they found some one.

If you need your small animal (hamster, in my case) euthanized, The girl on the phone was not sure if they euthanize hamsters but in my opinion, when you work at vet, I think you should know the basic information on animals you deal with.
So a heads up too any one reading their "available services" for exotic animals, it is not true.

Dr. Changar saved our dog's life and we wouldn't be bringing her home today if it weren't for him and the other staff. Dr. Changar was compassionate and we can't thank him enough for helping us get our pup back to her old self. Highly recommend Moose Jaw Animal Clinic to take care of your pets.

We bought a bird in with a broken leg we are put in a room without our pet and threatened by the owner a veterinarian he told us that he would call the law on us if we hadn't had the bird treated by Monday he also lied about other clinics that treat exotic birds we spent $80 which I'm going to insist on getting back and will never take another animal there

We took our dog to Moose Jaw Animal Clinic recently and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Dr. Anne was so gentle, kind and informative. Our dog was relaxed and calm throughout the visit and Dr. Anne provided us with explanations, advice and knowledge during our appointment, even offering to let us bring our dog by for drop in visits (pets and treats) so that she would associate the clinic with happiness. Always had a great experience here all the vets I've had are knowledgeable and pleasant. I take my 2 cats and dog here and the price always seams very reasonable.

We were visiting family in Moose Jaw when our little 4 lb Morkie developed trouble breathing, a precondition that required medication we forgot at home. We had a tiresome sleepless night as our little dog laboured to breathe. We went to the Moose Jaw Animal Clinic as soon as they opened at 8am on Saturday February 11,2023. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional, our little dog was given a medical exam and after the consultation the proper medication was prescribed and given to our little dog. We cannot say enough good things about the care at the Moose Jaw Animal Clinic. Dr. Changar was absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can see the kindness and care he has for animals. We were so impressed by the way he took care of our little dog. Thank you Dr. Changar. You have top ratings for your wonderful service and professionalism. We totally appreciated your wonderful help.

We were there sadly to say goodbye to our dog Kiara. Staff was very caring and compassionate. They gave us time to say goodbye without rushing.

They look after our pets and do a outstanding job of it. The vets always have time to talk about care and needs of our pets. The staff in the front are courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend Moose Jaw Animal clinic.

Great service, worth the 1 hr drive! Found a new home for my dog.dr.ram and team is superb! Keep it up. Plus facility is very clean and organized!

May 4 my beautiful boy went over the Rainbow Bridge, the vet was supposed to show up at noon to euthanize and never showed up, no call nothing, my boy died at 2pm in a lot of pain, then I get told he is on his way.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. All our questions were answered. Nice building and well kept.

We've had a good experience here, ranging from routine vaccinations to semi-emergency care and a neuter surgery. Vet personalities have ranged from a little weird to deeply compassionate but always a good result in the end. Not cheap but not entirely unreasonable. Would give 3.5 if I could but 4 isn't a lie, lol.

They were very kind and sympathetic when I had to bring my cat in for an emergency. Despite their best efforts I had to choose to put her down. I am very appreciative of all their work.

I understand this may seem like a weird review to do as we were there to sadly put down one of our dogs. I feel it is important though as this is a tough time for people when this has to happen. The last thing you need is a horrible experience at the vet to go along with this tough time. That being said our time at this veterinarian clinic was very professional with no selling us on expensive treatments that would do nothing in the end. The staff was very honest and confirmed our beliefs and did not make us feel like bad people by not putting the dog through all these tests to just confirm what we all knew. They allowed us as much time before and after to spend with the dog which greatly helped my wife. A sad day was made better by the compassion the staff showed. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you from our family and you will be out veterinarian to go to from now on.

My first visit to the clinic was on a Saturday. Despite how busy the staff were I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel my cat's care was compromised. My cat was neutered 3 weeks later and had no post operative complications. I will be bringing him back for future care.

Accommodating staff. Delighted to see doctor Ann after many years today, who helped facilitate the surgery for my cat. This Clinic combines new vet skills and vets with years of experience and wisdom.

Best vet clinic. Clearly they know how to work with their animals. My vet was unbelievable from the start and works really well with us. 5 stars plus!

Wonderful for me and my dog. Dr. Anne is incredible, experienced, empathetic and welcoming. My dog loved her too. All the staff are supportive, sensitive and awesome.

Always fast and friendly service, I take both of my dogs and my elderly cat here and I'm always satisfied with the care my pets recieve. This is the only pet clinic in Moose Jaw as far as I'm concerned, because I'll never take my pets anywhere else.

HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE, I FEEL THAT THIS CLINIC PUTS THE PET OR ANIMAL ABOVE THE BILL, WITH THAT SAID PRICES ARE VERY FAIR DON'T FEEL THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN OVER CHARGED STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

We moved to Canada last spring, and lost our dog a few months later. We could not have found better care for him than here. They were kind to our dog and kind to us, and when he passed, they cried with us as well. We have put our new puppies in their care with confidence that they will receive the best medical care they could need. If you love your companion animal, this is a good place to bring them when they need help.

I find it very ridiuclous that its been over 6months will no exotic vet replacement. Not everyone unfortunatley has immediate access to a vehicle to take a trip to Regina. My gecko needs almost immediate medical attention and non of the vets will examine her. She just needs something removed from her eye!

For my two years of experience with my two kitties (not only exams but surgery as well) I can say only good things about them.
Unfortunately we moved from Moose Jaw and for the last year I can't find anything to compare with their profesionalism so far.

Do not take your animal to this clinic unless you want him or her to come out worse then they were snippy receptionists snippy vet techs and brutal drs please dont do it to your animal go to Bellamy

They did whatever they wanted to my dog, without giving me the information and giving me some time to make the decision. What happened to " informed decision"? I came there and I already told them what was wrong with my dog. I asked for the antibiotics for my dog. After the doctor and her staff did all the tests on my dog and booked my dog for over $1000 surgery, presented me with over $300 bill and I left feeling as if someone just clubbed me over the head with the baseball bat. Awful experience. Please don't take your lovely animals there. Blessings

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, vets are top notch, and the care they provide is top notch. Been taking my pets there for years now.

My experience was great. It was my new kitten's fist visit. The vet was friendly, attentive, and answered all of my questions. I suggest having another staff that can be on customer service so that the wait line doesn't become so long. Overall 5/5.
