Terrible customer service, completely willing to put customers in unsafe vehicles despite supposed safety inspections before sale, and to give you the run around during the repair process. The only saving grace was being able to secure a deal reversal and get my money back to take my business to another dealership. After this and experiences at Prairie Auto Sales (owned by MJ Ford) I will definitely be avoiding the entire Driving Change group and encouraging anyone I know to do the same.

TLDR; ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Poor communication & management skills

Giving them 1 star only for that fact that Greg was an amazing salesman. Everything else afterwards was a nightmare. Absolutely awful service from their service department Managers Evan and Samantha. I went to them about an issue within my first 2 weeks they told me if it comes up again they’ll replace, engine light comes on again couple days later when I’m at work. Now it’s a 12k part with 6+ months wait time and they don’t want to replace so ask me if interested in a delete that voids my warranty. I say sure if you guys honour the warranty I paid for they agree but don’t have parts. More time goes by I ask to book in for certain dates in future to have delete and service done they say shouldn’t be a problem. Coming in on dates no answer from service dept, finally get an answer still don’t have parts, all of a sudden they now want me to pay half OR they can fix my dpf issue for 4k instead of the 12k 6 weeks prior & overnight ship it. This is a work truck in a growing fleet and I will take my future service to quite literally anywhere else!

My schedule for tires-change, oil etc was at 11am, but had to be at work at 7: 45am. Shop scheduled to open 7: 30am so I arrived at the door early at 7: 20, and so that I can be attended “first” and not be late at work! Tadahhh, door opened at 7: 24am, right away paper works done, and shuttle service ready (with the latest Mustang SUV, super smooth and beautiful and wowww) … so I was work 7: 38am! When work was done before 11am, my car was also done
and ready to go! Conclusion: Excellent service, reasonable price-wise… Thank you so much!

Always get in quick, they are always nice and hold themselves to a professional standard. Truck is always done and any future issues they see they give myself a heads up.

The team did a great job. Got my truck in with no notice for a full front end. Thanks guys
