Moose Jaw Nissan

Just had my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Colby and Connie made the transaction smooth. Even though the used EcoSport I bought was not a Nissan product Colby had done his homework to make sure he could properly inform me about the vehicle and it's features. Connie then helped me make a decision on warranty.

They cancelled my appointment and push it for another date, I told him no that I wanted my appointment at my date on Oct 12 and that I had took annual leave from work to be able to do my appointment, and that my limit date for my SGI was Oct 13 they just didn't care they push my appointment anyway.

They told me they had contacted Canadian tire to give me an SGI extension, they did that without my permission to do so. I went to Canadian tires and it looks like Moose Jaw Nissan lied because Canadian tire wasn't aware of anything.
So I cancelled my appointment there as well because the date limit was this Friday Oct 13, now I have to pay for another SGI inspection.

I will never do business with Moose Jaw Nissan ever again they made me waste my time and money and I won't recommend that business to anyone.

I stayed polite during our interactions but no amount of apologies will make up for my waste of time and money.

We were extremely impressed with Kolby at Moose Jaw Nissan. Kolby was an exceptionally personable young man, who was able to help us with the purchase of a Toyota Corolla that should last us several years. We would absolutely deal with Kolby again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Connie and Kaitlyn are very approachable and accommodating, They have a mile of patience in assisting me on which car will fit with my lifestyle and budget. I was impressed on their knowledge on how things goes for a new car buyer like me. I ended up buying a new Nissan Rogue

Colin reached out to me on kijiji and gave me a disgustingly low offer for my car.
When I declined and let him know that his offer was ridiculous he was very condescending about it, and acted like he was doing me a favour. Gross behaviour from a 'professional'.

Connie got me in for a test drive, Colin took care of the rest. Excellent customer service, will definitely deal there again.

My car had a noise on the front wheel and they said we have to diagnose and they didn’t find anything, and they charged me diagnosed fee, and after that we go to Regina and they found the problem but Nissan Moose Jaw didn’t find the problem and they always charge for diagnose fee. And they charge me 2 time diagnose fee but they didn’t find a problem, so we never go to Nissan Moose Jaw anymore.

We went here first as this was our first car brand of choice. But we were disappointed with how the car dealer handled our business. If you want a Nissan, you might wanna look elsewhere.
