In Feb/March 2023, I started looking for a Toyota Highlander in the Regina and surrounding area. This is when I came across the website for the Moose Jaw Toyota dealership.

I made some online enquiries regarding a couple of Toyota Highlanders in their inventory and this was when I spoke to a salesman named Emerson. We chatted at length about the vehicles and Emerson was able to answer all of my questions. Even though I was from Regina, Emerson invited me to come see the vehicle at the Moose Jaw Toyota Dealership.

A few days later, I drove to the MJ dealership.and I love this place. It’s probably the best Toyota Dealership in the province of Sask. Very comfortable, great lighting, modern design and just a great space overall.

I was greeted by Emerson at the door and he was amazing. Super friendly, laid back yet very professional attitude. This specifically made me feel welcomed and comfortable while looking at a potential vehicle to buy. Through some good luck, I was able to purchase a brand new 2023 Highlander from the Moose Jaw Toyota Dealership. Emerson made my buying experience a smooth and fun interaction. He was committed to great service, he provided accurate information and product knowledge. Most importantly, Emerson demonstrated superior customer service from start to finish. He made me feel confident in the my choice of vehicle and it immediately took away the anxiety of potentially buying the “wrong” vehicle.

He has such a passion for his job that it translated pure excellence in his customer service. He uses a professional, respectful, knowledge based style and an “easy going” sales approach. Well done Taylor Automotive Group- for hiring this remarkable staff member.

I did get to meet other team members and they were as friendly, upbeat and professional as Emerson.

Jaffery (Business Manager) demonstrated excellent communication and listening skills during our two meetings. Sometimes, buyers can feel "uneasy or anxious" when dealing with the business part of a vehicle purchase. This was not my experience with Jaffery.

Jaffery has very strong interpersonal skills and this made for a great connection between the two of us. During the "paper work" process, he showed his understanding of vehicle sales, he made me feel comfortable with the numbers and he provided great customer care during the entire process (including follow up). Jaffery was very proficient in adapting to my style as a "tough" customer. Well done Jaffery!

Since I wanted some "add-ons" to my Highlander (roof rails, paint protection, undercoating etc). I was introduced to the Parts and Service staff. Miles, Brian and Dan were just excellent representatives of the Parts and Service staff. Their customer service, knowledge, communication style and prompt service was Top Notch. Even the shuttle drivers - just genuine friendly and accommodating people. Everything that I'd come to expect - just before I took final delivery of my 2023 Highlander.

Note - I found the Used Car Sales Manager to be a little less than inviting. The first impression I got was very nonchalant, didn't care that we were interested in a vehicle. Told us that he had buyers in Calgary - trying to convince us it was a vehicle that wouldn't last long. To be frank, I didn't appreciate that. It was a way to create pressure and fear to coerce us to think that what we might lose our opportunity. Not sure if he didn't think we were financially stable, serious, or simply wasting his time. Honestly just felt like we were not worth his time. Customer service did not feel like a priority with this person.

We just want to say thank you Emerson for the wonderful service. We had a great experience buying our Toyota Highlander. He explained everything and helped us every step. From now on we highly recommend Taylor Toyota Moosejaw and the whole team!

Just bought a Rave 4 last week from Moose Jaw Toyota. Emerson helped me a lot, I had a nice experience of buying a car. And really appreciate to Cody. This car is very hard to buy now, but he only used less than two months to get it.

Great place to get service, parts or a new vehicle. Service and parts are very knowledgeable. They are always friendly and try to help you out as much as possible. If they don't know the answer they will book you in to the techs and get everything sorted out. The sales team is fantastic they always have he answer to my questions and if they don't off the top of their heads they find out in a timely manner. They give you all the information and let you make your decision on if you shoukd get a vehicle or not. They don't pressure you or push. I have never once been hounded with phone calls because I didn't buy somthing that day. And once you do buy they call randomly (once or twice a year) just to see how things are going and if there is anything they can do to make your vehicle or experience better. I will always go talk to them with all of my Toyota needs.

He worked hard to get me the price I requested over an extended period and remained personable and patient while never pressuring to make the sale. Respecting a person's space and time needed for a large-scale purchase was a strength of his. Commitment to the customer was evident even after the sale, including providing a ride to a local insurance dealer and answering follow-up questions. I just purchased a used vehicle today from here and it was an effortless experience. Was able to do most of the ground work for the deal remotely including preauthorizing financing. Product advisor Emerson Arandia went above and beyond to get the deal done not only answering texts well past business hours but came in on his day off at my convenience.

I took them a working vehicle with a slight oil leak to diagnose. I received a vehicle with no gear selector on the dash, no reverse lights, and a flashing 4-LO, check engine, and traction control lights on the dash. They didn't have any solution other than look at it myself and book another appointment if I couldn't fix it. I posted this review, they accused me of lying and phoned around to other shops that had seen my vehicle in an attempt to catch me in a lie. Do you want to do business with people like that?

- This behavior lost them my business. A few months after this incident I purchased a new vehicle from a competitor. Quite an expensive mistake on MJ Toyota's part.

My wife and I worked with Dan O.to purchase a 2020 Highlander this spring. Being that we live an hour away from MJ, the majority of the dealing was done via email and phone. Dan was excellent to work with and always prompt to reply to our questions and concerns. He located the vehicle with the exact trim and color that we wanted and had it at the dealership and ready to go for us very quickly. The purchase process with his finance team was smooth and he even assisted us in getting my wife's plates swapped over with an SGI broker in town. The 8000km service was just completed and Taylor Toyota covered the cost, and even washed the SUV for us before we picked it up, Awesome! We will definitely be buying another vehicle from Dan and team in the future!

David and the staff are amazing to deal with. We had a couple "bumps in the road" during our trade in and purchase of a new vehicle but they were there every step of the way working out a solution with us that worked for both parties! I definitely recommend this dealership!

I came in knowing what I wanted and didn't want in a and vehicle and Laurel quietly supported me in finding the perfect vehicle. She let me lead the way and provided key information when I asked. The rest of the staff were supportive and accommodating. I had some great laughs at the Toyota dealership thanks to Laurel's great attitude. They had the car I wanted and a good price, negotiated and I walked away happy with a new vehicle. The meeting with the financial guy could have been done quicker but the dealership was very busy with others buying cars. I would definitely come back (hopefully not too soon lol).

TLDR: very professional sales and support team, very reasonable price

I bought my current car from here. I had to ask someone to drive me to MooseJaw and then we had a flat tire 50km away from the town. These people agreed to pick me up, and then gave me a better price even it was obvious I had very little choice other than buying the car.

I have had very few problems with the car since then. Great service overall

I can’t thank you enough for squeezing in servicing my Sienna on Friday of the Canada Day weekend. I’m from Southern Ontario and when I reached your city I realized that I very much needed new run-flat tires before I could continue my trip west. Your service people did a fantastic job with the tires and even managed to give my car an oil change too. After dropping the car off to your place of business, your staff drove me back to my hotel then picked me up again when the car was ready. Your staff even washed my van.

It may interest you to know that because of your kindness, I decided to stay in Moose Jaw for a few days on my way home. Thanks for everything!
