Above and beyond excellent service. Needed to get a pcv valve replaced on my vw They ordered a part that may need to be replaced. Found out that the part did not need to be replaced. Returned it no cost to me. Scanned for codes i provided the new pcv valve they installed it all for 250 bucks. Double that if you went to a dealer easily. Brandon Tony and the shuttle driver were excellent. Highrecommend.

Super friendly as soon as say hello the great customer service starts and keeps on going till you pick up your vehicle. Best part they care about the "little guy" you don't have to be a big company you get kindness and caring and treated like you matter.

MJ truck shop did a very good job on fixing our truck. Our water pump finally had it as we were passing MJ, most shops there all said they go by appointments and not til the end of September. Again, we wanna thank all the guys n ladys for a job well done. We would 100% recommend them. Thanks

We broke down with our diesel vehicle from Europe while traveling through Canada. They could take us in the same day and found some things to fix. It turned out that our problem was more complicated and we hat to visit other garages along our journey. In retrospect we found that the price was too high compared what we paid at other places and the work we had done elsewhere! Friendly staff.

Several issues with Mj Truck Shop! It took them a month to fix my truck. Got told they had majority of the parts and when I went in the next week, got told they didn’t have any of the parts, they were still waiting on the shipment. They gave me a prices quote and when I brought it in and went to pay it was doubled. Had my truck booked in here weeks in advance for a simple job and it sat, all day not being touched.

They do good work, but don’t get the job done even with booked in or told it’s going to be finished at a certain date.

The best place to take your truck or any vehicle to get worked on. Great customer service.

I was at Moose Jaw Truck Shop to get a set of new tires. The staff was so knowledgeable and helped me get the best tires for what I do at a really good price! I would 100% recommend and go back again!

This shop did not do proper diagnosis of my truck (Freightliner M2) last 3-4 weeks. They told me that my truck has a RDIATOR leak & needs to be replaced. They told me that part & labor will cost me C$3015.00. I drove off to another shop in Valley City, ND (US), they did diagnosis and told me that its a WATER PUMP that is leaking. Part & labor costed me US$890.00 only, it was immediately fixed & it running great! I saved around C$2000.00 with 3 days down-time. Please, anyone goes to that shop, get a second opinion from another shop to be sure. This is why I have given this shop only ONE STAR. Thanks guys.

They don’t just do trucks! Haha brought my Jetta here and they got it in asap. They were super quick and very friendly. And they had snacks.

Customer Service was above my expectations. Loved how they kept me updated throughout the process of my vehicle repair. Would recommend them highly.

Had an amazing experience here. I was traveling from Ontario to BC when my van started losing power. I was unable to go faster than 80kmh. I stopped in Moose Jaw and called this shop. They had my van in the shop the next morning and I was back on the road the very next day. The mechanics and the front end staff were extremely friendly helpful.

Brought my truck in with a hard to start problem. They found it, kept it over night to verify that it was fixed. I was happy to get it back without having to worry about getting stranded again.
Plus they did a quick check and let me know of some problems I will be having in the future but didn't need to get done right away

Have taken my trucks there several times and have always had great service. If you need any truck needs take it there they will get you back on the road

Brought in my 02 LB7 for injector replacement. The staff did a fantastic job of keeping me updated of the status of my truck and of any issues that arrived along the way. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good straight up shop. Will be taking mine back in the future.

Thanks to the staff. Great service. Great work. My 2010 truck power steering rack gave way during the coldest days in January. They had to replace the tie rod ends and did a wheel alignment. I was very grateful to have a loaner as well. I did get a call back two weeks later to see how things were going. Nice touch.

They really do "fix everything"! From vehicle anxiety to peace of mind and snacks to boot! I have been to many repair shops but never felt eager to write a review. I never thought my heart could feel truly touched by thoughtfulness at a vehicle repair shop!

I could go on about how pleasant my experience was as a customer but I'll keep it relatively short and sweet. Their whole team demonstrated supreme integrity and worked with heart, skill and resolve to meet me where I'm at without overextending my limited finances at the time. They took amazing care of me and my car (left it cleaner than I brought which shocked me). I wish they were in the same town as where I live!

***For those curious to read a bit more detail:
I was on my way across the country when my car started making a freakishly loud noise and not only was the reception amazing from a friendly and good humoured voice on the phone, to an array of snacks and refreshing drinks to enjoy on a super comfy couch with relaxing music playing. Was I in a spa or a vehicle repair shop! Felt like both as they put my mind and pocket book at ease by the time I left.

I noticed signs that allow for clients to pay in instalments in case a repair should be too financially inconvenient. And these guys communicated what they found with great clarity where the amazing notes and reception gal felt like a bridge of clarity instead of an obstacle from connecting with the shop crew. And after they removed what was causing the alarming noise, they assured me that it was a repair that *could safely* wait until I could get home from the remaining 5 hour drive, or if I wanted it fixed before leaving town, they would happily make time before I left town next morning.
Thanks so much to the Moose Jaw Truck Shop team! You really do fix everything!

Excellent service! They were honest, fast, reliable! I brought my truck from regina with a very poor explanation on what was happening, their techs figured out what was wrong right away and got it fixed in a very efficient and cost effective way! Very nice front end staff as well! Highly recommend these guys and girls!

I was travelling thru Moose Jaw and my truck reminds me it’s time for an oil change, I’m from Ontario so it won’t wait that long, I know the (at least my Ford Dealer back home) dealership won’t change it with my camper on so off to the internet I go for a look. I find Moose Jaw Truck Stop, and it has some good reviews… so I phone hoping they take me in with the camper on and get in the next few days. Sure enough I can get in at 1pm that day (Yay). I walk in at 1, I’m greeted with a smile (even under the mask I can tell), quickly checked in. Waiting room is clean, quiet, stocked with chocolate bars, chips, soft drinks and bottled water.
An hour later I’m on my way… Fast friendly service, reasonable prices, what’s not to like!

Best and fastest service I have had with my diesel vehicles. They are very honest and fast at what they do. Had appointment on Friday dropped of early on a Monday incase they could work on it threw the week it was done same day (monday) i was amazed. They have done work so far to my Dodge ram cummins as well as the most recent repair on my 2013 Jetta Diesel and i wouldn't take my diesel vehicles anywhere else.

Finally, a mechanic I can trust to do the job properly and not rip me off! Started going here after Smoke Em butchered the last job I gave them and have been very pleased with the service.

The guys did a great job on the delete on my 2010 Sprinter. The workmanship was good on the exhaust and the van runs great. I hardly have to push on the pedal to go 50 k and it feels quicker. I am estimating 2mpg or so by my scangauge across the board.

Had a blown airbag on my truck and they were able to get me fixed up and back on the road within an hour! Easy access off the highway too
