Moosomin Dodge has proven to be nothing but a headache. We purchased a pick-up in June/2023 after endless calls saying the truck would be ready "next week" for two months. Afterwards in the first week after purchase, the engine light appeared and has not gone off since. When we call to ask about our warranty they tell us they will find out and call back.it has been 5 months now (November/2023) and after making multiple calls to ask and remind we are fed up. DO NOT go here if you want an easy sales experience.

Highly recommend going anywhere but moosomin or whitewood. Worst dealerships to deal with. Took them 6 months to get the truck road worthy, when I finally got the keys in my hand ready to go home the engine light came instantly on. Sales Manager said he'd help me out and cover whatever it is. That was in May. Not sure who's runs it but it's terrible customer service. They don't even know how to call back unless they want your financial info!

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Moosomin Dodge. We absolutely love the vehicle! The ride is smooth and feels very safe…safer than a lot of other vehicles. We dealt with Kyla, we told her what we were looking for in a vehicle and she found it for us and never put any pressure on us to purchase. Before leaving the lot with the vehicle she sat in the vehicle and helped with the many settings to get us started. When we are ready to purchase our next vehicle we will definitely go to Moosomin Dodge to see what they have.

Purchased a vehicle over the phone. Michael was great to deal with. Answered all the questions I had (which were many). He made the process very smooth and we even did a walk around FaceTime to give me better view of vehicle. Staff there is very friendly to deal and talk with. I am from Saskatoon, I made the purchase on Tuesday and they had it delivered to me on Thursday. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! Thank you Michael
