Very welcoming and approachable staff. I have been doing personal training with JJ for just over a year…one of the best investments in myself I’ve made. I have learned so much from JJ. His coaching has helped me get comfortable in the gym, motivated to keep coming back, and I’m stronger than I have ever been. Thank you, JJ! You’re the best!

All of the staff always smile and greet you when you enter the gym. The lady that works the morning shift on Saturday and Sunday will ask you how you are doing and will wish you a good day. The man cleaning the boot room initiated a conversation with me on Sunday March 5,2023 at 1015 am. I said to him that the staff at the gym do good work and are friendly. I said he really did a good job of cleaning the boot room. There was no dirt or gravel anywhere. He thanked me and asked me if I could write a review of the gym and of his work. I told him that I would gladly write a positive review. I highly recommend working out at the Blairmore Motion Fitness

During my time at motion fitness, i always appreciated the helpful and assertive receptionists.

Especially, Peter. He was such a gentlemen with guiding me through the membership process.

Great gym, good staff, day care ladys are the best.our kids love going there, wish they had evening day care hours or else we would not have cancled our membership.the only bad thing is the sauna is usually broken, and equipment takes a long time to get fixed

Been using this gym for quite awhile now, noticed that it's pretty pricey but that's expected with how everything is quite expensive now! If you can't afford then I recommend a gym such as fit4less, The men's sauna has been down for quite some time and dang it sucks, but it's definitely some kids just pouring water in the "Electric Sauna" ruining it for all of us, noticed all these holes in the walls and it's also probably the kids up to no good, Treat the facility like your home and everyone would be happy.
Overall the staff at the gym are very friendly and helpful, you'll get the odd staff member who doesn't acknowledge you here and there but whatever, they do their job and keep the gym up and running, overall I would definitely get friends to sign up or drop in just to checkout the gym

Peter was the most helpful desk receptionist I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had an issue with my gym membership, I had no clue what was wrong. Luckily, Peter was kind enough to help me resolve this issue!

The general manager James was super helpful when I came to cancel my membership since I’m moving away. Canceling gym memberships is usually a hustle, and I had bad experiences with the other motion locations when I tried canceling. He addressed the problems I ran into professionally, and I got everything I wanted stress free.

The sauna never works, they never replace broken or missing equipment, the change room has holes in the walls, lockers are always broken, no reason for this gym to cost as much as it does. The staff are good but management in control of decisions does not care about the customers.

Sauna hasn’t been working for 4 months, even though our membership reflects a working sauna.

The front desk staff have become less and less friendly over the last few months. There used to be resistance bands and skipping ropes for us to use, those are now gone. There used to be bumpers for the cable machines to prevent slamming, those are all gone. The benches are loose, which is potentially dangerous. I’ve only been attending this gym for 6 months, and I’ve decided to switch back over to fit4less.

Signed my 2 teenage sons up for this gym. The tour was great, everything checked out.

Unfortunately I was never shown the men’s change room. My sons tell me that there are holes in the wall and the sauna doesn’t work and apparently hasn’t worked for a few months.

During my tour I was told that they had a working sauna. This is one of the reasons I had chose this gym, as a working sauna has many health benefits.

I really appreciate the staff, they're so welcoming. However the machines and equipment are falling apart. Two of the three cable rows are janky. Missing and broken caribeners, ripped and worn upholstery. You can tell the owners are putting their bottom line before customer experience.

I’ve been going to this gym for 2 and a half years, and it’s been going downhill. This gym lacks all types of equipment, especially cable attachments. There have been holes in the men’s change room for months now, which I guess they don’t want to fix. The benches are all loose and very unstable.

Out of the 2.5 years I’ve been going here, the sauna has worked for 3 months. It currently has been broken for a few months. It would take a technician a day or two to fix, yet the refuse to hire one.

Anyone looking to improve themselves for 2023, I would highly recommend finding a gym other than this motion.

Cannot say enough good things about this location! I continue to come back here despite moving cause the people and atmosphere are just amazing. They are so kind and willing to answer any and all questions. You definitely feel like you are apart of a great community here!

The staff here are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They always greet me by name and have daily conversations. Feels like family and makes coming.here more enjoyable. Staff are also knowledgeable in training. This gym really changed my life.

Was In town for weekend, could have used gym I already have access to from my home town, motion was beside hotel, thought we would try out. Had no issues with being able to drop in during covid. Front staff was professional an quick to get us in. Gym was very clean an huge! All the equipment I needed was available for my workouts. No egos in the gym just all good people! Highly recommend!

Likely one of the most expensive gyms in the city for no justifiable reason. $31.49 after taxes nets you 14 days at the gym; however they will also randomly hit you with hidden “maintenance fees” of $51.45 on-top of your membership fees costing you well over $100 for 1 month of membership at times. They have significantly cut hours at this location from the advertised 24 hours, as well as Stonebridge and Lawson, with no update for over a year now as to when they will return; yet Brighton location manages to fulfill the 24 hour promise as advertised. No towel service at any location. Vague, non-descript and poorly enforced guidelines regarding Covid-19 health measures. All of these pain points and they still indiscriminately hit you with over $100/month of fees so you can have access to an understaffed and poorly maintained gym. Honestly just go to GoodLife or Snap Fitness, no hidden fees and they are transparent about their hours and guidelines with no false advertising. The only star earned here is that the staff are pretty friendly.

I really like the staff here, they are very nice and helpful. Excellent communication skills, always making everyone feel welcomed. All the machines are in good condition and if you don’t know how to do a certain exercise, the staff is awesome and they help you out happily!

Staff always goes above and beyond to answer any questions, keep the gym looking pristine and also do their best to remember your name and greet you as you enter and leave the gym.
The staff at Blairmore are the reason I go to this location over others in the city!

They keep taking money from my bank even I called to cancel my membership! So I need to call my bank to stop them taking money! And now sent my info to collection! Even in their record it’ll show I never show up and use their gym. NEVER sign up for a contract with motion fitness! You’ll never get away with them!

Great place for fitness lovers with all type of gym equipments. Staff is so friendly.
Additionally they have a nice daycare facility which is fabulous. My son loves to go and play. Daycare has great staff to care your kids.

I have been working at motion fitness blairmore for 6 years, and the childcare is amazing all the childcare staff have been amazing to my girls always taking care of them good, especially humaira she always pays alot of attention to all the children and makes sure they have a lot of fun and alot of love. Would definitely recommend this childcare to anyone looking for a fun and positive environment for there children.best gym childcare hands down!

I've been coming here for a little over two years, and I love the sense of community of this gym. The staff are super friendly and engaging, there's lots to equipment to choose from, and it's very clean (especially right now during a pandemic). I'll be continuing to attend this facility for a long time!

Blairmore has such a friendly staff that welcomes you as soon as you walk through the doors. The facility is very clean and this gym has everything you need for a gym! Would definitely recommend!

Clean and friendly environment the child care staff always available for my daughter, my daughter never wants to leave i usually have to drag her out my 7 year old still enjoying coming to which is bonus

Whether you're looking to jump start your fitness journey or need advice managing your fitness goals, I highly recommend JJ Del Castillo as a personal trainer. He is super competent, knowledgeable, a great motivator and coach. He is always there to answer any questions even when he's not working.

Overall, great vibe/energy at Motion Fitness with amazing management, staff, trainers and members. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.a real family feeling. I couldn't ask for a better gym.

I started training with Ryan at Blairmore location in Oct of 2019. I reviewed all that trainers at all the Saskatoon locations and felt Ryan was exactly what I needed and I was right. I started seeing immediate results and enjoyed going to the gym to train with him. After a major accident that forced me away from the gym, for 10months, I was happy to get back at it with Ryan about 3 months ago. His previous experience (in physio therapy and rehab work) has been a huge asset in allowing me to continue to rehab my injuries and avoid further injuries. Ryan has a strong knowledge of the body and training techniques as well and great ability to motivate without being pushing. I’d highly recommend contacting him and starting your journey.

The experience of training at the Betts ave location has been amazing so far, it gets even better when you have trainer like JAI, he has phenomenal knowledge in the field, I have learnt so much from him not just about my physical fitness but about winning at the mind level as well, so if you want to grow mentally and physically JAI is the guy to talk to

Have been going to this gym for about three years, and I have nothing to complain about it. The staff are very accommodating and the place is well-kept. Great place to work out! I have been training with Jai Patel for more than a year and I can testify that he is one of the most experienced and committed trainer around. He has a wide variety of techniques and will keep you motivated at all times. If you are looking for a personal trainer around the area, I highly recommend Jai!

Ryan is awesome! Very encouraging and friendly, easy to talk to about my fitness goals and he strives to ensure I am challenging myself during my workouts. Love the staff and overall friendly atmosphere of this place, everyone says hi and goes out of their way to learn your name. I joined Blairmore Motion Fitness in October of 2020, I have joined gyms before but found it difficult to stay committed. Terrified of being the one who didnt know what she was doing, the one who ran out of breath on the treadmill, the one who would sweat when barely doing anything.

I decided when I joined this time I would get a coach/trainer to keep me accountable. I met with the manager James and he paired me up with a brand new coach/trainer JJ for 6 months, and what a life changing experience it has been. JJ from the get go showed he was in this field to help his clients get the results they want, always there for extra help when needed, always pushing you for that extra rep. My goals are being met and I am doing more at the gym then I ever imagined.

I was nervous as heck, but all the staff from James, the front desk staff, the people working to keep the gym safe and clean, and JJ always made me feel like I was apart of a new found family.

8 months later and I am still working with JJ, I love the hellos, have a good day and all the other encouragement from everyone at Blairmore Motion Fitness, staff and other gym goers.can not imagine my life without the

I have been training with Ryan at Blairmore Motion fitness for the past year and a half and would highly recommend him! I always get a great workout, he is flexible on training time and gives me information on nutrition and how to stay motivated at the gym. If you need a trainer ask for him, you will be sure to get the results you want.

The cleanliness of the gym and the friendliness of its staff motivated me to often come to the gym. One thing that I never found in any gym where I previously go to.

Have been trying to cancel this account for months and they still keep it open. Which has resulted in alot of overdue charges that I don't see fair. I would recommend maybe trying another gym if possible. FYI, it has been months since I have tried to cancel this. Before Xmas 2020 sometime. It's very frustrating that this company keeps trying to get more and more money for services that we don't use.

I love working out at motion fitness, everything is so clean and spaced properly. I never have a problem finding space to workout. Also the staff are fantastic!

Amazing place with alots of equipments for workout. They have seprate place for women which is very comfortable for women who just started their workout. And these days they follow all the procedure to make that place safe and clean for their customer which is excellent.
Moreover, their staff is very helpful. Their personal trainers also always helpful.

I have been to many gyms around Saskatoon, recently switched from good life. I have never been to a place where the staff actually interacts with the customer. From the friendly front desk staff, to the trainers who are walking the floor, motion fitness is hands down, the best place to train and I recommend it to everybody.

Had issues with the maintenance fee payments of other family members for the family membership due to COVID, but Mandeep was able to solve my problems in a very professional manner. I was going to take a loss and cancel for good, but Mandeep tried her best to make the situation right and I was able to figure out my own personal payments separately. Super happy she went above and beyond to fix the situation. Will definitely come back once things are back to normal as I now have a peace of mind when it comes with to payments. Thank you so much!

Purchased a punch pass while I'm in town working. Great facility, lots of up to date equipment and nice clean change rooms. In Alberta we don't wear a mask while we are training so I was a bit upset to hear the news but the staff was understanding, empathetic and gave me tips so I could try to get through my workout. Happy to have found a great gym away from home

I joined Motion some two years ago at Blairmore location Saskatoon. I was very impressed by the quality of free weights, cables, machines, and motivating climate that stimulates focused workouts. The staff and management are nice to everyone. However, I briefly decided to cancel my membership to explore other possible gyms, only to discover motion is superior. So I re-activated my motion fitness membership plan today because it’s the best gym in town.

Beautiful facility, I had a discrepancy with a billing error and Mandeep the supervisor handled it very professionally. Would definitely go here if I lived on this side of town.

I love this gym as it is always clean and people are very friendly. The childcare staff are very helpful and takes care of the kids very well. My son loves them!

Favorite location in Saskatoon. Staff is hardworking, welcoming and friendly.

Facility is always clean and equipment is all in good working order and condition if anything is faulty or broken it is repaired quickly.

Requests to improve the gym are always strongly considered and typically implemented if possible.

Great management as well, James is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure members of the gym are content.
