Mr. Lube + Tires

Horrible service. Was told to switch doors as someone was before me. I did. Proceeded to wait the “5mins” which ended up being 30 mins then someone swooped in around me and went into the middle bay after I was next in line and already waiting.

All the staff members are really nice. They really help you with the issues on your vehicle. Gurman and manager are very experienced.

Recently had my car's oil service done by Matthew. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top-notch condition. The service was efficient, and my car is running smoothly.

Really good experience. Mr Matthew was very helpful and good guy. I was there for coolant and washerfluid topup and they did that free of cost.

Matthew and Cassandra did a wonderful job today! Matthew made sure I was good with every decision during my appointment. Cassandra did a fabulous job managing the inevitably long "first day of snow" line. Fabulous job by the team today!

Came to Mr. Lube in harbour landing yesterday after work around 5. A gentleman came out and addressed me within not even a minute in the parking lot. Super quick and friendly. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes which isn’t too bad for the after work rush as other cars were in front of me. The technician Mathew was fantastic. Super quick, knowledgeable and a very kind person. I will be back next time!

Time wait was a bit long but they were busy so it was fair. Matthew was super great! Polite, efficient, and got the job done fast! Fantastic service and very happy customer:)

I just stopped in to get my fluid levels checked! My steering was getting very hard to turn. Matthew didn’t even make me pull into the garage. Was in and out so quickly for a headlight change. They ended up not having the correct headlight but once I grabbed it from Canadian tire the employees were happy to swap the new lights in!

Matthew at Mr. Lube in Harbour Landing provided excellent service on Sept. 7/22. He was patient and explained all that was done or should be done to my vehicle to help it run optimally. He also helped reset the maintenance messages that I was getting on my vehicle console.

As usual I was in and out in no time. Matthew the service tech that helped me was great. Very pleasant.

I went there to replace my tire from summer to winter, and winter tire were manufactured 10 years ago. I didn't knew about that I bought 3 years ago and said they don't charge the tire which had made more than 10 years. Funny to hear that says safety reason, went in canadian tire and they replaced it. I used to go this place quite often but not anymore.

Rude staff, waited so long to be helped. Nobody came out to ask want I need done and had to change bays and started waiting time over!

Went to get oil change done for my car.
Matthew did the really nice job and explained me everything very clear. He is fantastic guy and really seems to know what he is doing.

Went there for an oil change as my regular garage was not available. Obviously they spilled oil on or near the exhaust as now my car stinks of oil every time the engine gets hot. Never go back to these amateurs again!

Quick service. Very helpful. Don’t have to book before going.
They also accept old oil if you do an oil change yourself.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I've waited for 2hrs in the line! Because this Guys working in the mr.lube harbour landing told me that "first come first serve" service, but i Dont think they know what are they Talking About.in Short "NO FIRST COME FIRST SERVE"! NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

So this place we highly recommend! Great service! Asked us for g we wanted coffee so nice! Also very quick and easy to talk to! If you want help with your vehicle this is the place to go

1: 25 pm told me will take only 30 mins in total as one car was on front of me. Went down to them and told me once this car which was inside its done you will be next still they let other card which was my right on other lane. Its 40 mins still waiting. Also on left side car which came after me they took that first and still waiting.
2: 20 pm inside. NOW AFTER WASTING 45 MINS HERE THEY ARE SAYING TIRES ARE TOO OLD TO PUT ON CARS. SERIOUSLY. WHY DONT YOU SAY AT FIRST PLACE. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. I SHOULD BELIEVE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Waited for 2 hours and they denied service saying that its 6 pm and closing time. I was still ok with that but they said its first come first serve but provided service for tire change to a vehicle that came more than half an hour after I was there. This is the second time this has happened and I don’t think I will be using Mr. Lube again.

It was reasonably fast and a relatively pleasant experience. This trip was decent because they didn't seem to screw anything else up.

Wife took vehicle in to get summer tires replaced with winter tires. She was charged $185.96 before tax. Seemed high so I called there, and one other Mr. Lube, and asked what the charges were for that vehicle with 18-inch tires; BOTH places said $145.00 before tax. Not happy, not going back, and frankly don’t care what they say to defend this overcharge.

They got me in quickly and we're very helpful! Thanks to Matthew for a great experience during a stressful situation.

I went in for a possible oil leak. Matthew was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was happening with my car at what was needed. Very fast and professional service. Tire change service is excellent as well.

2nd time I've taken a vehicle here and had issues after they were done doing oil change. 1st time was with my wife's car and it needed a bunch of work done to the engine, now my jeep is misfiring and I don't know if it's coincidence but just don't trust them anymore.

Great service, and really friendly attitude! Matthew was knowledgeable and helped me with my vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately when they changed the cabin air filter, they took out the old one and forgot to put a new one back in! I didn't notice til I got home, but Matthew was quick to address the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. It was taken care of very quickly! Another happy customer.

I had services done at Mr Lube, I had great customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable about my cars maintenance and services needed. I would recommend coming to the Harbour Landing Mr. Lube for oil changes or any other services required for your vehicles needs.

I have never had a better experience with a lube bay. Everyone here was professional and courteous. I didn’t feel like they tried to over sell me on anything. They let me know what was due for regular service with the amount of km on my vehicle. They were training a new guy and from everything I seen they were doing a great job actually teaching and helping him learn the ropes. The staff connected with me and really just took care of everything. If I lived in Regina I would only come here. Phenomenal job guys. Can’t say enough good things

If you are going to use a que system have one line waiting before the doors.

Don't expect customers to swap lanes when one lane finishes before the other. That or let them know that expectation before waiting.

Not pleased. I waited for over an hour. The service was okay but not worth the wait. They dealt with all the other cars before me and they sent the receipt in my ex's name after I asked them not to. Will not be returning.

Gotten my oil changed here many times, never had a bad experience. They even changed my oil pan plug at no cost as the one I had in there was stripped.

The guys here are always great. Found myself in an emergency situation and they worked with me not against me. I was certain customer service like this didnt exist anymore. They actually care. THANK YOU

Service was great! Good group of honest workers always making sure that my truck and i are doing fine.would always recommend if you need friendly & efficient service on your vehicle!

They charge an extra "shop fee" on top of the listed price. A shop fee pays for things like paper towels and rubber gloves. $5 extra is way too much for this!
IF you do go to Mr. Lube, don't forget to get a Safeway receipt with an $8 coupon on it first.

Just because is a pandemic around I would like just to recommend the guys that work there should wear a mask until all this situation is over. I don't like it as well but to prevent the spread of the novel covronavirus. Thanks Mr Lube.
