"My Furnace quit on the coldest day of the year (Jan. 13th, 2024)
I called Mr. Rooter as they have done work for me in the past.
Tammy informed me that they were fully booked but would see what she could do. I got a call after 6: 00 Pm that she freed someone up and a tech.would be by shortly.
Cody arrived to check things out and unfortunately it could not be repaired but he was able to get it to provide some heat.
Two days later Cody and Peter arrived and installed a new Carrier furnace. They were very professional and personable, did a great job. Installation was completed and cleaned up by noon.

Setting up an appointment was easy and the receptionist was nice. Dylan was our tech and was very polite and professional. He inspected the problem and provided a quote for a replacement solution but was also receptive to a repair option under my request which we ended up going with. Hopefully we won't need their services again but if so they'll be the first call and Dylan will be requested if scheduling permits

I had a sewer backup into my house, he was quick and professional. After everything was done, he camera'd the line to make the tree roots were completely gone. I appreciate him coming on a Sunday and even when it was so late in the day. 10/10 would recommend!

Great service! It’s the second time Mr. Rooter came to my house and I’m very pleased! They came and did an amazing job and were very professional and nice.

I returned from vacation and had water pressure issues (not from freezing). I called and they were available within hours. In the meantime, I'd been able to restore pressure but for a few issues on the lower level. The plumber, Tanner, was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, and diagnosed three separate minor issues within seconds. I had a quote for the repairs within minutes, which I am now considering.

I'm very impressed by the friendly service, the technology (text messaging prior to arrival with a professional photo of Tanner) and the skill of Tanner. Would definitely recommend.

All aspects of Mr. Rooter service were fantastic! Had a new furnace installed when the old one stopped working unexpectedly in winter late at night. Called that night and a very helpful lady setup an appointment for the morning. Service man Andrew came out early in the morning. He explained the problems, talked me through options, answered many questions and in the end installed a new furnace. The work was done the same day! Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend! Very thankful for their service!

We live in an older neighbourhood where tree roots are always an issue with aging sewer line infrastructure. We had our portion of the sewer line replaced but the City still uses 100 year old clay lines. The tree roots eventually cause blockages.

Noticed a bit of sewer backup in our basement (not bad but still very concerning!) Called Mr. Rooter. They responded immediately and gave us a window for technician to arrive. 2 techs arrived not very long afterwards. They were professional, courteous and very pleasant. They quickly diagnosed the issue and took time to explain the process.

They were able to clean 80% of the blockage with the tools they were using at the time, but suggested a more thorough 'hydro clean' to clean up the rest of the blockage. We agreed and we would only pay the difference between the two services. They were able to book that service for us the next day.

Techs showed up on time the next day and performed the service quickly and efficiently. They left and later that day, I noticed sewer backup again! I called them back and again they were very responsive and came back shortly thereafter.

Tech quickly realized that our old drain 'trap' must have been plugged due to the previous sewer backup issues (long story but it's a common thing that can happen). He was able to clear the blockage and made sure the flow was good after that. And of course no charge for this service. No more issues after that.

Since moving into Lakeview I have had to call Mr. Rooter a few times re: sewer back up in the basement. Dylan was friendly, polite and listened to my concerns. He evaluated the situation and proceeded to fix the problem, tree roots in the sewer line. He also offered good advice for any future problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company & will use them again if needed. Service was fantastic. My technician wonderful. I was kept informed every step of the way. They are so efficient. I am so impressed.

Unblocked clogged laundry pipe. The person was very knowledgeable and personable. Was able to fix our problem with efficiency in a timely manner.

I called on a Friday and had someone out on Sunday. No after hours fee, either. The receptionist was friendly and so was the tech. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and it looks to me like it was done correctly!

Our shower head was not functioning like it did when first installed. We called Mr. Rooter to do the repair. Cody Hanson came to check out the problem and indicated that the diverter was the problem. He went out to find a replacement, however, it is not available because it is not being produced anymore, probably obsolete. Now we need to have a new shower installed and we will call Mr. Rooter again and ask that they send Cody out to do the new installation. Cody is a very professional technician and we have confidence that he will do a good job for us and not charge us an arm and a leg for his work.

Today, June 2,2022, I had Colin and his helper install a new water heater. As always, Colin was very friendly, professional and thorough. I’m more than happy with the job and the great care taken to explain the functions. I highly recommend Colin and Mr. Rooter. It’s nice to deal with a business and technicians who actually care.

I had Colin and his helper Travis over and asked that they do some further inspection of some additional sump pump lines that are enclosed in a small crawl space outside the entrance of my condo. These lines were in bad shape due several years of freeze / thaw cycles. The way my condo is built, it is an extremely difficult task to get at these lines, but Colin persevered and removed them so they could be replaced with new ones. Colin also made considerable changes to my inside plumbing system as it relates to my sump pump. I was really worried about a sump pump that was not performing properly due to various line issues, and all things were taken care of by this capable team from Mr. Rooter. My wife and I also appreciate Colin’s willingness to answer all questions and give advice on proper maintenance of all plumbing systems. And a bonus is Colin’s sense of humour. He has a way of helping take the stress out of situations. We were worried about problems with ground water, particularly with this spring thaw, and all repairs were designed to give us a draining system that is doing what it should (i.e. Keeping water away from our foundation). I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

I have been a customer of Mr. Rooter for a long time and have always been pleased with their work. Most recently, I needed the sewer and kitchen lines replaced under the basement floor. From start to finish during the massive 3 day job, Tanner, Chris and Dustin were a dream to work with. They were professional, prompt, polite and respectful of me and my property. At the beginning of each day, I appreciated that Tanner explained what their goal was for the day – and at the end of the day showed me what they had accomplished – and always (patiently) answered all of my questions. Andrew and the crew were very professional and they treated our home like it was their own. The only thing that shows they were there is a little patch of fresh earth on the front lawn.

This was my first time using this company. Colin was very professional and looked at the area that required repair. He listened to my concerns and I believe he genuinely cares about his customers. This young man knows his job and does it well. We discussed a few options, a decision was made, parts were picked up and installed. The work was done that day - very impressive. Colin did such a great job of replacing the sump pump and putting new piping in. He even cleaned everything up in the basement and gave me detailed instructions about maintenance. I am very pleased with the work and the fact that they are straight forward with you. There are no surprises. Hi, Mr. Rooter has great service, I have Colin in my house for drain cleaning and he did great job. I was impressed with his knowledge and way how he explained all option of cleaning. He is very professional thanks Colin!

I contacted Mr. Rooter to deal with a kitchen sink drainage issue. As it turned out the "blockage" was located below ground level and upon further inspection may or may not have contributed to the deterioration of a portion of the line which connects to the main sewer line under the house. In order to fix this problem, a portion of that line had to be rerouted. Tanner, the technician, explained various options and provided applicable quotes and timelines for each. Once an option was chosen, the service was completed as described and as quoted.

We had a technician from Mr. Rooter come to our house today to inspect the sewer. The receptionist Tammy was friendly and helpful when booking the appointment. Our technician was Chris, and he was very knowledgeable and patient and took time to answer all of our questions. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs.

Colin is an amazing professional, extremely honest, and super knowledgeable when it comes to furnaces and plumbing. Hired before many other furnace technicians, but none come close to his professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend will be using you guys for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Quoted me a small value, then charged me $250 per hour. Part of the work had to be redone. I found their technician roaming around my house repeatedly for no good reason. I complained about the excessive charging, the agreed to fix the wrong plumbing but kept the money. Never again

Colin installed a water softener for me. He is a very professional and nice plumber. I asked some other questions not related to the plumbing. He is so kind and patient. I really appreciate it.

Cody came out and replaced my water heater. It blew on the long weekend and not only did he come out to see what he could do he even saw that it was still on warranty. He also took the time to talk to me about furnace replacement. The level of service was incredible!

Hired them to replace my entire sewer system. Very knowledgeable and professional service. They did it all. Excavateting, removal, installation and concrete repouring. They did not need to sub any of it out, keeping costs down. And they cleaned all the walls and mopped up after completion.

We have used Mr. Rooter a bunch of times now for various issues in our house. They have always been responsive, helpful, friendly, respectful, on-time, have been up-front, and had excellent communication. All the staff have been exceptional and we really feel that they have always gone the extra distance for us and really valued us a clients. Their work has always been top-notch, and they stand by it. They are also do a great job keeping interruption and mess to a bare minimum and do a fantastic job of clean up. We have met every single plumber now and all have been excellent! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company!

Very professional. Some damage was required to locate pipe in basement. Not as much as I expected. Cost was reasonable. All done in a reasonable amount of time.

Colin, the Gentleman who came to our house was very punctual, professional and proficient in his work!
He diagnosed the site of our leaking kitchen tap and he replaced our old tap with a much better newer one.
He also traced our kitchen drainage system and ensured that there were no more leaks after he replaced the kitchen tap.
What impressed us more was that Colin asked “Is there any other plumbing problem in the house that you want me to look at? ”
We showed him our leaky shower tap and he quickly gave us a quote and said he will be fixing that in a few days time!

The staff and plumbers at Mr.rooter are so very helpful. I had an emergency and Tammy quickly rearranged her staff schedule to come to help.
They explain what they are going to do and make sure I understand before they proceed with with work.

I had Chris come over from Mr. Rooter, extremely professional and personable, social distanced and wore his mask the whole time and was respectful of my home. Did a great job and the Iam extremely pleased with the outcome. We got our sewer line hydro sprayed so came out looking like new. Also signed up for a 3 year membership so we will use the company for all its services going forward. I have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future. The cost for the service relevant to the skill/tools/time required to complete the job seems out of line to me. They want $275 to complete a job that might take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. They won’t/don’t work by the hour.

Boris of Roto Rooter was the technician who made the service call. In my opinion, Boris did a great job of servicing my needs. He was very knowledgeable, polite, kind and efficient at his work. He gave me a number of options and prices to consider to get the work done. Overall, I would highly recommend Boris for service work.

Collin was very friendly and polite. He arrived on time and installed a tap, replaced our main water valve, replaced a toilet, and repaired our dryer vent. The prices were very reasonable, and we're very pleased with his service!

The younger generation gets a bad rap most of the time for not putting their heart into there job, but this young gentleman was very Professional and pleasant to deal with. The company is lucky to have a awesome employee like that in there Organization.

We just had our sewer pipe replaced by Andrew, Peyton and Tanner. They did an awesome job of keeping us informed throughout the whole job. We have called Mr. Rooter for two separate jobs at our home in the last few months- one very large project and one smaller. In both cases the technicians have been professional, responsive, pleasant, and very good at their jobs. They have even helped us with our insurance claims- they really know their stuff. We will definitely use them again.

Great work, had a small backup when my washerwas draining. Was booked in same day I called, tech was very courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. I was given options and quotes and wasn't pressured to get services I didn't need. Was handy to see all the quotes and final bill on the ipad. Got the line rooted out promptly. Thanks.

Our sewer backup occurred around 9: 30 pm Mr. Rooter came very quickly and did and good job cleaning out our sewer line. They left very specific notes on the invoice so that I could send it in to the city of Regina.

Chris Kuntz provided a great tub spout replacement! Gave me a better spout than I had before and completed the work quickly! My second time using Mr Rooter and I’ll continue to use. He also advised me regarding maintenance on my tankless water heater. Amazing service again!

The off hours emergency service was promptly provided and my sewer line was quickly cleared. The serviceman was friendly and courteous. Care was taken in preventing any mess while doing the work required and final clean up was thorough when the work was done. An all around good service that took care of a major problem in a timely manner in which I am grateful for.

Excellent service and a really friendly guy who took the time not only to explain everything he was doing, he walked me through a number of aspects about my sewage system and my home plumbing that I wasn’t aware of. He actually took time with us as opposed to just doing the bare minimum that was asked then leaving.

Services were extremely reasonable and I was able to have a cost even before work was completed and their total cost was almost as much as certain local competitors charge PER HOUR!

Definitely would recommend these guys. They do it right and do it without gouging your wallet. As long as I live in Regina I won’t ever be calling anyone else!
