I recently purchased a certified preowned vehicle from Murray GM Moose Jaw. The entire process was simple, smooth and very efficient. Justin did a great job explaining the vehicle, going over the service history, and answering all of my questions. I had an excellent experience and never felt pressured. We drove about 3 hours to get here and chose this shop due to its good reputation. Tristan and colleen both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable when getting a rental when our truck was getting repaired, they were very efficient friendly and attentive to any problems we may have had, if I could put 10 stars I would.

Murray GM was fantastic to deal with. We came from quite far away to look at a vehicle, and they were more than accommodating every step of the way. Tristan and Kevin where amazing to deal with, and made sure all of our needs were met. What sets this business apart is that they are willing go beyond listening to the customer, and actually act on fair and equitable resolutions to vehicle issues—so long as the issue is legit. The irony is that the employees (and owners) make this business work, not the vehicles, and in so doing they sell more vehicles. I’ve dealt with every department at Murray’s and they’re all on the same page—focused on the customer. I am completely satisfied with this business.

They did a good job the bill was less than I thought it was going to be and so far almost a month later all seems to be good

On my way through Moose Jaw stopped in at this dealership to get my oil changed.long story short when I checked oil before next oil change there was nothing on the dipstick… my trucks new and never burned oil or any leaks.when I confronted them they got hostile and said the computer said it had the right amount of oil put in it…
I’ll never bring a vehicle there for a oil change ever again.

Decent. But if I wanted marks on my 1 week old vehicle I would of done the repair myself and used a flat edge not a pick.

Very happy with the oil change. The staff checked my cabin filter and it needed to be changed which they did. Very happy.
