Brought my car in to be certified/safeties. They were fast but the mechanics like to charge 1hr labour for a 15-20min job. So from here on if I can do it at home I will.

Work was fine, but once I got the car back I didn’t appreciate having to clean oil off the steering wheel, seats, gearshift and one full handprint on the back of the car.

Unprofessional, my daughter only needed an oil change, she left paying for stuff that wasn’t needed and they just added it to the bill not telling her and then saying it was required. Very unprofessional.
