I dropped by this car repair spot, initially wary due to some mixed reviews about pricing. To my surprise, the team here was seriously on top of things. They not only spotted my existing issues but also caught a potential power steering fluid leak, which I had no clue about.
Sure, the prices might lean a bit on the higher side, but considering the meticulous service and peace of mind they offer, I'd say it's worth it. These guys are genuinely committed to their work, and I appreciate the upfront approach in dealing with my car issues.
Despite the initial doubts, I left feeling pretty impressed. If you're looking for a reliable crew for your car, I'd recommend giving them a shot!

Chris and his team are truly honest mechanics. My SUV was broken down and they diagnosed it. They contacted the dealership (without me asking) and found out there is still warranty available. They have made a customer out of me for life. Don't hesitate, call them if you have any issues!

Today was one of those days.the capper was a check engine light and no code reader on hand to determine if I could make it home safely.
I stopped at the shop we have used, recommended and trusted for decades only to be shockingly belittled and verbally abused. Ouch!
A friend told me to swing by Progressive and see if they could give it a look.
I did and they did! All in less than 10 minutes, with a smile, free advice and reassurance and no charge.
We have a driveway full of vehicles and no time to fix them. I WILL be back!

This was my first time visiting Progressive Automotive as I generally do all my own maintenance and repairs.
When it came time that my vehicle required an alignment, they were able to get me in short notice and work with the aftermarket suspension equipment installed.

You can't make everybody happy, but Chris (the owner) goes above and beyond to try make you happy. The staff at progressive are friendly, courteous and very good on thier prices. If you want excellent service I highly recommend this place. I would give them more then a 5star rating if I could.

This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. The staff are completely professional, honest and friendly. I needed a lot of work to get my vehicle up to Saskatchewan standards so I could transfer my registration from Ontario. Everything they promised came true! I am forever grateful that I found these guys, and I will use them for any and all automotive repair needs in the future! Thanks Progressive!

Came in with a list of things for a estimate. They emailed me results fairly quickly. So I booked a appoitment for the Monday. They never mentioned they would like to look at the car before an appoitment. They told me they would need it all day because it was a big list of repairs (2,500). We live out of town so monday i had booked the day off and came in extra early so they would have plenty of time.
Two hours into the appoitment, They call to tell me that they thought my car needed extra work and that the parts needed for that days repairs weren't even order. They wasted our time and could of cared less. They told me they didnt want to order the parts in case they didn't need them. But why not tell me about it before booking a appoitment. I would of gladly booked another day for them to look themshevles. Or the fact that they let me wait two hours before even telling me they didn't have anything for the days repairs.
I felt like it was bad communication on their part. If they wanted to look at the car first before working on it mention it.dont let me book a appoitment and come to it just to completely waste my day.

I went to Progressive Automotive because my brother recommended it-because several people from his church recommended it to him! First class service unparalleled by any other service shop in my experience. When the fuel pump quit unexpectedly on my car, they did their best to help get my (only) vehicle up and running in short order. Even when the part was delayed (no fault of their own) they kept me informed about any progress and any potential price changes. Excellent business. Will return.

We use them to maintain and fix our commercial fleets. Always fast turnaround time. The highest quality of work with fair prices, vehicle repairs aren't cheap any more but never over charge. They will always inspect vehicle for any other foreseeable issues and safety concerns

Chris and the gang at Progressive have been an absolute blessing to me! They get me in whenever I have issues... I always receive a call from Ben letting me know what's going on... And what the cost will be before anything is fixed to make sure i'm ok with it. The work is always top notch and fast. They've even sent me on my way without charging me a thing... Which you don't see these days. Its like walking in to a small town garage... Always ready to help and have a laugh. They are my "go too" boys... I'm very fortunate to have found them!

I’ve been a customer of Chris’ at Progressive ever since he opened up. We take all our vehicles there when they need service. The service you get is what you would expect in a small town. Friendly, personable and fair prices. We’ve never had a negative experience with Chris and his team. They go above and beyond with their customer service. Always happy to give you a lift and pick you up if required. Honest about what repairs are really needed vs what can wait. I’ve brought in a few used cars now that I was considering buying and Chris has steered me away from purchasing them as they were in bad repair. He does this even though that would have meant lots of business for him in the future with those vehicles.
