Napa Traction - The Unified Parts Group

I was searching for a pcv valve tube. I phoned all over to get told the factory part wasn't available. Go to Napa and they have Napa generic stuff on the shelf and of course it is an exact fit. Worth the time to go in and look around.

Extremely rude and rushed, cycled through being put on hold for 10 minutes.

Extremely slow staff. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for help. I would not recommend

What kind of place that supplies automotive parts and tractor parts is not open on the weekends even for part of a Saturday. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age.

Answer your phone. Seriously. I have no idea why the signs out front flex new management at the location because this place has gone down the drain since they started.
