Easy transaction, great rates and service! Would definitely use national again for my upcoming trips!
Provided a selection of cars for me to pick from and pre paid option was great for someone who myself did lots of travelling.

National Car Rental are reliable and have great customer service. The staff is welcoming and helpful especially Harsh Patel.
He was very friendly, helpful and helped with all the questions.
Highly recommend them.

I had a great time renting a car from National Car Rental Company. Harsh, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rental process was quick, and the vehicle I received was in top-notch condition. I will definitely choose National Car Rental again for my future trips.

It was great experience with this rental location. Rented on weekend, front counter representative (Harsh Patel) was really helpful and friendly with entire transaction. Vehicle was 100% clean inside and outside.
Pick up and return process both were nice-quick and easy.

Great service. They have all standard and well maintained cars. I didn’t have any reservations. After I arrived at the airport, I went to 3-4 car rentals but some were already booked or had asked me to wait about an hour. Nationals had good options available although I had to wait about 20-30 minutes, I received a very neat and clean car.

I reserved a car for 5: 00pm (when my flight was supposed to land). At 5: 30, the agent at the counter told me that they don't have a car and it would be at least an hour.
At 6: 30, I went back to the counter to politely ask for an update and the agent rudely told me "I told you it would be an hour and it's not an hour yet!
I didn't get the car until after 7: 30.
I have rented from dozens of National locations around the world and I have Executive Elite with National and this is the first time this happened to me. I am not impressed with this location!

After their "roadside assistance" would not help with a flat tire, because they couldn't find my rental, I was abandoned by National Regina with no concern about my well being or that of their car. Once they picked up their car their only concern was providing a mess of exaggerated charges for rental being out of service and anything else they could manufacture. They clearly only care about money and never heard of a tire change or care for their customers.

-Read before Renting from this location-
As an Executive member I usually have no problems with National. Everything was going great - until after the return. The car had 2 windshield cracks at the start, VIR shows as it's written by their staff. Few hours after my return, the Assistant Manager, e-mails me that I caused a damage to the windshield during my rental. So my car was charged $1000 for a windshield chip repair or replacement. I replied back to the e-mail with the VIR showing hand-written of multiple chips on windshield. I received NO further emails from him. Few days later different person - perhaps the Manager e-mails me that he has been making 'attempts' to contact me. He asked "how did we do? " There was a missed call on my phone. Maybe he did call. I called him, no one picked up. So I e-mailed him back, over 2 weeks ago. NO replies. My card was refunded $862.20, meaning $138 was kept for the windshield CHIP that was ALREADY THERE.
This location is basically a scam, they missed the chips from previous rental and was basically trying to put it on my company credit card. If I had lost my VIR, I would have had no case. Avoid this location if you can, if you do have to - hold on your VIR, inspect vehicle well before getting in (maybe take pictures of your own as I didn't).

I am an executive elite member of National Car Rental and have been renting at this location for eight years. The only location that keeps charging me extra for a gas fill-up. I was doing my expense today and noticed an extra 20.47 dollars on my credit card bill for Nov 7 for my rental on Nov 3.1. I drove <30km. The invoice had me at 108km
2. I filled up at the co-op gas station for $3.75 that all it could take before returning it.

This is not the first time this has happened at this Location. Next time, screw it renting with Avis in Regina. I will not waste my time and fight them for this $20.47.

Terrible, I booked a vehicle ahead of time, when landed in Regina and got to to the National counter, they asked to wait for one hour or try a different company.

Luis Leon is the Most unprofessional agent I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous service. National Car rental being a reputed car services have got a chip on their head with such unprofessionalism. Never book with National car rental, Regina, these guys are a scam!

Booked a car off Hotwire here, the pickup was smooth, clean car, excellent service, overall great experience. They even followed up and asked how the car operated by phone two days later. Quality stuff!

A vehicle was rented at this location. I picked the vehicle up and headed to my destination. The next morning in the daylight, I saw how filthy it was. Bugles, sunflower seeds, gum wrappers, granola bar wrappers, ice cream cone wrappers, gatorade and water bottle caps, ketchup chips, spills, crumbs, milk sprayed on the ceiling.
I called and spoke with a woman at this location. She apologized and offered to exchange the vehicle, however I was too far away and was not returning until the weekend. She said she would ensure I recieved a discount, and asked me to send photos to her. I did. I messaged her again the day that the vehicle was dropped off and requested a voucher instead of a discount. No response. Very disappointing experience.

Staff on location answers the phone without giving their name. When asking them for their name, their response is "national car rental". So I gave them my name before speaking so they learn.:)

Reserved my car rental 2 weeks prior to my arrival. When I arrived I was notified that they hadn't any cars available! Do you not know how many customers have reserved prior and made sure that there were a sufficient amount of vehicles available? Standard business practice 101 in my opinion! I travel extensively and hire a car for my job. It is time sensitive and it is NOT cool to be waiting for a car to be ready when I have reserved a car 2 weeks before! Very bad showing National Regina! I shall, in future take my business elsewhere at the airport on this showing! Currently been waiting 30 minutes for my car! I'm not happy at all!

This location consistently does not provide the correct vehicle class that was reserved. They give you keys to whatever happens to be in the parking lot. There are no vehicles available with winter tires (I would happily pay more for winter tires). It's nerve wracking to be on the highway between Regina and Saskatoon in winter without them. They also have failed to check in a vehicle that has been dropped off before they open on two occasions. I would recommend renting from another vendor.

I rented here in April 2019 using air miles booking and paid about $80 on my credit card for taxes
Staff were okay and I had no issues but 2 months later I received a charge on my credit card for about $90
When I called to inquire about the charge they said it was for a parking ticket
When I asked for details, they couldn’t provide any (I never got any tickets)
I reported a fraudulent charge to my credit card company and got reimbursed
If I didn’t check my credit card statement carefully I might have missed it
Wouldn’t have rented from them if I’d seen reviews first

I am an Executive Elite member with 30 rentals this year, they rented me a car with faulty tires when I returned the car for another they charged me for the time I had the first rental plus a refuelling fee. I have phoned them multiple times trying to have this fixed. By far the worst customer service from any National location in Western Canada. Avoid this location at all costs.
