Worst service experience. I had a haircut and it was not good at all. They made such a stupid mistake (haircut was not even on both sides of my head), it clearly shows she do not care for her customers as there is no way someone can miss that and also I had some other services and that was even worst. She even spilled a lttle bit wax on my T-Shirt. It was not by mistake it was because she is careless.

This is my 4th time here to get a haircut. I booked for 12 noon because I have things to do. She accepted clients that pushed my time further past noon, about 3 people. The average hair guy's hair cut is 20 mins when done right. So basically pushing me to 1 pm. Not happy about it. I think this will be my last time here. It also seems she isn't focused on getting the hair done correctly either. She is a super nice person. I'm just a picky person is all.

I have been there 4 times for usual hair cut. For the first two times, they did really well, especially the male barber cut precisely. In last visit, lady was in a bit too hurry to finish my haircut so that she could proceed to her own work. I asked her to use scissors to cut hair in center, however, she gave an excuse that my hair are too long to be cut by scissors and used machine instead. As a result, my hair cut was a bit too short than I wanted. I believe now they are more into quantity than quality. 2.5*. Would suggest to reconsidercl their work ethics.

She is amazing. Know what she doing. I'm taking her haircut service for last three years, when even she works in different place, and she never make me unhappy.best haircut u can get with affordable price.

Very rude behavior and makes you wait for hours. Very unprofessional. Doesn't wear the mask properly either and very dirty area. Serves other customers without cleaning the leftover hair.

First of all very rude behavior and makes you wait for at least one hour and gives the customers no value. Very unprofessional and the space is not clean at all, it was filled with hair of the previous customer. Ad well as, the credit card machine doesn't wear properly and they don't even help properly.

Is not helpful at all.their credit card machine does not work.its their problem.but rano ignored us and was not helping me to pay my bill using her credit card machine. A person should atleast be nice and be sorry if they have some problem from their end. But she is someone who does not care about customer at all. Does not value the customer or respect them even though i paid my money. I did not pay for getting such ignorance from her.her new salon does not deserve good review at all if she continues doing such bad customer service.

Ranu is such disrespectful person. She just don't know how to respect customer and their valuable time. She made us wait 1 hour still was not sorry about her such behaviour and customer service. I had to leave her place without even getting the service. Because she kept lying saying " wait for 5 more minutes".
