Limited choice menu for a sit-down restaurant. The breaded chicken WAY too salty. Burger was okay. French fries not really up-to-par.

Best lil diner for miles and miles. The food is always good, the service is friendly. Clean. Over all great experience. Have been to many diners and the food is always meh but this diner will see my repeat business.

Really good food! Imagine your favourite grandma had a deep frier. Really great burgers and sandwiches and fries. BORSCHT IS BACK! A must-stop for breakfast or lunch when in Melfort.

Had a delicious old-time denver sandwich with tasty fries. Well worth a visit for a walk down memory lane with the recreation of an old-fashioned cafe. Jukebox in the corner and license plates decorating the walls. Great selection of sandwiches, burgers, salads, and drinks.

Ordered a rubin there, there was very little meat and a tiny bit of sourkraut, I was disappointed for $15 thought I should get more.

Delicious food at this diner, I want to try all the burgers on the menu! I've tried 2 so far. I have had the signature Nickle Burger and the Butcher Burger which was a beast of a burger.when you're in Melfort check out Nickles Corner or I will be sad and hurt myself.

Great food, everything was home made including the burger bun. Definitely recommend eating here.

I took my mom there a while back and the experience from entry to exit was fantastic. The gentleman gave us the story behind why they opened and how they make their food different from everyone else, etc. I've never been a big fan of restaurant soups but their beef barley soup was amazing! You can taste the pride and dedication in every bite. Stopping there is highly recommended.

Every time I go I get the Monte Cristo sandwich. It's so good. All of their food is so good. They have delicious soups, their fries are amazing and they have really good gravy. I've never had a complaint.

Great little mom-and-pop shop. The best homemade burger I've ever had (ultimate butcher burger). Highly recommend this cool little place and hope you give it a try.

Every once in awhile you find a place that has it all! Nickle's Corner is that place. The food is sensational! Everything is home cooked and nothing is served that the owners don't eat themselves so expect, low salt, high nutrition but most importantly DELICIOUS! I have eaten almost everything on the menu and there isn't one item I wouldn't recommend. If you happen to be fortunate enough to snag a piece of pie WOW! The owners are on hand to serve you, share a bit of conversation and answer your questions. The prices are beyond fair! My biggest disappointment. I live in Toronto and not Melfort or I'd be there every day and if Toronto ever discovered a place this fantastic it would have a line up four blocks long. Thank you for everything! I miss you already.

Very nice food. Tasty and a good portion. The Maple Bacon cheeseburger was great with just the right combo of sweet and savory. My wife's chile was really good and she ate the whole serving.

Great burgers. Why anyone would choose to go to McDonalds with such great burgers for the same price is beyond me.

Nickels Corner has the absolute best pies and food in Melfort! The pies are homemade and absolutely delicious! I have never had anything that didn’t taste good. This is a family run restaurant and Melfort is lucky to have this business in their city.

Nickle's is one of if not the best little restaurant in Melfort! The portions are generous, the food tastes great and the service is awesome. If you have not been there you really need to go! The Maple Burger is like a taste of Canada and the soup is clearly home made. If I am anywhere near Melfort at lunch time that is my stop!

We enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The food there tasted awesome. We want to go back Nickle's Corner again.when we go the Melford the next time.

First time having supper here. Amazing home cooked meals, great prices and even better service! And really nice relaxing atmosphere. We Definitely will be stopping by again.

Great for getting away from that "same-old-same-old" feeling associated with chain restaurants. All the great stuff about a home cooked meal with none of the clean up. You gotta check it out at least once

Nice waitress. It took a long time to get the ordered dishes when the restaurant was almost empty. The food is not bad tho.

This was a real down home cooked restaurant that had a nostalgic 60's type of feel to it. The absolute best creamy mushroom soup I had ever tasted and the rueban sandwich was so perfect that it too ranked as the best.
I found this place for a breakfast that was so fantastic I knew I had to have lunch there. Whenever I'm in Melfort this will be my restaurant of choice and I give it not 5 stars but an All Star rating!

Home made food. Every day there's a different burger on special. They are always super tasty! Always kid friendly. Our kids love to go up to the diner bar and choose their pic-a-pop. Its actually an experience to come here. Check out the cool signs and murals. License plates from different times and places. I would say this is the only place for miles around to have a small town diner experience with awesome food and excellent staff. Keep up the awesome work!

Brice is a awesome waiter, makes an awesome specialty coffee, very attentive to ones needs. The food is simple but tasty, and pies are to die for! I would drive to far lengths to eat their deserts!
