I went to this clinic with an eye scratch wanting to know if there is anything that the doctor could do to ease the pain and discomfort. Ended up waiting for 45 mins when there was only one other person there with me and when I was finally seen by dr Maatand, I was told that I had pink eye. Without a symptom of it. Lol
I wasn’t surprised tho because he only looked at my eye for 2 seconds then prescribed me with a medication that I didn’t need.

I have needed to go here for the past 4 days and when I try to get in they always say they aren’t accepting walk-ins, but when I try to book an appointment they never answer the phone. Terrible place and would never recommend.

Me and my boys have been going here for years and never had a problem. Friendly staff, doctors are thorough and only prescribe things as needed, which is great for struggling family in this economy. Wait times are short, they take extra precautions to make sure everyone's safe. We love it and appreciate the awesome service.

I cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend this clinic. I never write reviews but I am now in hopes someone will read it and decide to go somewhere else before they experience what I did. I went in to get help with my anxiety. I don't have a family doctor and didn't know where to start or what to do to find help so went to this clinic. I waited for over an hour to be told by the doctor that, at 23, I was too young to have anxiety. I later went to a different clinic who actually did screening questions (Something the other doctor didn't even try or tell me was a thing) and after the screening it was determined I have moderate anxiety. If you want to see someone who will actually care if they are helping you, this isn't the place. As someone with anxiety, it took months before I decided to go in to ask for help and being dismissed the way I was almost completely stopped me from seeking help again.

The clinic is never open when it says it is supposed to be. When it is open, the receptionist will tell you to come back at a certain time. When you come back at that time- they have a sign posted on the door saying they will be back at a different (later) time. I’ve tried coming to this clinic a handful of times when my doctor can’t get us in and it’s always a horrible experience and waste of a day. I spend my entire day trying to see someone. I only keep coming back because it is the closest clinic to my house. After today- I will pretend it doesn’t even exist- don’t waste your time. Drive across the city if you have to.

I’m leaving 2 star because they have been helpful and understanding, however I’ve showed up here to nobody present in the building on a rather mild snowy day. Also the doctor is frequently late showing up, leaving myself and other patients in the waiting room for beyond half an hour. This is the third time I’ve waited in excess for the doctor to simply show up and walk into the building, it’s completely unprofessional seeing as I would lose a job if I did this on a regular basis only my job doesn’t have people’s health and well-being relying on it. This place has become a last ditch option for myself and my family I also had an argument with front desk staff about my shoes being on as I seen the doctor walk in the building with outdoor shoes and serving people with them. And when I point it out to her she says oh these are our indoor shoes and I said no your floor is visibly dirty, she says no take them off they are outdoor shoes

Awful experience. My son had a pretty high fever, without even thinking twice he said he has pneumonia take him to the ER now. I panicked and rushed him there and it turned out his lungs were just fine. There was no need for me to panick and if he would have just took the time and actually looked at him I could have saved me an afternoon in thehl hospital.

I had a good experience there. Friendly front desk staff and Dr Ramadan was fondly too and took time to listen to my problem.

The waiting time was long tho which I guess is normal for a walk-in clinic and it shows they don't rush everyone out which is good

Do not go here, the people at the front counter are very rude! It was an big argument with the doctor to get a requisition form for myself.they also said they booked me an mri for a hurt knee and just wrote it on a piece of paper and didn’t book anything, I would give Zero stars if I could

While during our appointment the Dr.asked us a question and when we were replying to this he pulled out his phone and was on Twitter! There are clear signs stating we should not be on our phones. It's only thing for the Dr to be on his phone if he's looking things up for clients but to be on social media is not alright.

I went in for stomach and gut issues. Doctor asked my symptoms and looked at me for about 30 seconds then said I had E coli without doing any tests. Then gave me some strong antibiotics and sent me on my way. The antibiotics didn't work, and a week later went to another doctor who did actual tests. Would recommend going to any other medical clinic other than this one.

I was here for 2hrs and 30 mins, and had a ecg problem, and Dr Matand, wasted my time, NOT RECOMMENDED!

In less than 30 seconds or less this doctor who I could barely understand made a diagnosis and wrote a prescription and walked out of the room. I could hardly believe it! Pathetic.

The doctor was 45 minutes late. I was 3rd in line and came right at 9 and didn’t get in until 10: 15.

They say thier open till 9pm and they never stay opened that long.
It's high time they change thier time to exactly when they close.
Went there once by 5 pm and they were closed. So what the hell is going on.
Straighten things out

Tried calling this clinic when they opened, no answer, thought maybe they were busy, it happens. I decided to go to the clinic to see if I could get a quick walk-in appointment. Clinic hours are 9am to 9pm 7days a week. Arrived at 9: 26am and they're closed. Bravo.

Doctor was very disrespectful and lied to my face and gave me wrong medication, and will be sued for this action 100%.
Told him I got into a car accident and totally ignored it and gave me a random medication to get me out of the room. I will definitely not recommend this doctor at all.

As for the doctor himself I could hardly understand him and he seems not to want to give me the time of day.rude and just walked out without saying I was good to go or anythin I won’t be going here agai. You guys are brutal

I was in town visiting and needed medical attention. Arrived right at 9: 00, I saw the doctor quickly he was friendly, professional, received the care I needed.
Older clinic, but it clean and well organized.

Went here to have my throat looked at cause I thought I had tonsillitis. The doctor refused to look at my throat. Look at me and said “maybe you have Covid” and then wrote me a prescription. In most jobs, you get fired for not doing what you are paid to do. No clue how this place is still operating. What a joke.

It’s ok if you have something simple& just need antibiotics. Do not go here for something serious. Dr told me no info& was more concerned about my age even though it had nothing to do with what I was there for. In and out in 2 seconds with no answers. Receptionist also interrupted us& he just walked out and we were done.

They were the only walk-in clinic open in the evening with an opening. Front desk staff were nice, and waiting room was decent. Waiting time for us was about 45 minutes. I would rate the actual experience with the doctor to be very sub-par - he spent about 1 minutes with us and said about 15 words. In my opinion he was not at all helpful, and I feel as though we did not receive the level of care needed.

Doctor T. MATAD is Horse doctor, who doesn’t know how to do his “‘profession“ was told to go to the hospital for something so minor. Doesn’t want to treat his patience! He is a joke!

I don’t even know where to start. I can’t breath and the doctor alga’s sent me for a blood test for my thyroid.

I don't know what's with all the bad reviews, this is literally the only place I take my kids to! Received nothing but the best care for them

Je suis française, en voyage ici. J'avais besoin de consulter un médecin, j'ai été pris rapidement, sans rendez-vous. C'est une chance énorme d'avoir une clinique comme celle-ci. Oui la décoration n'est pas toute récente, mais c'est un détail. Le Dr. Matand a réalisé ma consultation, ça c'est très bien passé, très professionnel et à l'écoute. Et j'ai pu réaliser ma visite en Français. Merci

I would give -10000 if I could. Not even sure the doctors name because he didn’t introduce himself. After telling him what the concern was with my daughter, he looked at me and said “aren’t you her mother? Take her to the hospital” and walked out of the room … completely unprofessional and left us in the room with both my daughter and I in tears. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called the clinic to book a phone appointment and the front desk lady asked me if I’ve been there before I said no this will be the first time. She put me on a hold and then after a min asked me to call another clinic as they don’t have any appointments for today. I asked if they have any appointments for next day, SHE SAID CALL ANOTHER CLINIC.

What a joke. The system was down. Does no-one have enough common sense to do a manual intake and take someone's blood pressure. Saskatchewan Health - what a joke!

Save yourself the time and find a different mediclinic if you’re still considering going here. Despite being open, they have no doctors working. I was called for a phone appointment about half an hour later with a doctor who had an out of province phone number who spent 5 minutes telling me why I shouldn’t be taking a prescription that I have been on for a year. Keep in mind this is a doctor who has no idea who I am or what my needs are. I don’t know how this place is still open and operating.

My wife's eye was bothering her so we went in and waited 2 hours. The Dr told her they won't do anything for her until she gets a covid test because she is not vaccinated. If we needed a test they should have said something prior instead of making us wait. What does her eye have to do with COVID-19? Are they thick in the head? She needs to get tested and pay because she did not get 2 doses of poison. What a joke. In the office it says please do not speak to reduce the spread of covid. Absolutely crazy

Only thing I can say is that I miss the competent Doctors like Dr. Luther and Dr. Draper. Doctor Matand misdiagnosed me and Dr. Izecor is a cerified quack doctor. These are the reasons why I don't want to go back to this clinic. The right words to describe this clinic are inept and incompetent.

Nothing good with this one, people in the front desk were fine. It’s actually my first time seeing a Doctor like this in my entire life, and this person turned me down real quick right after I told him what I was feeling, and just left the room without saying anything. What a clown!

Will only refill prescriptions over the phone, won’t see anyone or actually help. Shouldn’t be called a clinic but rather a pill pushing front.
In the very least their answering machine should make that clear so people don’t drive to their “open 9-9 walk in clinic. ”. I wish I could give zero stars.

I dont know why all the hatefulness comment. But remember this, just because a persone best isn't to your expectation, does not mean their not good at there job. I'd say this is as well it's a great clinic, been going to this clinic since I got to regina. Like most people I like to research and self educate my self before heading out. Dont just be the patient, be the patient the actually understand what the doctor is saying. In overall a great place in my opinion. #noappoimentneeded

DON'T assume everyone is calling regarding Covid! Listened to message 8 times before I could understand the phone numbers and website they want to direct you to (also not annunciated or Canadian pronunciation) if you can't pronounce it then spell it maybe 8 x listening wouldn't be necessary then! GIVING 2 STARS AS IN THE PAST WAS ABLE TO HELP WITH COMMERCIAL SGI MEDICAL; BUT DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE NOW!

This has to be the worst clinic in the city.
Some of the doctors don't show up, and if they do they're late.
They make promises of call backs, which never happen, and the admin staff just fob you off with excuses.

This clinic does not obey the law. They refuse patients without masks and refuse to provide masks as well. Do not go there.

The Dr came out of the back doing a very slow shuffle wearing a chef’s coat. Not sure if he’s a cook for the pizza place next door. He couldn’t answer any questions.
It’s apauling that the government is paying him for my visit now I have to go see another dr and risk getting charged with double doctoring

Was put in a room after waiting 20 min in waiting room. I waited another 35-40 min in the room. When there was one person ahead of me. Frustrating to say the least.

I feel sorry for the folks who work the front desk, as the establishment is completely run down, grimy and the doctors are below par. I have no idea why this place is still open, other than nobody actually complains to the CPSS or the proper authorities.

I would never recommend this place to anybody. Each time I have gone in, it is a waiting game. As a previous review stated, some doctors like to skip rooms for whatever reason. The older doctor tends to hobble around complaining about his own health with the other doctor onsite, meanwhile he has patients waiting. If these doctors can’t look after themselves, how are they even trying to look after us?

The star rating on this clinic says it all. I have used this clinic a few times but only for issues needing an antibiotic. I wouldn’t ever use this clinic for anything outside of very basic ailments. Nine times out of 10 the doctors are miserable. Not to mention the say that they’re open everyday until 9pm. Yeah right. They close early most days and the doctors are gone for four out of 12 hours everyday and it’s dirty. Not a headache worth dealing with. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Went to this walk-in as it was the only one in the city open on a Saturday evening. The intake administrator was friendly, but everything else about this place is a nightmare. Dirty patient rooms, and the doctor we saw was truly awful and half-listened to symptoms before listening to my son's chest and saying we should go to the E. R. (for the record, we were seeking an antibiotic for an inner ear infection which caused an eardrum to rupture. Not something that can be abused or taken recreationally). Do not be wooed by their open office hours or short wait times. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Would not recommend going here at all for any major or minor medical issues. You're better off going to a different clinic. They have low wait times here which is good but unfortunately they won't fix what's wrong with you.

3 hours I waited to see a doctor with my 11 months old son. Keeping a child that young with an eye infection occupied is not easy. And then to go to the bathroom and see how disgusting it is.makes a person think, how clean is the rest of the place, and how much do they care about there own, never mind your health. But yet they make you take your shoes off.lol. Absolutely disgusted.

Called around 6: 30pm to see if they were open and rude lady on the phone said yes. Got there 5 minutes later said there was a sign stating they were closed until 7: 50. The lady didn’t even bother to tell me. Sad

The wait time is ridiculous, they skip over people who have been waiting for people who just walked in, the dr's skip over your rooms.
Dr couldnt wait the whole 5 sec, for my kid to finish drying her hands like I said she was, so skips us for another room, to the point finishes with that room and skips to another room. And continues to do it.
Been sitting here since 530pm.

Get your stuff together.

Honestly this place doesn’t have great reviews but it was not a bad experience by any means. I didn’t have to wait very long and the receptionist was very nice. The doctor did prescribe me the one thing I’m allergic to but turns out I’m not allergic anymore so it’s all good. They’re open 9-9 every day and I got there about 8: 51 and was the first one in so just go right at open and you shouldn’t have to wait long

I went there and was misdiagnosed twice. I'm 28 but look extremely young. I seen how the doctor treated me different then older folk. I just went there this morning over a minor fever and small cough, basically just needed a doctors note. He didn't take my opinion seriously and said he wouldn't diagnose me and said to go to the hospital. That's also the second time that doctor has said for me to go to the hospital over something he just didn't want to do. Basically saying I don't want to help you go somewhere else

I thought they were amazing even if i have to wait a while doctors are busy people and you people need to learn about respect you people are not the only ones that are waiting for a appointment so please respect them also i was mainly giving this comment to this amazing dr there his name is dr.govender and i know what people say about him but hes been an amazing family doctor since i was born and i give all respect to these people and if you can not find respect them why dont you take years of your life training hard to be a successful dr that saves lives instead of whining about waiting a half an hour thanks for reading my respectful comment about amazing doctors who SAVE LIVES

Called clinic @8: 06pm to ask if they had room and if I could be fit in short notice. As well, if an eye scratch is worth going to emerge over. I was told come to the clinic and they would see me. I show up at 8: 22. Doors are already locked and another patient is arguing with staff to get inside. They had been told much the same story. Don't waste your time.

The ladies at the front desk at nice, but the doctors are terrible! With no appointment needed, it would seem easy to see a Dr. Except they are super slow, ALWAYS late, if they even show up.currently I've been waiting for over 45 mins for Dr. Matand, and he still isn't in the office yet lol. If this wasn't a WCB claim I would be long gone! I will never come here or recommend this place to anyone. They also make you pre pay for dr notes and wont charge your workplace. If I could post 0 stars I would!

I was treated poorly and the male dr was very arrogant. He questioned why i came. I felt like I didnt get the service i needed. I will not return to this clinic.

It's second time after couple of years after first visit, second time wasn't option for my son because no other available clinic for this incident, anyway still same doctor.and why I need to wasting time.

The doctors are either not there, late, it's closed, or you are waiting for an hour and a half or more. Last week they told me at 3: 30 the doctor would not be in until 5 so I left to get my son and came back. At 5 he was still not there and at 5: 30 we were all STILL waiting. So finally I left. Today I went in at 1: 30 and it said open so I went in but she said the doctor "stepped out" and won't be back until 2: 30 pm. It's super frustrating. I won't be wasting my time there anymore.

Worst experience ever. The Dr.basically yelled at me for coming in and wasting his and mine time and said what am I supposed to do for you here? Yet, I phoned the healthline first and the nurse advised me to see my family dr or a walk in dr. What a gong show. Avoid this place. The Dr. ’s don’t care.

I didn't have my sons health card handy as I left in a hurry to come to walk in. Upon arrival I was told they wouldn't help us without a healthcard, then they would for a fee. Hes a Saskatchewan resident!

So I asked them to call EHealth as other healthcare providers will. Her answer was they don't call EHealth?

Ehealth told me there is a program PR View they can use to look it up as well, also refused. Untrained and ignorant staff? What kind of backwards clinic is this? We used to go to the clinic in vic square but since have moved and figured trying out the clinic close to our place.

Upon meeting the doctor he barely did anything. Quick and out the door with a misdiagnosis which we went to another clinic and they diagnosed properly. What a bunch of losers here.

Just wondering if you answer the phone or should I send a fax as I live out of country and can’t visit the office but would like to know the prescription name give to my daughter. It was the only thing that worked and I would love the name of the drug that helped her. Thanks jaquie

Filipino Staff Maria is very friendly! Waiting time is longer but should not be an issue if Dr. Matand is really into checking of his patients.

Doctor's here just don't care about you as a client and the staff don't care enough to help you out, they come up with BS excuses to get you off the phone and out of the building just so they don't have to work. Going home without learning how to heal an injury or being given no information on it is unacceptable. Go anywhere else but here because they will not care enough about you or anything about you to do anything for you.

I have had to use this email clinic a few times. The doctors are always late. Today for example, the doctor was supposed to be in at 3. It’s now 3: 45 and he’s still not even here. I often feel very frustrated when I have to come here but unfortunately have nowhere else to go.

I called this walk in clinic to check out there hours WAS TOLD to come in another doctor was on his way (also the receptionist was very rude) When I got to the clinic it said CLOSED open tomorrow at 9am. Awful customer service.
