As a young woman with a baby, not going back there. Not trustworthy. They tried to sell me a $300 part (plus labour) for an issue that DID NOT exist.

The dealership is on the north end of town and has plenty of parking. They also have a lovely little coffee bar while you wait for your repair. The staff was very friendly in responding to our pleas for help and was able to get the repair done quickly.

I was told to do a certain thing with my suv as it was making a noise. Sure enough that worked as a rock or gravel was stuck. Had oil change done. Very friendly staff who made me feel comfortable. I’ve always have good conversations with the staff.

I had to use road side assistance for a tire problem. It had to be towed back to the dealership. Once there, the service and parts department team, found me new tires and arranged for them to be installed quickly. Hats off to this excellent service and willingness to help when I needed it. My purchase experience of a new vehicle through North Battleford Hyundai was exceptional. They treated me very well and were friendly as well as accommodating to my needs. This is my sixth new vehicle I have purchased and by far the least headache. Byron was awesome to deal with as well as everyone else. In the future, I will probably be going there first when I buy another one.

Brought my car to the dealership to see If they can do the windshield recalibration and they mashed up real bad so now I am left without the features I had before.
You guys should let warn me know before making any changes by yourself!

Issue below resolved:
Still awaiting a promised second key and a key to remove the roofrack from my wifes 2020 Kona purchased used last july. The sale was conditional on these items and we accepted in good faith but every time we follow up we are given the runaround.

It is always a great time to go and visit everybody at Hyundai North Battleford because they are always ready to help and make you feel welcome every time.

I am always met with a friendly "hello" and feel very welcomed every time I go to North Battleford Hyundai. My vehicle is always taken care of with Great Mechanics and a Great Service Dept. I have to also send out a very Special Thanks to Brian whom details the vehicles at the North Battleford Hyundai Dealership. Brian does a great job and really takes pride in his work! All the Staff are very personable too - from Receptionist to Service Dept.to the Mechanics to the Sales People - everyone very friendly and welcoming! I also really enjoy sitting in the Reception Area and having a great cup of coffee and watching the TV - it is always a very relaxing experience and I know my vehicle is getting the best of care!

I have purchased my vehicles there I had a 2015 jeep patriot was my first one. Then a 2018 hyundai tucson

We all know how painful car repairs can be, well, the service department at Hyundai, North Battleford, made our repairs much less painful. Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable staff help us out. Thanks to Melinda and her staff for the great service.

In the last 12 years we have purchased 4 new vehicles from North Battleford Hyundai and had a hand in the sale of two more. We have had minor issues with the service department over the years but our last experience will literally be our last experience. After two appointments and well over three thousand dollars, actions bordering on negligence, and a complete refusal to take responsibility for mistakes, we finally took our vehicle to another mechanic to have the issue diagnosed. It has been more than three weeks and we are still waiting for the call Hyundai promised to make in a couple days to resolve one of those problems. They need not bother.

Amazing customer service at this dealership! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and thereafter! Everyone has been very attentive and taken the time to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. I feel extremely confident bringing my car back for maintenance!

The oil change was completed timely and professionally. It is suppose to include a cleaning which they gave me a gift card for, but this is the second time that the cleaning has not happened at the time of the oil change. Plus did not reset the oil life indicator.

The only problem I have is the prices of repair estimates, but that is just how dealerships are these days with the specialized equipment and such. It just pains me to know that I don't know how I am to afford such repairs, honestly.

I am very impressed with the service at Hyundai. Nothing gets overlooked and when I book my vehicle in for a service I never have to wait long. I am always greeted by their friendly staff and they go through exactly what service they provided that day - very easy to work with. Melinda the new general manager is extremely welcoming and such an asset to Hyundai. Highly recommend Hyundai North Battleford!

Staff here is great. Paul, Melinda and Jared were all helpful. They got me into the right vehicle and made sure I got the right monthly payments. Had my vehicle for a couple days something wasn't right about and they got it fixed no questions asked and free of charge.

I booked an appointment to have my winter tires removed and stored on my Kona Ultimate 2020. I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked to the service counter. Kelvin was able to assist me in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
When the tire rotation was finished, Kevin did an excellent job of going over how much tread was left on my winter tires and explaining the details on my vehicle inspection report. I truly value all the services this Hyundai dealership offers to their customers.

We recently updated our Hyundai from North Battleford Hyundai Jeff was our salesman. The experience we had in dealing with Jeff was quite remarkable. He took his time and explained the details of the vehicle warranty, financing, etc in a clear and concise manner. There were some electronic functions on the new vehicle that he also was not clear about. He enlisted the help of other staff and we were clarified on the proper way of using the devices. I would say that Jeff and all staff at North Battleford Hyundai were most cooperative and helpful. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for a vehicle to deal with Jeff as he is easy to deal with and quite understanding. Thanks Jeff and staff for a completely satisfying experience.

I can't imagine how more could have gone wrong. Right from the lost booking for first service to putting the wrong oil filter on and sending my wife home that way. This is on a new Santa Fe bought at this business and having its first scheduled service. Oh and they charged her for the service when we have a service plan. Called to get it back to put the proper filter on but never had one so had to put the old one back on until they could get one ordered in. Pretty much destroys any confidence for any future work done at their service department.
