House was made very cheap. We bought brand new house in December 2021 and our kitchen roof started to leak in December 2022 you can see photos, we are dealing with Christine from last year regarding the issue she is very rude and did not help us at all, last year she said your toilet was leak we r not responsible for that but when we reached out to her superior she sent another guy and then they said it’s because of your bath tub overflow and then another guy came and he said even bath tub is not on the top of the kitchen so definitely it can’t be because of that. She is trying to prove somehow it’s our fault so she did not have to fix it.

I would not recommend north prairie developments to anyone had very bad experience with them. My all friends bought house from Daytona and they are very happy with their services, only we chosen north prairie and struggling from day one.

It’s my very honest review to anyone who is thinking to buy house with north prairie please think twice you will be dealing with the worst people in the world, we put all our savings towards the house and it did not even last one year, Everything started to fall apart, and even if anyone has doubt come to my house you will see by yourself.

I had a very bad experience with North Praire rentals. When I was took my lease originally, they were very nice & so much energetic.

However, it was a nightmare to run around & get a hold with those people soo called property managers when it comes to break a lease.
I even had to call from different phone numbers to get a hold with them previously.

Our life are changing & sometimes we have to make our own decisions when it comes to kids, family & we may have to move out before the actual lease expire.

Again, This is a very bad experience & they must concern on their existing customers.

By the way, be careful when you signing a lease with two free months. Because, if you are leaving before the lease ends, you will need to pay those 2 free months even if you found another tenant to take over your lease.

In addition, they will always find a way to give less on your damage deposit back.

Again, overall experience is very bad.

When you first buy your north prairie home they try and bribe you by offering a $50 gift card for a good review. I decided against it and wait some time to write a full review. It started off great, but as time goes on north prairie would grow less responsive and refuse to fix ongoing issues that were present from the initial possession. The people they would send out to do repairs were fantastic, I will give credit where it was due. There was one nagging issue that they were having trouble repairing and they assured me they wouldn't rest until it was fixed. They simply stopped responding to me on the matter. Multiple aspects of the houses construction is mediocre and the "do the minimum" mentality to construction is obvious. The only thing worse than dealing with north prairie to buy a home was to have them building a house next door to me. I could write a book about the rampant unprofessionalism and inconsiderate employees. Very often I would catch them on my property for various reasons, even going so far as to store materials on my front grass or even drive on said grass with delivery vehicles. I could fill a photo album with the pictures from my home security cameras of their workers disrespecting my property. They must be too cheap to buy their employees porta potties for their job sites, because it was at least a weekly occurrence I would catch one of the builders peeing along my fence that shared the property line with their construction. I would buy from someone else for my next home.

We purchased our home about a year and a bit ago. We didn’t even know that our real estate agent worked for the builder’s real estate agent and signed a dual limited contract allowing them to be able to engage with one another. This was the first mistake as a new home buyer! They swindled us and when we were contemplating an additional service they gave us a new quote and when we found that we couldn’t afford it they didn’t want to rescind and alter the quote back citing that they’re taking a percentage for labor. In addition the real estate agents were hounding us saying that they’ll cut the deal and there are other buyers who’ll buy the house. Second mistake! We found out while going through our 30 day walk through that the guys servicing was surprised that one of the vents weren’t installed and that was why our one room in the house was always either too hot or too cold. How were we supposed to know that their blue prints were altered despite it being a stock blueprint for their other houses. Our final 1 year walk through pointed out to us (from one of their many sub-contractors who was fed up with the $h! T professionalism by big builders) that there were many incomplete touch ups which we would not have known or seen if it hadn’t been for a professional trades man. They quoted that it’s not their problem and you have to take it up with the people who they contracted to do the job. Now we have to spend the additional money to pay for professional trades men to inspect the home and potentially seek legal action if the building incompletions are extensive. All in all DO NOT BUY FROM THESE OR ANY BIG NAMED HOME BUILDERS UNTIL YOU REQUEST A HOME INSPECTION! It don’t give a sh! T how nice a price or how nice a house it looks do your due diligence so you don’t end up like me or others who got caught in the stupid real estate monopoly game they are playing. You owe it to yourself as it’s A LOT OF MONEY! YOUR MONEY! And they don’t give two hoots about it.

Haven’t done any business with them. Their options are great for rentals where you can earn equity points/dollars towards your new home purchase in future. Check them out.

North Prairie built my first ever home and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. They are professional, friendly, and thorough in their work. I purchased a loft-style home and it is the coolest style. Super high ceilings and an open concept. The design is very modern and the space is efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to use North Prairie Developments!

Had been watching real estate postings for nearly a year preparing to purchase our home when we came across one for the Aria from North Prairie. We instantly loved the layout online and had our realtor get us in to see in it person. The finished model we saw was beautiful but had a bit of a smaller yard than we had hoped for. Thankfully she was able to find the same floor plan that had just been framed in the same neighborhood with the perfect yard so we snagged it up right away. North Prairie was great in helping us do a few customizations that we wanted and everything turned out amazing. We had been through a few of the other builders in the neighborhood as well but personally found the finishes with North Prairie to be a little higher quality than some. We love it, can’t say enough great things about our new home and the customer service we’ve received from them.

Lovely service all around. We bought our new home in May, and the layout, size, interior colouring, and really everything is just superb. We had very friendly and professional people work with us through this time, they are all lovely people, and are extremely responsive to everything that pops up.

North Prairie built our new house we bought just a few months ago, and we’re very accommodating with including us in the customized decisions, getting things done a week before said possession date and getting any requests looked after within reasonable time-frame. They made one mistake of a window location not to plan, but upon request moved it promptly to the correct location and completed it all within possession date. This all done with quality workmanship to last, and good customer service. I’d recommend this builder to people for sure, they made the whole process a very smooth transition and we’re happy with our product:)

Would definitely recommend North Prairie as a home builder. They were great to deal with when purchasing our new home. We were able to customize a few items in our new home to really make it feel our own. Their customer service has been incredible when following up post home sale. We love receiving the email reminders for seasonal home care and feel very comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns we may have. They were able to fix the few small items at our 60 day inspection same day and we are confident we will receive the same quality service at our 1 year inspection!

I bought a new Stonebridge condo from this company and they've been good to me so far. Some issues required more attention than I'd have guessed but ultimately, they have kept me fully satisfied.

Their building fit and finish stood above similar units I've seen and their layout planning is excellent. Building construction is basic code requirements, some decisions such as 24" stud spacing and 3/8" roof sheathing leave a bit to be desired.

I missed some items on final walk though and when contacted about a month later they made the repair with no fuss.

North Prairie's customer support system is very easy to access and they have a physical office in Stonebridge which makes dropping keys off painless.

I would recommend North Prairie to family and friends.

Counting down the months until it is time to move. Enjoyed this place for the first three years but no longer. North Prairie does not know when to put the peace of mind of one neighbor over the monthly payments of another neighbor. They would rather disputes continue as long as their residences are occupied. Tragic. Side-Note: Whoever built these properties need to work on their soundproofing. No reason I should hear kids all summer with doors and windows closed. If you are childless and would like a peace of mind community, this isn't for you.

My home was built and delivered in a timely manner. Their builders are complete professionals and customer service is top notch. I like the counter tops, tiles and floorings used. Their customer service and response time to issues is also commendable. I’ll recommend for first time home buyers cos they make the experience and transition seamless.
