Had a fantastic experience talking to Lorne yesterday, he went above and beyond to help me get my fireplace working again even though Northern doesn’t even sell the type of fireplace I own. Thank you!

Tried twice getting a quote on having a wood stove installed in my office. No one ever called or inquired back. Very unprofessional.

Purchased a BBQ in 2020, it was not working as it should so I called Northern Fireplace and they had Darcy out to fix it same day! It was up and running perfectly for supper that night:) Amazing! Great customer service is extremely hard to come by now a days.

Darcey just left our house after fixing our fireplace he did a wonderful job installing a new gas control especially when we were told they are not available anymore he came and told us he would find the parts for it and he would make it work and he did. The price we paid amazing compared to what a new fireplace would have cost. I have no idea how your company will ever replace Darcy what a wonderful person. Very seldom do you find employees who are perfectionists at their job and so knowledgeable. Nothing but respect for this man.

Helped me with a replacement glass for our fireplace. Friendly and helpful and sold me the glass for a very affordable price.

Darcy was the best I ever had to fix my fireplace that no one else could. Highly recommend his service.
