I have seen Dr. Elena @ this clinic. She is phenomenal. I found the staff very friendly as well. The wait time is usually a hour, not bad considering other walk-in clinics.

Had an appointment which they canceled on their own went there they said we re closed

Just because someone is ill u don’t have to make business out of it shame on u guys really a stain on humanity u guys are

My partner tried to get an appointment yesterday and was told that they were not taking appointments, and that he should show up at 9: 00 a.m. Today to be one of the first ones in for walk-in, we got there a few minutes before 9: 00 and after standing outside in the freezing cold for over half an hour over 12 people waiting for them to open and no one showed up. So we went to the regent medical center and they let us in before they even opened got him in and sent off a prescription and this location still wasn't even open by 10: 00 a.m. Absolutely terrible we will never come here again. Do better

If I could give a negative star I would. The receptions are aggressive, rude, crude, harsh, and heartless. They seem to actually want to cause people to respond in a negative manner just so they can justify kicking them out of the clinc. Doctors are just prescription pushers and do not care about patients.

Google says open until 9, tried to call to ask whether or not we could come into the walk in. They didn’t answer then picked up and hung up. Lazy. Only option was to drive across town to be told that even though they are open until 9, they don’t take walk ins after 5: 30. Also, waiting room was completely empty.

When you call there it says that there is a menu option to listen to hours but when selected just returns you to main menu. I guess they are just satisfied with inconveniencing people unnecessarily.

Dr. Elena Sadeghian, she is Friendly, listens to my concerns. She is very Professional and takes her time. I highly recommend her to all my Friends and family.

This is my second and my last visit of this medical centre. Both visits I waited for an hour to see the physician instead of booking my appointment online. I gave my x-ray over here and the results should have been ready by now which is not. Waste of my time and for a simple xray result I have been waiting for 3 days.

Had me on hold for 9 minutes so I just hung up.
Twice now I have called, been waiting for a long time, and then they pick up the phone just to hang it up!
These people are horribly lazy and should be fired.

No where on the website does it say that they only accept walk ins from 9am despite being open at 8am.

Dr Akhtar is amazing! BUT THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CANNOT CALL and make an appt without being on hold for over an hour! It’s absolutely outrageous! We were on hold today for over an hour and finally got in our car and drove down there. All three receptionist were sitting visiting at the front with a couple people in the waiting room. My husband who was still on hold on his cell phone when he walked in and said, how is it that anytime we call no one is ever answering this phone and they said “well we’re busy”! Awful! Get some receptionists who will answer the phones!

Trying to call the office is a nightmare. After sitting on hold for 15 min I was hung up on (the receptionist picked up the phone and hung it up) Then I phone back just to sit on hold for another 45 minutes and still no answer. I’ve been trying to contact the office since Saturday. If you need them just go there, do not phone. You’ll waste your time on hold.

I would rate this Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic a 5* Plus due to my personal experience at it. I booked an appointment on the phone, which I needed to change. There was not any problem having this done. When I visited the rescheduled appointment on January 27,2023, I was early arriving due to travelling by bus. I was in to see the doctor, Dr E Sadeghian, within a short wait time. She was very caring, thorough and understood my chronic illnesses. She met all of the needs I visited the clinic for that day, and I will be having a follow-up visit for my results of my blood work and other tests with her.
It is a good clinic with flexible hours, including weekends, to make it convenient for everyone.

If you are going to this medical Center, please prepare yourself to wait for.double or triple the wait time told by the receptionist

Complete waste of my time. Dr. Shahat gave me vague, quick-judged answers to my concerns, and I was so worried that I received poor care that I went for a second opinion. I would recommend anywhere but here.

Their services are worst in the city! Don’t recommend to anyone if you have a second option. Their staffs are rude and seems like they don’t like what they do (!)

Hope, one day they’ll change and will provide better service to their clients.

Would not recommend seeing Dr. Shahat. Saw him as a walk in & he was absolutely awful. I’ve had a UTI for three weeks & he refused to believe that was true even after other doctors have confirmed it and prescribed me antibiotics. Told me i don’t have kidney stones even though i’ve had them on and off for 4 years. Then told me i know nothing because he’s the doctor, not me. Then prescribed me an anti depressant and said i have IBS… not sure how this man is a doctor.

I booked an appointment for haft of a month to be assigned a family doctor which is available on their website at that time. After waiting for over 15 days, they called me back and told me the doctor was not available any more. Why can't you tell it earlier and I don't have to waste my time to wait?

They are not good, they deal with patient like customer. I wil not recommend anyone this clinic.

I came into the walkin clinic 10 mins before opening and was the second person registered. Nearly 2 hours later I went to see how long the wait time was and got snapped at by reception to sit back down before i even said anything. Aperently the doctor wasn't even there yet. Why say that walkin starts at nine if the doctors aren't even going to show up until 11?

I came from Alberta to help my elderly mother get into a nursing home. Her family doctor was booked until March and my mother requires a full physical to determine what level of care is required. I told the receptionist what my mother needed and she booked a meet and greet with Dr. Shahat. I was told he was accepting new patients. He was half an hour late and when I explained to him what my mom needed he told me they don't do full physicals anymore. He was rude and not interested at all in seeing my mom.

Was just there with our toddler for an ear infection. We called when they opened and got an appointment this morning. The receptionist was great and the male doctor was so great with our child. Very good experience!

Worst service ever. Receptionist completely forgot us. If we hadn't said anything we'd still be sitting there waiting.

During walk ins they book appointments and see booked appointments first before walk ins being white or rich makes you eligible to see doctors first. Very unprofessional and discouraging.

Call ahead to make sure they arent busy and are taking walk ins. Was assured we would get in and they were taking walk ins. Get in and told they werent talking people anymore even though i just talked to the same girl on the phone. Were not even busy inside. Terrible experience never going back.

I have been here 3 times before, was treated rudely.

Yesturday I was turned away and told a doctor will not see me as I have not recieved my saskatchewan health card.
The receptionist wouldn't take any other information from me, she could've looked me up in their system.
My spouse went in and lost it.
Long story short a doctor finally seen me after waiting an hr and a half and coming in 3 times to try and see someone in one evening.

I do not recommend.

Total incompetence working the front desk here. Made an appointment and when I got there they didn’t have it on record and I had to prove to them I called as they blamed me for not having an appointment. Literally no one waiting here and can’t do their jobs.

I work graveyard shift so I was looking for an after hours clinic. I noticed their hours go until 9pm. When I arrived, lights are on, doors were open and a receptionist at the desk. However I was turned away because they weren't seeing any walk in patients!
Why advertise you are open until 9pm?
And people wonder why everyone goes to hospital emergency.

I have always had great experiences here. Staff are friendly. Dr. Shergin is amazing! Very thorough, friendly and to the point. My ONLY complaint would be sometimes it's a bit hard to get in, but I also think that's just the times were in right now.

Would never recommend this clinic to no one! Went at 11: 15 she told me a hour wait, ok was fine with it, it's a walk in clinic right. Waited till 1245 there was still 7 ppl a head of me! Went to a different clinic Only waited 20 minutes! Only go here if you are in desperate need!

Second day in a row i have had appt at certain time but they decided to close early so i missed appt what kind of doctor office does this

Just imagine being sick and everyone here just not wanting to help you. Would never tell anyone to come here so please don’t let your kids come here. The staff is a JOKE. Do the front desk ladies even know how to do their job? We’re they even properly trained? Was anyone here properly trained? All I wanna do is cry. Thank you and never again. I would especially like to thank kerna? ¿ for making my experience here worst than it had to be.

So I've been coming here for 3 years now and lately I've become very frustrated with this clinic. My mother In law needed forms filled out and we had to recently switch doctors within the clinic. With the previous doctor he'd call us and do phone appointments but with our new doctor he requires an in person appointment. My mother in law is extremely caution with covid so it was hard for me to bring her in. This isn't the part that truly bothers me. The part that bothers me is that I asked how much it was for the form (keep in mind I can only do cash) and I had three receptionist tell me prices ranging from $60-$120. My issue is that I've had these exact same forms filled out before for $40. The first time I went they told me they don't ever have forms done for that price so the second time I came by I brought the receipt from the previous times and I don't think they were happy with that. Either way I think customer service has gone down. Doctors here are amazing but the care towards clients from the reception is in need of a check and I've worked customer service for almost 10 years now.

I went to their Northgate mall branch as a walk in visit with my daughter and the doctor Udoh was available for walk in visits. She said she will send the prescription to my pharmacy but she didn’t. Even next day I called & requested to send it but receptionist could not see any prescription in the system. What a negligence. Then reception got hold of her and requested on duty doctor to send prescription but they are claiming to be busy & not sure how long it will take?

What kind of clinic & doctors they are?

I would not recommend this place! Nothing but problems with Dr. Kalejaiye. Seems to discriminate against indigenous ppl.

If I could leave less than 1 start I would. They do not put patients first. The receptions are unprofessional and the doctors lack beside manner.

Very unprofessional and rude Physician. I dont want to make up reasons but maybe she’s burnt out with all the COVID situation going on but thats no excuse to treat patients in a disrespectful way.

My family doctor, Dr. Harmonie Aito has always been good to me. And now that I have my daughter, appointments are quick and she's always respectful. I however feel extremely bad for her having to practice out of this particular clinic. The receptionists are terrible, never give you time to actually speak on the phone while booking appointments, and just recently after trying to book one I was told I was the one too late booking her 4 month and would have to settle with January. Then asked me if I wanted to book still. Of course I'm going to take whatever time and day is available, it's not like I have much choice seeing as I still believe in taking her for check ups. You may want to consider more associates because they are obviously under staffed. That or they just hate their jobs.

The clinic is good if you are someone who is just looking for getting a prescription on a regular basis. It's getting worse and worse every time I visit. Plz check your doctors' attitude and knowledge.

I went to the doctor with a sore throat turns out to be strep so I booked an appointment with Dr. Kalejaiye. He saw me same day which is why this isn't a one star review. But He prescribes me something I'm Allergic too. He faxed my prescription so I didn't even see it but thankfully my pharmacist noticed it. So Whatever mistakes happen Fine. This is now 24 hours later. I have been calling both my Pharmacist and the Doctors Office for a a new prescription and nothing! No phone calls back no one willing to talk to me to get me a new prescription. The receptionist i spoke with was amazing but This is annoying. So I sit here call everyone and nothing!? ! I am sick and no one to talk to about this! Very frustrated

5 hours after my last conversation they finally gave me a new prescription but surprise all the pharmacy are closed. Good Job.

If you want the worst family doctor experience I suggest dr. Izakor he'll beat any doctor by along shot.

I have been to this clinic a few times and the wait is always short. The staff is knowledgeable and respectful. The building is clean and comfortable. This is the only clinic I go to now. Thanks!

Receptionist was very accommodating and patient with me over the phone, so that we could book an appointment for my husband, Lloyd Schwartz. Even though the clinic was very busy as we could hear, she was still patient with us on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you!

What a great walk-in in, the hours are super convenient and the receptionist was super helpful and efficient, as well as the doctor. I was in and out within 30 min, as their patient system works very well.

I have NEVER been treated SO POORLY by a doctor in my life. I had an unfortunate female situation happen to me and Dr. Izekor was extremely unprofessional and unkind. First of all, he was yelling my name from his exam room- didn't even get up from his chair and go into the hall like a normal doctor would. I literally had to yell " I dont know where you are! ". When I told him why I was there, he literally shook his head and put his hand over his face.he asked me repeatedly if I was "sure" this situation happened to me, because he did not want to give me a female exam. Pretty sure the last thing anyone wants to do on a Saturday night is go to the walk in and have a female exam done? I've had this situation happen to me before, and I have NEVER had a doctor question me, or make me feel bad about going in to see them. Moving on, I'm waiting for the exam and he literally decides to leave halfway through the exam.he forgot a piece of equipment and left me undecent on the exam table. The door was wide open and finally the female office staff closed it. His comments, and attitude made me even more nervous and upset. This was the last thing I wanted to do on a Saturday night and he made it 100 times worse for me. Then I found out he's the OWNER. Complete joke of a doctor. I work in the health field and am appalled at the whole experience.

Walked in and was seen by Dr. Izekor who said nothing is wrong with my daughter.went to the ER later, she was diagnosed with Type1 diabetes and is having Diabetic Ketoacidosis crisis

Receptionist (Farhyo) is so rude. She don’t know how to talk to patients. And just giving false information. VERY POOR SERVICE

It was a waste of 40 minutes - only to find out they can't do stitches. If you require stitches avoid this clinic. The receptions never warned me at check-in that they can't perform stitching, if required, so it was a complete was of time.

Very unprofessional staff. I paid 70$ for check up bcoz I haven't health card. Doctor didn't listen to me. I told him I have lots of problems but he just prescribed only antibiotics. Very rude. Money maker

Dr. Izekor is the worst doctor I've met in Regina. Just keen about the time he spends with patient, and didn't want to listen to all my complaints, even it is related to the issue I am visiting the clinic mainly for. After that, the medication he prescribed wasn't effective at all, and caused lots of side effects that resulted in going to emergency after taking the prescribed medication, staying there 6 hours till the side effects disappeared. After that, my family doctor didn't recommend proceeding with that medication.

I waited 2 hours to be treated for a dog bite on my arm that was bleeding through my bandages. I chose this clinic over the hospital because it was much closer, but that was clearly a mistake. Dr. Izekor took a glance at my arm and prescribed me antibiotics. When I asked if he was going to clean it, he told me to just use soap and water. My puncture wound ended up needing to be drained, something the doctor should have done at the clinic.

Dr. Meta and team are absolutely unprofessional and rude. My mother ended up missing some work due to a lung infection and Meta WAS her family doctor. In order to get put on disability for the time she missed Meta turned down the paper work that was provided from the disability company, claiming he had "already filled it out" my mom then got contacted by disability stating the paper work was not filed and that he needs to sign off on them before she can be approved. She went to speak to him about it and he said "I'll send them in.for $60. " WHEN HE CLAIMED THEY WERE ALREADY SENT. Also upon going for an xray staff refused to leave the room WHILE SHE CHANGED. Watching her the whole time and would not leave even when asked.she had to get naked infront of the staff! Definitely boycotting this place and will NEVER reccomend anyone go there.

Nothing positive. Rude, gum-chewing, and ignorant receptionists. Forced to schedule appointment, then made to wait 35 minutes beyond scheduled appointment with zero explanation nor apology. This is a prime example of what derugulated, for-profit health-care looks like. This cash-grabbing enterprise needs to close.

Dr. Izekor might be the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He was immediately condescending and rude, and not helpful for the reason of my visit. I came in regarding chronic shoulder pain and he blew it off as just tense muscles and told me to take tylenol! He did not offer any other suggestions such as exercises or a referral to a specialist.and when I started asking questions about it he only replied with more disdain. I was truly dumbfounded.

I'm surprised Dr. Izeko is still allowed to practice after reading all the other reviews here with similar experiences.

Called to ask to book an appointment with a physician that is shown on their website to be accepting new patients (almost all the doctors are shown to be accepting new patients). The site must be outdated, because the person I spoke to on the phone extremely rudely told me that they only have one doctor there accepting new patients (and it was someone not even listed on their website). I also had filled out their form online to book an appointment to become a new patient and never heard anything back.not even a confirmation e-mail. Seems I may have dodged a bullet with this one.

I booked an appointment at the clinic - Quance street location for the annual physical checkup several months ago, however, it was mysteriously redirected to another clinic who called me more than three times to confirm it last week. Today, when I presented on time, they told me it's Northgate medical clinic not this one. Really unprofessional! The lady in the front reception desk of the Quance branch was impolite and not helpful at all.

The receptionist put people on hold to talk on her private cell phone and Dr. A. Kalejaiye is clearly there just for the paycheque. I woke up with a very sore throat and white spots on the tonsils which were rapidly spreading. He told me to get lozenges and it was probably tonsil stones. If a Dr (debatably) cant tell the different between a bacteria and tonsil stones, he shouldn't have a license. I ended up going elsewhere and waiting 2.5 hours just to get a swab.

Dr. I. Thomas Izekor is very unprofessional, and rude! Worst doctor I have ever been to, do not recommend this place at all.

Can RQH send someone to teach the staff and Dr. Izecor some manner in handling patients. If there is a worst doctor in Regina, I will nominate Dr. Izecor. He is not only RUDE but very UNPROFESSIONAL! He does not have both qualities and abilities of a good doctor. I know, I came from a family of doctors. He is nothing more than just a greedy businessman. When the patient is white, he is very nice, but when it is a visible minority, he shows his superiority complex and rudeness. I want to remind him that as a doctor you don't make preferences on what is the color of the skin of your patient. As a taxpayer, I would like to request RQH to look in to the negative behavior of this doctor (sic). IT IS SUCH A WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY TO GO TO THIS DOCTOR. IF YOU HAPPEN TO GO THIS CLINIC, ASK WHO IS THE DOCTOR, IF THEY SAY DR. IZECOR, MIGHT AS WELL JUST LEAVE AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER CLINIC WITH PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT DOCTORS!

Why do you guys not answer the phone when you're open? 3 of us have been calling and we're instantly put on hold.

I went out of town and needed some information from my doctor, I had some tests done and they were supposed to call me when the results were in, they didn't. That was three weeks ago, now I'm trying to phone them to get the results, but the phone just rings and rings and rings. I will be switching my family doctor to one that is more competant and professional when I return to Regina

Brutal. I had an appointment with Dr. Mehta and ended up with a different doctor when I showed up. Dr. Ikezor is probably the worst doctor I've met in my life. Asked what the problem was, and when I told him, he lost it on me for diagnosing myself, rambling about his 15 years of experience. Then he prescribed me the wrong thing on purpose to prove a point. I'm pretty sure that's illegal and unethical. I can't believe he's been at it for 15 years. I saw the reviews before I went, I should have listened. I won't be going back.

Worst clinic in Regina! I have been there on four different occasions. First and second occasion I called and made an appt.but when I got there they said I did not have an appt. Third occasion I called from home at 7 pm to see if I could make an appt.and they said no because there was no patients so just come asap. I arrived 15 minutes later and the doctor had just left. The fourth occasion and the very next day I made an appt.for 8: 50 pm. I arrived at 8: 40 and was told the doctor left at around 7: 00.
