I was able to book my window replacement for 48 hours after it was smashed.staff was v nice and got the job done well.

Novus was amazing! Such great work! They replaced my back windshield in a day, replaced my front wipers, and CLEANED MY CAR! My old dirty car. They not only cleaned all the broken glass from the broken window, but cleaned the car! Like it looks 10 times better now compared to when I took it in-

I mostly dealt with a super great person, Calvin or Kelvin (sorry I didn't get the spelling), who promptly drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. If you don't generally trust online reviews, look me up- I'm real and I sometimes complain, but not this time. The service was topnotch! Like A+ 100% recommend this company.

All of the staff I dealt with at Novus were super helpful and friendly in getting my windshield replaced quickly and trouble free! Because of the global supply chain issues, I wasn’t able to get a Mazda OEM windshield. I chose their house brand glass. It looks fantastic.

I brought my 1972 Chevrolet C 10 Cheyenne into Novus to fix the screw up that another glass company made. The 'other' company had my truck for three days and made a mess of the stainless trim, and could not get it to seal properly. Novus was able to fix it in short time, did a wonderful job, and no hassle, no double talk, no excuses. I recommend Novus for all glass needs. I will never go to another place.
