I will say that my first experience here was a flop.
The service was very informal and yelling from across the room to seat us.
The water had pulp particles in it - citing dirty ice or improper filters/washing practices.
We ordered coffee with breakfast and after it was delivered we tried to drink it. The server told us that we shouldn't touch it and that we don't know what we are doing and expressing his frustration about only brewing for one cup rather than two. He didn't instruct us on his product. He was condescending saying we're not from around here.
Once we got breakfast I could barely eat it. The breakfast potatoes were not just oily, they were slimy and coated with dry seasoning. The eggs are overcooked and they were supposed to be scrambled. The bacon was very greasy and almost raw - sheds light on their cooking practices - cooking on a dirty grill because of the debris on my bacon.
They used a mushroom container, yes, a container where produced was shipped in, to deliver our preserves for the bread.
Do yourself a favor and wait in line at Broadway Cafe. Any drive-thru will beat this place.

Amazing food as always! We dine in or order take out weekly and love it every time! I especially love the noodle bowls and the Vietnamese ginger beef! Any time my family is in town we have to get noodle bowls, and they have the best spring rolls and fresh rolls in town!

We love the food here. Never have had a bad experience, and owner is efficient with a hilarious sense of humour! Highly recommend Salad Rolls and Lemon Chicken which comes with rice!

The yummiest food ever, the owner was very nice to me my boyfriend nd I during our visit. Wonderful atmosphere and in an amazing part of town:)

Saw the reviews and thought it should be a relatively safe place to try. Either the reviewers have really low standards for food, or there just aren’t any good options in the city. We walked in & immediately wanted to walk back out – the place is extremely outdated and dirty looking, not appetizing in the slightest. Food was bland, unflavored, greasy, and honestly not worth it’s cheap price. Service was a joke, the guy at the front was awful and had a disgusting attitude. Go anywhere else but here, I wouldn’t even eat here if it was for free

Very rudely refused service.
I went here with my mother and sister today in the afternoon to eat some light snacks. We were very rudely told that they won't serve us unless we spend more than $30. When we asked for a reason or if their menu mentioned this, the person at the counter rudely said that it's his rule and he makes the rules.
We were shaken because nothing like this has ever happened to us anywhere.

Im not exaggerating when I tell you this is the worst place Ive been to to eat in my entire life. I tried to call and book on the phone and the man was very rude, didnt seat us, he also looked like he just woke up, wearing dirty sweatpants and a dirty t-shirt. My girlfriend and I are super chill customers and we are very patient but we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable in this place. The man had a super rude tone with me from the start, and was questioning me on why I called the restaurant and tried to book. I wish I could've recorded the entire thing because it was the worst customer service experience Ive had, my girlfriend and I walked out after 5 minutes in awe of how bad it was. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. The place was empty and its clear why. Do not go here.
