They only answer when you send an email about a vehicle. Any other questions go unanswered.

My fam just had an amazing experience with Nil Kris at the dealership. He helped my family find the perfect vehicle and made sure we got the best deal possible. He was patient with all of our questions about financing and the car itself, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We were also so grateful for the full tank of gas he provided before sending us off on our new adventure. Nil Kris is an excellent salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I went to O'Brians Idylwyld for my appointment on February 8th. Was accommodated by Jonell, who showed great customer service - answered my questions and was pleasant all throughout. Madison, the manager, was also accommodating. I got a decent car that was then delivered to me afterwards.

I have some concerns, though I am pretty sure they will gladly help or assist me when I need it.
Still waiting for the appointment to get something done and hopefully it will be soon.

OMG.if you buy a vehicle from here and you refer a friend Don't, I repeat Do not expect the $200 referral payment. They use every excuse not to pay it out and you get the run around for weeks. At all costs avoid Ali the manager on Circle he's extremely rude and unprofessional. If you have any other option to choose from as for a dealership, avoid O'Brians.

THEY advertised the car that I bought which is 5000 km higher on dash. Their response was it was not just updated! I asked for something to compensate but they were rigid on that may be because I signed the contract already.
Also, they were not very happy and did not cooperate me well on exchanging within 7 days which they promised on their website.

Added note: nobody reached out to me on this case since I originally posted this complaint.
The whole business is a scam there.

I actually wish I could put 0 star. I made an appointment to test drive a car and when I showed up, the car wasn’t there. They had my phone number but they did not call. I had to arrange a babysitter to go to that appointment. The salesman was Farhan Ali. They offered to bring the car to my place the next day and again, I called about an hour before to confirm the appointment and the car was not back from inspection but yet, they did not call me. Again, made another appointment for the following Saturday and they did not show up and DID NOT CALL. During this entire experience all they cared about was trying to force financing on me and convincing me to buy a more expensive car. I specifically said that I wanted a compact Japanese car and he offered a Ford Fusion.they Donny even know cars. I will make sure I share my experience with everybody I know.

With this being the 2nd consecutive vehicle purchase with them I don't think I'll go anywhere else and I would highly recommend them if you're vehicle searching.

My girlfriend bought a vehicle from here and they took advantage of her; gave her an INSANE interest rate and 2 weeks later the vehicle kept dying on her. Since we live out of town we were unable to bring it back within 30 days and now they say there is NOTHING they can do about it. 2 months later and the car is still giving her issues. Never buy a car from here. We will be trading this car in at another dealership

These guys took my old car which had a few problems and gave me a beautiful slightly used vw golf. They worked really hard to get me the best price and interest rate, and even after the fact they still worked hard for me and they were able to reduce my interest rate even further! These guys are wonderful to work with and I look forward to dealing with them in the future as well
