They don’t care about the trust you put in them. At first they say clean car, you trust them sign the documents and them you find it not actually a clean car and then they say you signed the documents. So please anybody wanting to buy a car from them go through all the records yourself before signing anything with them. They have a good amount of accident cars that they probably bought at a cheap price and they will sell it for skyrocketing prices. You may think it’s cheap but it’s not.

If you want a vehicle that break in 2 months and sales staff that lies through their teeth just to get you to buy a car then O’brians is the place for you. I would recommend buying a bus pass because you will be riding it after the car breaks down.

I bought a Nissan Kicks 2020 this year during May. Before buying we saw an issue of the brake pads and rotor blades. Mr Taylor (The Manager) told us that they would fix it for us but we contacted with them many times but they didn’t give us any solution.

Good customer service from sunny and atull. Long wait for car but got a car full on gas from 2018 thanks obriens.

Had a great and excellent time when I had bought my first car, Hyundai Genesis 2016. They communicate and react fast in situations, the banks were slow in response but because of Sunny and his co-worker with all their hard work they made it happen and I was able to get my car. I highly recommend O’Brians if you wish to buy a car.

So this is my second vehicle purchased at obrians. The selection was decent, the help was friendly and answered all questions I had. Gaurang was my sales associate and I was very please with the service he provided. The lack of the fifth star is only due to how long the paperwork takes. Which is just how it goes lol.

Very terrible place, If you are smart you will stay away from this place, they do lots of shady things behind the desk, they will do anything and everything to make sure you get their vehicles and then overprice them, the manger and salesman also tried to lie to me about the car and tell me my car was in great shape only to find the engine not in good shape and left me to repair it all with also the cost of my loan, very bad place stay away from here and heads up a lot of reviews on here are from their friends of friends, used to know somebody that worked there and only worked there for 2 month’s cuz of how shady it is there
