Excellent experience. Car broke down on highway 1 on a trip from Winnipeg to Calgary. Tow was quick, service at all levels was great. Had me back on the road by 10am the next morning, which is quick considering the parts had to come from Winnipeg. If your in the area or passing by and have vehicle trouble this should be the only place you call.

Called road assistance and this store sent a guy to me. Good communication, nice performance, very responsible. Probably best service in this area

My son was traveling from BC to university of Manitoba in our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 when just outside of Regina all of a sudden the fuel injector line burst and fuel was everywhere!
We found OK Tire “Willy” answered and new exactly what to do and coordinated with the tow truck driver. He had the truck on the hoist and farmed a part from another parts vehicle to get my son up and running in very short time!
Absolutely a Hero all of them at OK Tire are hero’s… not only extremely professional but understanding, nice and GREAT People! Because of their willingness to do the right thing for a young man on his way to University to play football and over and above help our son was able to make it to Manitoba!

I broke down on Trans Canada Highway around Wapella Saskatchewan on a Sunday afternoon at -36 Celcius. I had my very large dog with me in the truck and a UHaul trailer in tow. OK Tire ended up contacting me through UHaul road assistance. Right away, the person showed concern about our safety and well-being! Promptly, Corey was dispatched to our rescue! I have to say, right away, Coreywas very friendly and sympathetic! The entire time, he acted extremely professional, knowledgeable, careful and responsible! Corey helped me load my dog in the heated tow truck, loaded the car, then the trailer. And off we went…. During the traject, Coreywas extremely entertaining… even asked if I would likehim to stop for food… after we dropped the car and trailer at the shop, Corey drove us around and never left us until ha made sure we had a hotel room! He even watched my dog while I checked in! I was really pleased to see that nice people like Corey still exist! Thank you so much Corey!

Great road side assistance, and customer service! We had a flat on our flat deck just 5 minutes west of Moosomin, they could NOT assist us, no one in that town could. So, Whitewood OK Tire came to our rescue! Thank-you so much! The young tire tech as very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel good.

Blew two tires on my tridem trailer same axle, same side. I was 1.7km from Whitewood SK, OK tire. So I limped it in with 4 ways going. Idling one the shoulder that 1.7km on Easter Sunday. Make the call the gentleman said he would send me a service call to his shop (awesome) and the kid showed up pretty darn fast. Switched out and slapped new rubber on and away I was gone in 1.5 hrs total time. Saved the day, until I got the bill printed, two Chinese brand tires, service call, labor and what not was an arm and a leg.get the same tires back home in calgary for $170.00 less then what was payed here. But what do you do when you down and out? You pay it and grin and bare it.
Either way they did me a solid and got me back on road

Today I had a little mishap on the highway as a protective covering under my car came loose. With help from a Good Samaritan I was able to make it to Whitewood. I headed to Ok tire as recommended by a client I was on the phone with. When I arrived they quickly got me into the garage and the mechanic immediately got my car on a hoist and a few screws to hold it in place they had me out and on the road in minutes! It’s these little things for a traveling sales person that mean the most! I will forever be indebted to OK Tire in Whitewood and always recommend them for big or small jobs! Thank you!

Ask for a road assist and they send a kid with no experience so i tell to the guy that we need to be repair on place not tow to their garage. The guy says "Sorry, have no really experience of this so have to call my boss and call you after" They just leave the place because we refused to be towed when nothing was made to identify the situation.

They simply have not a real road assist. False reprensetation.its a Shame!

Driving across the country from Toronto, we started to hear a rattling sound coming from under the hood just after crossing into Saskatchewan. We arrived in the morning, they discovered the issue within 2 min (a loose bolt - unfortunately in an inconvenient location). Despite all the work needed to remove the parts in the way, they finished the work in just 1 hour! I highly recommend visiting OK tire if you are experiencing car troubles! Lovely staff and extremely positive experience.

Our campervan wouldn't start at -45 degrees, they helped us boost our van a couple of times. When they saw it didn't work, those guys were nice enough to tow our van in their garage to help our van warm up a little and plug our battery. They did much more than what our CAA plan was covering. They even stayed longer after their shop was closed to help us! Really good people, I would totally recommend!

These people could not have been nicer or more helpful when I had transmission trouble, driving from Alberta to Ontario. They found me a new part, and had me up and running again in just over a day. They even recomended a good place to eat and sleep. I will be forever grateful for their help. Highly recomend -11/10!

The people here are very friendly and accommodating. They beat any price and I shopped all over. They do quality work and they get you in and out very quickly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and this will be where I continue to go for all of my tire needs.

I thank them for putting on my drive shaft but we never even drove 20 and my tire blew off and ripped off the side too my jeep thank u for that

Beat the hell out of my rim for a flat. The repair didn’t hold at all. Took it to Kal tire Regina and they couldn’t believe how poorly it was “repaired”. He said no wonder it didn’t hold air all they did was use a paste (no patch but I still had to pay for one) and over pressured the tire by 15psi and called it good. Unfortunately it was the only tire shop in the area in a pinch.

Quick service to get us back on the road after three wheel studs broke on the TransCanada highway!
