Went there for a vehicle safety inspection. The older guy in the office was very rude and didn't want to show me the safety deficiencies on the vehicle. Once I got him to I was questioning some of the stuff on the inspection. I questioned them on pushing a screwdriver through the rockers which made the car fail. Then he started to make all kinds of recommendations to his friends body shops to fix the car, I had to get items removed from the inspection that had nothing to do with the cars safety, that was very time consuming. The car finally passed but I wouldn't recommend them for safety inspections. We got the deficiencies done else where. I think they need more training to do this service and can use some customer service training.

I had sent an online request for a quote on new tires and rims for my SUV and received a quote from Jack in a very timely fashion. His pricing and expertise were amazing. He ordered the rims and had them within a couple days. Called me to tell me they arrived and I brought my SUV in. He had them installed in less then what was told to me and they look and ride amazing. Definitely recommend. Amazing service. Thank you again Jack.

They were the only ones that had my steel rims for Winter tires Is very polite and courteous people work here

Service was fast but they had no waiting area, and it was -27 out, we went to get a flat tire fixed but had to wait outside the shop for 40 minutes. On the bright side they only took 40mins.

Quick service, always pleasant, and very thorough with diagnosis and explaining what is wrong with your vehicle, reasonably priced.

2 of our tires went flat and we got our truck towed there. They got the tires changed super quickly and were very friendly.

Best Place to go for mechanical repairs, Jack Dubois went the extra mile just to make the customer happy. They really care about customers to make there vehicles safe. Pricing is also very fair.

If I could, I wouldn't have even select 1 star. Absolutely atrocious customer service. My wife got a piece of metal in the tread of her tires, making her unable to drive on it due to being flat. Parked right out the front door of the office they flat out refused to offer any kind of assistance, and told her that she would need to call a tow truck to have them put the spare on. I left work and drove across the city to put the spare tire on. After I went inside the office (clearly upset with how my wife had been treated) asked to talk to the manager, and was told that he was in a meeting and then flat out told no. I was never expecting her to be put infront of other patron's, but how can a tire shop, who's job it is to provide customer service flat out refuse to offer any kind of assistance.

Asking for a manager, and being met with a rude attitude by said female employee is always a great way to approach a customer that had only asked for the manager. Completely avoiding what my review was directed at and redirecting your response to how I reacted to my wife being treated with horrendous and rude customer service. My wife was in fact not rude to any of your employees. But taking 5 mins out of one of your technicians day to help a stranded customer would improve your business tremendously.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. Jack and the crew were knowledgeable and saved me a whole bunch of money on repairs another shop told me were needed but actually had already been done previously. I highly recommend!

Our Jeep Wrangler had not been handling very well and was pulling to one side, so we took it into OK Tire on south Albert St Regina for a wheel alignment and tire check. Jack and his team were quick to diagnose our problem was mostly with our tires which were completely wrong for this vehicle. After a good frank conversation with Jack, we understood what our options were and decided to go with a set of tires Jack recommended. The Jeep now handles 100% better, has a much smoother ride with a lot less road noise from the tires. We are very happy we took our Jeep to Jack at OK Tire and highly recommend his team and the great work they do. Thanks Jack.

Woke up on a cold morning and my car wouldn't start. Oktire was able to get my car towed in for me and diagnosed the problem. It was done in a very timely manor

I was driving across Canada in my ‘87 dodge van and had a starting issue in the cold morning, i thought i was stranded! OK Tire took me in right away and had the electrical issue fixed in under an hour. Amazing service and i made it to Winnipeg on time. Nicest shop in Regina too!

I was initially referred to OK Tire from a different repair shop I was originally planning to get some work done at, but was unable to as they were booked up. I'm glad for the recommendation, as OK Tire was incredibly helpful, and wonderful to deal with. They were able to fit my truck in on short notice, the work was done promptly, and professionally. I even got a text that my truck was done and asked if I needed anything else done. I had forgot to ask them for an oil change as well, so when I requested the extra service via text, they were really accommodating and got the extra work done promptly.

Being new to Regina, OK Tire on South Albert will definitely be my first choice for vehicle repairs going forward. A great first experience!

I was in a bind with one damaged tire and needing a solution on a Friday morning before travelling on the weekend. Jack had me in 4 new tires in a few hours and I was all set to go. Jack has helped me before in a similar situation and he is my go to guy for tires.

I personally haven’t dealt with tire shop mechanical repairs before my dad suggested Ok Tire. I now know why he has referred me and the whole family to this automobile haven. The customer service is like no other. After we dropped the vehicle off. They went to work. Tires were what was needed. They give a road inspection for free with the service. My vehicle was in need of a few more repairs, we all think ya right. Well They sent a pic video msg showing me, and I couldn’t deny. The extra repairs were definitly needed. I gave the go ahead and they were completed. The job was done right, and way faster than I thought. When I got back to the shop to pick up the car. They even showed me the parts and how bad they were. I thought my truck ran great before I took it there, well now it runs better than it ever has.
My experience with jack and his auto tech’s at ok tire left me feeling safe and like my safety is a priority. Not too mention that I’m over then moon about how well my truck runs now. These guys and this shop get a 110% rating from me. If you’ve got a problem or your not sure about you’re vehicle. Take it to Jack, hell straiten it out and you’re car too. Thanks guys. I have been a customer of another tire shop in Regina for years but because of the specialized "run flat" tires on my BMW, I decided to shop around. From the very first call and speaking with Jack, I was IMPRESSED with his knowledge about tires.his professionalism, his courteous personality. It all came through on the phone loud and clear. When I brought the car in to get the new tires, it was all the same. His staff did a great job too!

No need for appointments, just drop in when you need a flat fixed, I have never had a fault after Ok Tire fixed flats for me. They do quality work

The appointment was fast, work was done perfect and in a reasonable amount of time. And they showed they cared as something didn't look right when they brought my car out, so they checked it out and reported it to me but it turned out to be nothing but the weird ways of a Tesla.

Brutal experience. I specifically asked them to do something simple for me and they told me they'd do it, then didn't do it. It prevented me from having access to my car for 3 days, for absolutely no reason. Will never go again. I hope they have better customer service for other people.

OK Tire has looked after my car's tire needs for several years. They have always been very helpful, courteous and punctual. A very big "Thank you! " for their help today; I had a flat; CAA put sufficient air into the affected tire for me to limp to OK Tire, which was nearby. I arrived without an appointment, during their busiest time of year, to be greeted kindly, and my vehicle was slotted in, the problem fixed, and I was not charged!
