OPA! Of Greece Grasslands at Harbour Landing

First time here. Got the Opa platter with rice, potatoes, lamb skewer, Greek salad, pita wedges & tzatziki sauce. Wasn’t exactly a fan of the rice or potato. Meal cost about $15.35.

Worst experience ever at an OPA! Half the amount of calamari we get from other locations and extremely undercooked, smallest portion sizes ever for OPA! Platter, and the cheese on the pita was definitely gone bad…. Extremely disappointed.

Food is good. However I had to take a mortgage out to pay for it. Dear lord this place is pricey.

Had the Opa platter and must admit to being slightly disappointed. Granted, it was after 7pm in the evening. The chicken was tired and dry and uninspiring. The pita was kinda stale. The rice was good, albeit cool. I was hesitant to even try the potato, but i did. It was fine, not spectacular. This meal was a nice break from the usual fast food fare. But i was left feeling like i was almost paying sit down restaurant prices for fast food quality food. Perhaps the food is better during lunch and dinner hour but I'll never experience that.

Food here is so good especially if you are looking for healthy foods but the only problem is that it could be a little expensive!

Worst customer service experience I ever had and lady didn't show professionalism. She won't add proper sauce or even toppings, and respond that "this is what you get" in a rude tone!

Food was good and nutritious, service was fast. I had the lamb souvlaki meal. My only complaint is the flat bread served with the meal. I looked and tasted like it was McGavin's processed stuff. It was edible at best. That knocked it down from 4 stars IMHO.

Poor customer service
Girl there with specs was very rude, because i asked her to change gloves because i am vegetarian. And I have been eating opa since 4 years, I never paid for tzatziki sauce (I don’t mind paying but she was really rude that you have to pay for it) and i said i am gonna pay if you want she charged me as well for that.

I love their Calamari and salad! My favourite greek restaurant in Regina. My husband likes their gyros wraps with lemon greek seasoned fries. The staff is very friendly and has great customer service! I love coming back to this place. Too bad the pandemic limited their seat capacity. Everyone is following the safety protocol which is always nice to see. Great food and excellent customer service everytime we come here!

Worst Service ever at Opa Regina Grasslands. I went there to Buy a bag of Pita Bread but they don't sell at this location, but other location in the City does sell it like in East and Downtown locations. Franchise has no control on what this location does or provide any services. Very rude owners and they said me to talk to franchise and we will flight with them too to not sell this item even we have this products available right now.

This restaurant has such an excellent customer service in the city. I forgot his name but one employee there I usually see whenever I come for food, is always friendly. My wife and I always come for their delicious falafel wraps! Overall very fast and excellent service. We always come to this awesome greek spot! Highly recommended.

I did not like the customer service and the quantity of food. I love eating opa and I always go to cornwall location (best service at cornwall opa). Accidentally, went to this location and they have no way how to treat their customer. Very bad experience. I will never come to this location from now.

This place is not recommended at all. The quantity of the food for what you pay is not worth. Very poor service and inexperience staff. Asked for extra sauce, payed for it but the 2 wraps that I received were extremely dry with the poor quantity put in. Didn’t receive the value for what I payed for. I did gave a feed back to the owner and at the restaurant but I didn’t like how I was treated with a lame “Standard”response. Opa needs to raise their standard. They definitely don’t want Busniess added. Not recommend and not worth your money.

Very poor from owner & food artist there. I been there and ask to add extra Tzatzki sauce to put in my sandwich, more before placing order. She agreed. Now while preparing my sandwich, food artist & owner both denied adding more Tzatzki sauce. I literally asked them atleast 4-5 times as I pay for the quality food. Both of them were horrible and totally ignorant. Very bad bad bad place, I advise others not to go there again.
